Opulence Transportation LLC Review

We used Opulence Transportation for our wedding and it was the best choice! It was so easy to book our event, we just needed a getaway car to the hotel after our wedding. I spoke with Debbie during booking and she was extremely quick to respond and answer all of my questions. On the night of our wedding, Shawn was early and let us know she was close by. Since there was a lot going on, we were a little late getting in the car but Shawn was so polite and accommodating for us. She even helped me in and out of the car since I had a big train on my dress. We also needed to pick up my husband's belongings from a different hotel to transfer it with us and she made the stop. She was so professional, kind, and genuine. If we ever need to use a professional driving service again, I will be sure to call Debbie in a heartbeat. If you're a bride, this is not only an affordable option but the experience is so professional and luxurious as well! The car was spotless, had snacks for us, and was nice and modern. I cannot recommend this company enough! Thank you for making our exit so seamless!

A few months ago I was traveling to Tucson from Hampton and had an early morning flight at the Norfolk Airport. I found Opulence on Groupon and I am glad that I did. I wasn't sure whether the driver would be male or female as I was not familiar with the company. To my surprise it was a woman and what a delight she was. She showed me excellent service, excellent conversation, she even convinced me to stay in Hampton as I was speaking with her about relocating. We arrived at the airport safely. Thank you Opulence Transportation Chauffeur. Unfortunately I can't remember her name, but I know she treated me like "family". I highly recommend and would like to thank her again for helping me make the decision to call this my home.

Opulence Transportation is the perfect way to start and end your travels. We ve utilized their services twice and will use them against Shawn was professional, polite and accommodating for our early morning departure and midnight arrival. Her competitive rates we re helpful for our group of 4 adults with a ton of luggage.

Perfectly punctual and courteous. I used Opulence Transportation to take me to and from the airport for a business trip rather than using Uber or a cab. Driver was amazing and I'd definitely use again!

Our experience with Opulence Transportation has been wonderful! My Dad lives in Michigan and needed to get to Virginia for a family urgent matter. They picked him up from the airport and drove him to his destination. Then, 4 days later, they picked him up from where he was staying and took him back to the airport. Since he was traveling alone and was 83 years old, Shawn made sure he got a wheelchair when he arrived at the airport and went above and beyond for great customer service. If we were ever back in the area, they would be our first choice in transportation. We were super grateful to have found them. Thank you Debbie and Shawn!!!!

I have used this company several times, mostly for helping with transportation for my elderly mother. I live out of state but have them provide airport transfers as well as for doctor appointments. Always have been on time and very friendly, even the time I had to make a next day reservation (which I do not recommend doing but they handled it perfectly). Not only would I use them again, but I keep using them.

I haven't used them yet. Unfortunately something on my end messed up but they tried to help the best they could and very understanding. The next time time I need transportation I will be sure (now that I know what the problem is) to use them.
