Lovely hotel. Convenient location for limerick city, Shannon airport and bunraty castle. Excellent facilities both inside and ouside with tennis courts childrens park and spacious grounds. Generous portions of well cooked food served at reasonable prices in both the dining room and the bar by friendly and helpful staff

Very bad choice of food and forgot half the order and there was only 2 of us and the food that did come out was cold and had to wait over half an hour for food I would never go to this place again
This place has an amazing look to it. The staff are incompetent and have no idea what they are doing. If I ever come back to Limerick I'll stay somewhere else
Perfect hotel with kids. They have a kids club where they keep kids supervised and parents can enjoy the spa. Prices are very relevant. Staff very helpful. Would highly recommend.
Really nice hotel, spa is good. Pool is tiny and dated (expect people to wear swim cap) which is utterly pointless as it's too small to swim in hence why it's empty. Good size room, comfy bed. Bar meal was good and got exactly what I wanted for breakfast.
Here are a couple of things you should know about this hotel. No1. The pool is not as big as you might expect. No2. The Thai green curry was not at all good but the fish and chips were, although there was no side salad or mushy peas with it. No3. Only 15 mins to city and 50 to 60 mins to a lot of Ireland's famous attractions like the Burren, the cliffs of Moher, Lehinch beach, Spanish point or Lisdunvarna. One of the main attractions, only 10 mins away is Bunratty castle. Plenty to do there. Enjoy.
If you want to use the POOL then you have to BOOK a slot. Mention this at reservation or online when booking.it can only hold small numbers. Reception didn't even mention this when I asked at check-In what time the pool closed at. They told me the pool closed at 8pm when in fact it closes at 10pm. Overall a good hotel and there are restrictions in place during Covid, but tell your customers what the procedures are.
We had my sons communion on Saturday in the raddison blu Ennis road it was absolutely the best day from start to finish even in these stranger times we did not feel any bit of it the staff were professional friendly went above and beyond to meet our needs I could not recommend them enough especially to marie and Monica ye were brilliant to deal with the food was amazing plentiful and delicious especially the beef thanks so much for making my little man feel so so special and my guests extremely comfortable will definitely be back again kind regards charlene Daly x
Stayed at many Raddison properties in Europe and must say I was not disappointed (apart from the phone and TV in the room being non-functional though staff were quick to sort out the issues). Overall staff were helpful and the property was clean. Room service was tasty (I d recommend the Cesar Salad). If I was ever visiting the area again I d definitely return here.
Was at a wedding here a year ago, and experienced the slowest service ever. Went in for meal at 6.00 there were short speeches so hotel cant blame that on the slow service. It was so bad some people left b4 the main course was served. You know the way some older couples leave shortly after the meal, well the couple left before the main course! The top table had completely finished their meal ,the band had started setting up and we were only getting our main course!!!! The first dance had started and we still hadn't got our dessert!! There was no reason given no apology!! I feel sorry for the couple that got married, having paid so much and half the guests left feeling so bad about the service. The food was excellent when we eventually got it. The band were also brilliant, pity the hotel couldn't pay for a few more staff to help serve the food! I certainly wouldn't recommend this hotel for a wedding . I have been here for other weddings and didn't have any problems with the service, dont know what happened on this night, but it was a shame.
I just arrived at this hotel to pick up my sister for New Years. On arrival I was greeted by a man and asked was I a resident. I said No I just need to use the rest room. He said just to please you , you can you those bathrooms there and you must wait for your sister in the lobby . I do not understand why I was spoken to like this. It was highly disrespectful.
Good clean hotel. Bar food good but not enough room in the bar for diners and drinkers. There is a better bar/restaurant in the Letterkenny Radisson hotel. Overall happy with room, breakfast, restaurant and staff.
Not a hotel to stay in unless you are catching flight at Shannon and need to put your head down. Lobby very modern but bar is a let down. Bar food too pricey. Hard to get a seat in it. Go to Dirty Nellies up the road. 10 mins in taxi. Much better value for food and atmosphere. Won't be staying there again
The hotel is easily accessible located outside Limerick. We was in one of the business rooms which was a decent size with coffee maker, iron etc. We made use of some of the spa facilities including the outdoor hot tub which was perfect in the weather we had. The restaurant had an offer of a 3 course for 25, very well priced. The service was spot on as well, the waitresses were very pleasant and friendly. Probably the best service we have had in a hotel restaurant. The only criticism is that there were constant noises coming from the pipes and heating in the room, such as a constant banging which felt a bit like torture when you're trying to fall asleep!
The best thing about Radisson is the staff. All extraordinarily helpful and friendly. Well appointed, spacious rooms, uber comfy beds, clean and fresh with a generous supply of toiletries. Excellent room service. Rain Spa is a real treat with professional staff and wonderful range of treatments. The hotel is accessible for those with mobility problems except for the heavy doors (the main revolving door was out of service). Accessible parking closer to the entrance would be welcome. Overall a very positive experience and highly recommended for anyone with or without mobility problems.
Our room was very large and very comfy. The bed was great and the pillows were perfect. Staff were very nice and we had a great breakfast with lots of choice
Location good. Food ok service terrible . Very disappointed stay for mother's birthday . Orders mixed up food delayed for children and adults . Reception messed up at check out about payment and charges Very unhappy
Stayed here for 2 nights in May. Arrived late on a Friday evening and the first room they gave us was awful. Very hot (and the heating was on full in the room), and was small, no bigger than a lodge-type motel and was situated at the furtherest end of the corridor. I didn't think it was worth the price paid so I went back to reception to enquire. Everything improved from there, when I asked if they had any better rooms, they did and the second room was perfect. Was also very hot when we got in there, but managed to cool it down with windows open after a few hours. Nice spacious, very clean room. Staff very helpful and informative and the breakfast was one of the best I've had in a hotel.
Avoid! Fire alarm went off twice during a 4-day stay in the middle of the night. Nobody came to tell you if its safe or not. You are just left wondering the corridors to figure out whether you can go back to your room. It took three complaints for them to get back to me one month later. They would get zero stars if it was possible.
Stopped off for coffee and a snack on. Saturday afternoon. Bar was not packed but it took 5 mins standing at the bar to get served. However when I did get served the girl gave me some complimentary peanut chocolate pieces. This was very nice.
The bar was very comfortable and I enjoyed a relaxed hour here.
very poor experience in this hotel. on arrival i was told i had to pay a 50 deposit as i booked online and paid with a debit card and not a credit card. I had paid for the room in advance and had been at this hotel many times and never been asked for a deposit.. i then asked could i be given a receipt for this and was told no... when i went home the following day i noticed on my bank statement i had been charged 35. when i called the hotel they said this was for room service. i had not ordered any room service. when i called the hotel they said they would look into it, i had to call 4 times to query this and was then eventually told i would be refunded, but was not given any explanation or apology. will not be staying again.
I booked my daughters Communion their which was handled by the most amazing staff. Every detail was taken care of, the meal was fantastic..and entertainment for the kids afterwards was great..cannot praise this hotel enough! My daughter was treated like a princess thank you so much for the 5 treatment we all received..
Stayed there last night got No help with bags , wife 7 months pregnant, , room was cold, shower not clean , water leak in ceiling in middle of night. Managers response was disappointing and annoying when considering price of the stay. 20. % discount on next stay. No thanks.
Very nice Hotel, all staffs very friendly, great swimming pool, gym excellent. Great reception and great food. Family friendly as well. I absolutely loved the visit.
Very disappointed with this hotel. Food in restaurant was way over cooked. Key cards failed on 3 consecutive days. Front desk staff very defensive. Bar and restaurant staff wonderful hence 3 stars.
Gorgeous hotel with great attention to detail. The rooms are spacious and even have a Nespresso machine. Only a few things that would be a great improvement: the bathroom could do with an upgrade and there were a few hairs in the bath, and a manual about the hotels services. Overall lovely stay!
We have stayed here 4/5 times. Very nice & clean hotel. Love the leisure centre but unfortunately because of Covid havnt got to use it the last 2 times staying in this hotel
Not great for the money, rooms are nicer and cheaper at the George hotel. Pool, sauna and whirlpool all off and were only told on arrival. Won't be staying again
I went here for my hen and couldn t have been happier! We had a spa day and afternoon tea. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, they couldn t have done more for us! Management were constantly asking if we were okay and if we needed anything, we got an extra bottle of bubbles complementary as part of afternoon tea. Complementary wine & desserts in the bedroom on arrival. I got a surprise gift of beauty products from the spa. It was absolutely fabulous and I can t thank the staff & management of the radiation enough for all they did for us that day.
Quite a bad accommodation experience, my non-disabled people gave me a handicapped room (no bathtub only shower, I am a group traveler), and the bathroom is worn out. In the face of the pasture, the room has flies and the cleanliness is poor. Asking for a fan, even giving a broken fan, the service needs to be improved.
