I stayed here for work, I enjoyed my 6 week stay at this hotel. Good food, good gym the only fault I found was very slow bar service, took a while to order a drink because bar staff were absent from behind the bar.

Not good experience at the restaurant. Nearly raw fish had to be sent back ( to be fair, we weren't charged for it after). Three staff members were asked for a desert menu, but it was still half an hour before one arrived. The chicken and kids meals were good, but the whole meal was very bit and miss.

Back from this hotel after a short trip with my family. Had a great trip and the hotel was following guidelines really well. We booked the pool each evening and had a few great meals in the bar. Will be back.

Very well maintained hotel, we got a room on the 1st floor with a horrendous wall view, if I had to stay there more than 12 hours I would probably give up.

Very nice accommodation. Tasty breakfast, plenty hot & cold options. Decent meeting room facilities. Forgot a phone charger in the room and the reception staff were very helpful in retrieving it amd offered to post it back to me. Disappointed with the lack of a residents bar though

I recently visited your hotel for a spa day with my daughter the treatments were lovely and relaxing the staff were excellent and friendly the room wasn't very clean towels dirty, floors not cleaned, the chairs in the relaxation room weren't comfortable and it was very noisy with workmen outside the window drilling holes, there were doors banging and car alarms going off we were not informed of this by the staff the food in the restaurant was only OK.

In some areas, it should be awarded 3 stars but the helpfulness and great attitude of the bar/breakfast/food manager saved the day and made me give 4 (small, dark haired gentleman, looks to be in his late 50/early 60's). So..a large group of us stayed here for 2 nights. When we entered the room, it was icy cold. On the way to the bar, I talked with Housekeeping to ask if there was a trick to the thermostat, but they said the heating wouldn't come on until 5 PM (this was 4 PM). I'm not sure I understand that. The weather was freezing and what if we had wanted a nap instead of a beer? On that note, went downstairs to the central bar in the lobby - my husband was choking for a Guinness in Ireland (Duh), only to be told by 2 different staff they were washing the lines of the tap and it would be an hour before G was available! Firstly, couldn't that have been done at 9 AM, in preparation for such a large group of, mostly beer drinking, men? And then we noticed there was another bar. So secondly, couldn't they have gone to the other bar and got some? We practically had to beg for service for drinks, and were disappointed - that is, until we met the manager. He complimented our pizza later that night due to the mix-up and, at breakfast the next morning, he noticed I had been looking for poached eggs, so promptly had the kitchen make me one and brought it to the table swiftly. Additionally, I would note that, if you want one of these special looking rooms on their website pictures, you maybe should ask for it. Most of the rooms do not look like this. Overall, though, I'd definitely stay here again. The "other" bar (we didn't see at first) is cozy, comfy, well-staffed, and fast on the service. Breakfast was amazing, clean, and vastly spread out, and we were able to get a short Uber ride into town from this location. Not too far from the airport either.

Room quality, cleanliness and decor was excellent. I would certainly go back there. Two onsite restaurants, one of them has occasional live music. Only thing is it was far from city so need car or Taxi to go to downtown where there is plenty of food choices.

Nice, Good worth for money, but dated rooms, need upgrade.
Pros - I think overall it was a nice stay with a great breakfast all inclusive in the price I got.
Cons - But having said that I think the hotel is a bit outdated with their infrastructure. Specially the rooms are not very modernised. They look similar to a 3 star hotel or below and lack the technologies specially if compared with 5 star hotels.

Oh God the hotel is perfect. We shared a presidential suit. It was wonderful. I have recommended to so many people service perfect. The lady at reception i cant remember her name but married to a Nigerian. She is very good and patient to listen. I will back to hotel again soon.

Radisson blu hotel limerick is a beautiful hotel.we booked a meal on sat night. We were somewhat dissapointed not with the meal but with the service. We waited fir half an hour after being seated before anyone came to our table.I would have gone elsewhere but I had a voucher towards the meal.I presented the voucher upon paying(what I had received from Radisson blu upon ordering it) It took 40 mins to sort voucher ending with me using Radisson blu's computer to finally sort it at which stage the good laugh we'd had prior to this had evaporated. We were offered complementary drinks which we declined.I would revisit hotel but I would eat elsewhere.

Hotel was very clean. A little in the middle of nowhere but that suited our purpose while travelling through the area as a stop off point. Breakfast was just Ok. as you were just provided with breakfast items as default on an afternoon tea tiered cake stand. (Fruit salad selection, yoghurt and some pastries etc) and then a cooked breakfast selection. We used the pool facilities while staying but this is the reason for the 3 stars. The pool is tiny. When we arrived there were 3 couples in the pool already. Within the next 15 minutes another two couples came in. This resulted in everyone just floating around the pool trying to maintain social distancing. There was an attendant on the spa reception and it had to be booked so it should have been controlled numbers. But this felt like too many in this small space so we left after 20 mins. Not relaxing at all unfortunately.

We had an ok stay here. I was upgraded to a suite but gave it up for 2 beds. The food was ok but we had to pay 15 Euros each for breakfast when we thought it was free. The rooms were average but I did have good sleep.

We paid for a luxury suite, only to be scared out of our sleep two nights because of false fire alarms. The manager was not able to give me a reason for the alarms going off. Do not spend the money on this place if you are looking for relaxation. The food is very expensive and you will be jolted awake, they have no interest in how that might be affecting your stay.

Everything was perfect about the hotel apart from the bar staff. So rude and extremely slow taking our order. I asked for a high chair and waited 10 minutes in the end I had to look for one myself. Bar staff lets down this hotel.

professionalism and competence.
Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful spa, with saunas and various baths.
I stayed for 3 days in a matrimonial suite. All kinds of comfort available. Excellent location out of town, but only 4km away, by car you arrive in 5 min. free parking and wifi available throughout the hotel.
Breakfast for a fee.
