Went for a meal n couldn't fault the service was excellent the food was mouth watering I highly recommend and will be back again

Wasn't staying, Just stopped off for food, for the prices wasn't great, 1 particular member of staff not friendly at all, seemed too much trouble for her.

Just spent one night there. Worse experience I have ever had. We had no towels in our rooms we had to fend for ourselves. Our luggage was everywhere but where it was suppose to be. I went to the front desk to ask for a bottle of water she said they had none but was willing to give me a glass to drink water out of the sink. Asked for ice I was told they had none. I love Ireland I come every couple years. I will never stay in your hotel again and will make sure I tell my friends not to visit there.

Excellent location and free parking a bonus. Staff were friendly and food was great.

Very poor. Manager at front desk, a man, was incredibly rude. Never experienced anything like it.

The location was very relaxing, cleaned and pleasant. The staff was very helpful all round, also activities for children all week which keep them occupied. The room was relaxing and cleaned very day - the bed and pillows was comfortable soft. We'll definitely visit again.

Food range reduced, and price increased. Quite expensive now for a stay. Better to have more rooms filled at a lower price than empty.

I was deeply disappointed, I have stayed at the Radisson blu, all around the world, and when it was still Radisson blu in Galway it was one of the best, but Limerick oh my God, restaurants and bars are understaffed so all of the server's have attitude problems, and the thing that really really got me, was as a hotel promoting family a lot, the weekend was full of drunk kids 2 night's in a row shouting in the lobby before they were let in to the ball room, my 5 and 8 year old were terrified, the kids were coming in already drunk. Come to find out it was debs night,
My husband was being hit on by kids!!!!! While we were coming in, and the party smoking area was discussing, drunk kids in the front of the hotel! And by noon the next day, plastic cups and pillows still on the ground.
Do not prompt this as a family hotel.

Spa treatments were so good, staff very knowledgeable

Very enjoyable for family holiday. Staff very helpful and friendly. The kids club was great. 4 hours to have our dinner or whatever and the kids had fun with other kids. Food good.

Upon arrival, my wife and I were greeted by a genuine smile by the lady on reception. She is knowledgeable and very passionate. Later on that evening she assisted me with printing some documents I required. The ambience of the restaurant in this hotel is lovely. The staff are very highly trained and knowledgeable. The rooms are spotless.

At a agm today. Went to bar ordered a egg salad sandwich on brown not toasted. It arrived with one piece of egg a piece of lettuce and toasted. I expect more from this hotel.

Great food, nice service. There is a playground for children. A perfect place for a Sunday afternoon.

Our room was lovely and the thermal spa was fabulous. We were a little disappointed with the food we were waiting a long time for our dinner and then got the wrong order. We didn't get breakfast included because we both would rearly eat a big breakfast we just wanted toast or porridge, something small, but they wouldn't give it to us separately the girl wanted us to pay 11 for the toast as it's part of the continental or 16 as the porridge was on the other menu. We just had coffee

Gorgeous hotel, staff were lovely & friendly, very attentive, nothing was too much trouble and always smiling.
The room was spacious and very clean. Refreshments and toiletries there if we wanted them.
We used the swimming pool and hot tub, the swimming pool was quite small but big enough for a lazy swim. The hot tub was very relaxing outside but with tall fencing for privacy.
We dined in the restaurant both nights and the food was delicious.

Average to poor food....noisy bar...poor seating average service....above average price

Service was terrible, don't be fooled into thinking this is a 4 star hotel because it is far from it. We had multiple issues with the staff which the manager was not able to deal with during and after our stay. Plenty of better staffed hotels in the area.

Small bar not much seating for food. Breakfast time a joke. Nobody there to seat you, breakfast cold no fried eggs you have to order them, 15 mins. Not good.

This hotel is very nice. The staff are all welcoming and the facilities were very good. I sampled the spa while here and it was really relaxing and worth the money, also had a 3course meal and the food was really good. It is great for a getaway and I would stay here again.

Having screwed up on a stopover between Birmingham and Boston USA the Radisson on the outskirts of Limerick proved a very comfortable overnight layover. I made good use of the spa facilities and enjoyed the two saunas, steam room and outside hot tub. The restaurant staff were very attentive and the evening dinner as indeed the morning, comprehensive breakfast choices were exemplary.
I wouldn t normally pay quite as much for hotel accommodation but as the airline wanted a similar amount of money to correct an administrative mistake the Raddison turned out to be a very good way of making a transatlantic journey into one which was hugely relaxing.
I will certainly recommend this Radisson hotel for its helpful courteous staff and clean and inviting interiors.

The hotel is amazing the service was great the bar was expensive but the breakfast was great. The pool is great and the adults area is a spa area and outdoor Jacuzzi. Would definitely recommend.

I was travelling alone with my 4 year old for a mini break. Receptionist on arrival was cold gave no info just didnt want to be there. Would of liked the breakfast and pool bookings explained on arrival Rooms were spacious and clean but very warm. Good facilities and nicely situated. 1 pillow each dunno was this due to covid but would have preferred another in room.Tv was great and good selection of channels.
We were booked for breakfast at 10 nicely spaced due to covid. However 45 mins later still no breakfast and not easy to entertain a child so I left. We checked out, 2 different ladies on reception were a delight to deal with and so friendly and gave muffins and juice to my child for trip when she heard about breakfast. For a 4 star hotel little disappointed with our experience

Located in the countryside, good size hotel.
Needs some renovations.
I was personally disturbed from the sewer stench.
Rooms were not cleaned on daily basis. And I prefer a clean bathroom to a made bed to keep up the appearance.
And a parent is supposed to accompany a child of 16 years of age to the swimming pool... Absurd!

Absolutely loved it. We stayed there with my partner, the room was nice, the breakfast was delicious and the rain spa was so relaxing with the outside jacuzzi. I really enjoyed the swimming pool, because the water was heated in it. I don't like ice cold water. I would go back again.

Nice hotel had a good time but did not agree with their policies their policy is you must have a valid credit card to check in so when I went on holiday I only brought my debit card so they did not except this I was very disappointed had to use a friends also do not except cash

Nice quiet hotel away from any other distractions. Stayed here as the last stop of our group tour, its close-ish to Shannon Airport. If u want to grab some beers close to the hotel, don't stay here! The town of Limerick is about a 15min drive.

Clean, great service, and in a great location. It's well outside the city center, but highly recommend if you're passing through just for the night or want to stay in a quiet area.
