We had booked a room for 3 adults but everything was only provided for 2 people.
We have reported this several times but there was no response.
We did not get a full bed for the 3rd adults ... the room is described as spacious but with 3 adults this is certainly not the case.
Our expectations were higher.
Very sorry.
