Very disappointed in this hotel, doesn't live up ...

Very disappointed in this hotel, doesn't live up to the standards of a Radisson hotel. Unfriendly staff, weird set up, you walk forever to get to your room because it's all cut up due to the 2 conference centers within the hotel. Also, I had forgotten one of my bags in the room upon checkout, I realized it 3 hours later so I called and explained the situation. The person on the phone said they would contact housekeeping and locate my bag, so when I called back after 4 as they requested (which is 3 hours after I phoned) I was told I must be mistaken because there were no bags left in my room. I was so angry because I hadn't been anywhere except from the hotel to my car so I knew my bag was there, someone in housekeeping chose not to turn it in and to keep it for themselves, so I lost 2 pairs of jeans, a hoodie, my robe, and a pair of black dress pants. So angry.

Very convenient location, great fitness room, good restaurants in lobby. Room walls and doors are paper thin, and you will hear every footstep and conversation within a forty foot radius. Staff seems friendly if inexperienced.

Was given the wrong key, went back to office to get that fixed. Was given a new key that matched the room # when I opened that door it was another lady's room. My 14 yr old was let into another room thought to be ours, alone. Neither of the wrong 2 rooms was ours. Finally got the right key to the right room, even with the other woman now involved. Later the fridge in our room did not work, my hubby told the front staff they said they would come check it over an hr later nothing. I called and explained our son was special needs and we needed our fridge to work for meds, he said well maintenance is gone. Finally after another call and complaint, the same guy came with a new fridge. Worst hotel experience ever. The only pleasant experience was the nice lady checking us out 2 days later.

Maid Service not Included....

After leaving the Hotel at 9:30 am we returned at 8:30 pm from a long day only to find that our room had not been cleaned. I called the front desk but received no answer so I was forced to go to the lobby and asked to speak with a manager. I was told no manager was on duty and there was nothing the desk clerks could do but say "sorry". I was later called on the room phone and offered to change rooms, but this was the last night of our stay and there was no point in packing up everything to unpack in a different room only to repack in the morning. Since there was no maid service there was also no coffee packets or water bottles for the morning and overflowing waste baskets. The desk clerk did bring up towels for the morning and empty the trash after some time.
In the morning as we were checking out we requested to speak with a manager but were told all were in a "meeting" and unavailable. After some time a woman who claimed she was the housekeeping manager arrived but had no authority to do anything and could only say "sorry mistakes happen". After some discussion the clerk refunded the difference between the cost of the suite and regular room rate ($30) which did not make up for our inconvenience. We did leave our cell number and asked that the Asst DM who we were told was at the "meeting" call us but of course that request was ignored.
Other issues:
The whirlpool tub had no instructions so no clue how to use or turn on.
Tub is extremely slippery as there are no traction aids on bottom of tub.
The small freezer in the fridge was packed with ice and useless.
The bathroom door opens into the bathroom so if there is a medical issue with someone on the floor first responders will have difficulty rendering aid.
Handicap parking was full of parked vehicles with no placard or identifying plates.
The toilet was extremely low to the ground causing issues for people with arthritis.
The HVAC is programmed to shut off so when returning to the room with the outside temperature during the day at 90+ degrees it was stifling.
We had stayed at this hotel many years ago but the service and facilities have gone downhill since then. A traveler should avoid this hotel at all costs since there are so many less expensive more guest friendly facilities in the area.

The room felt like it was set up by a kindergarten...

The room felt like it was set up by a kindergartener. Who separates the bathroom from the sink? The part the deserves the most condemning is the mean staff. We were very thirsty, and when we finally found some water in the lobby, we were given the curt response: 'READ THE SIGN. WHAT'S THE SIGN SAY?', and weren't given any water. The sign said: "Water is reserved for scrapbooking event". What type of a cheapskate hotel reserves drinkable water? That mean lady also glared at us every other time we would walk by. Additionally, we called up to request an extra cot in the room. We were rudely hung up on. When we finally were able to get a cot, they left it in the middle of the hall. I did not enjoy my stay here and would not recommend it. The candy at the front desk was gross. For those who do stay here: BEWARE THE MEAN WATER LADY!! However, one good thing was that they were great at water conservation by not giving us any.

I didn't stay here but I attended a corporate event and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this venue. The food was excellent and the staff was very attentive and friendly. The provided 'bar' was mediocre at best but I'm sure the main bar downstairs is fully stocked.

This was probably one of the most comfortable stays I ve had in a long time. I booked the king 1Bedroom and I went in not really knowing what to expect. But I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was super clean and relaxing. It had just been recently renovated it seemed and it showed I loved the lighting in the suite! Very pleasantly surprised the work desk wasn t that bad either so for all my business buddies it s a good workspace! The spa bath was nice as well. One thing to look out for not necessarily bad thing but something to note. I have a phone case with the built in card holder and keeping the hotel room key in my phone case has proven to deactivate the key a couple of times. The staff member super pleasant Every time I went up there. My boyfriend quite liked it as well so overall I would definitely recommend I ll attach some pictures as well to grasp a better idea
