Stayed overnight and used their long term parking to fly out of the airport for a week long trip. Room was spacious and clean. The shuttle left quickly and picked us up within 15 minutes. Nice little bar/restaurant. Would stay here again if I flew out of Providence.

Terrible service if I could give 0 stars I would.... This is far from a 3 star hotel what 3 star hotel doesn't Evan have a mini fridge.... The carpets are all wrinkled up and falling apart it smells like a nursing home ....staff is incredibly rude and inconsiderate.... Incadental charges are for anything u may put on your room I payed $50 for incidentals and get a $2 Tylenol tablet ask for it to be put on my room to be disturbed 45 min later that they are trying to charge my card a separate charge of $2 and it's not allowed .... Isn't that why I paid incidentals not so I could be charged imedietly for a whopping $2 and to call a guest room at 12am over $2 is unacceptable this is the worst supposed 3 star hotel I have ever meet to do byn't waste your time or money on this rat trap....also they advertise a spa ......they don't have a spa
Been here 2 weeks and Kaitlyn and Jacob have been so accomodating. Both of them have gone above and beyond during my stay, I would recommend this place to everyone I know. I cant say enough good things about this place.
No complimentary breakfast because they sell muffins, yogurt, etc. No refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms, unless you are in a suite (guessing at the suite part).
Disturbing that the room wasn't cleaned still had someone else's toiletries inside it hair brush etc. The hallways were nothing but smoke aggravating my asthma which is why I chose a non smoking room had to park almost a block away because of a broken hotel enterance door and empty pizza boxes in front of the elevator. Waste of money. They used to be so much better now its a dump. Never again!!
The room decor was dated, and the room was not nearly as clean as I prefer. Room service food was ok. The shuttle to/from the airport to the hotel is convenient. If you have an early flight, this location is very convenient.
My husband and I found this last minute through a Google search -- couldn't beat a nice-looking King suite for 150 bucks! Right away, we were impressed with both the staff and the quality of the suite, but the real great was the restaurant, Libations. The absolute, hands down BEST crab cakes either of us have ever had!! The drinks were good, too. We slept great (the beds aren't memory foam, but they're still very comfortable) then returned to Libations for breakfast, which was another perfect meal (a spinach florentine omelette and, of course, the crab cakes Benedict). This is now my new favorite place to stay whenever we need some time away! I wish I could rate it higher than a 5
This place was close to some nearby sites to see. A easy ride to Providence as well if you want to see more of Those Island. The room was clean and nice.
Can't get towels in a timely manner, parking arrangement is a "awkward", and neighborhood is a little questionable. Other than that shopping malls, restaurants, and airport is a short distance from the hotel.
Here overnight before a 5am flight, great, fast service, no issues, the rooms were good, staff was helpful. Did long term parking and we saved a ton of money over parking at the airport.
It's an ok hotel.good location to TF Green Airport . Shuttle to the airport is available. There is a small breakfast bar and a restaurant.Rooms are quite ok.
The hotel is staffed by the Johnson and Wales College. The students or interns that we came across are all outstanding, warm, friendly and eager to satisfy.
Nice hotel for being downtown right next to the airport. Very friendly staff who recommended great restaurants to go to that were nearby overlooking water. Shower head was dismal at best. Staff said they would look at it. Bed seemed old. Pillows were very stiff. But if you need to stay near the airport not a bad place to stay
Nice and quiet place to stay being next to a airport. Your close to all the stores on route 1. Providence mall is 10 minutes up the highway. Friendly staff every time me and my girlfriend stay there for some weekends
Very sloppy work when it comes to paying! Very sloppy. They end up taking more money than necessary and then you have to wait until they are ready to give it back.
I had a pleasent stay at the Radisson hotel in Warwick, RI. The room was very clean, decently comfortable bed, and had kind workers. Decent place to stay, not luxurious and modern but practical.
We stayed this weekend. We rented an executive suite. Disappointed! We found trash in the bedside table and when I got into the jacuzzi tub I noticed mold in the tub! The room was gross.
Alan and Aswin at the front desk were amazing. Everything is perfect. Amazingly clean, beautiful and employees that treat you special. Can t ask for much more!
Great staff. Clean rooms. Impossibly slow wifi: 0.1-0.9mbps. Old flickering florecent lights in the rooms. It works as a hotel but the slow internet makes getting work done difficult.
We have been staying at the Radisson in Providence for over 5 years. We love the. convenience of the Park and Fly as we live on the Cape and don't want to bother our working children for rides. Miss the students.
Front desk people were great very polite and pleasant the room however needed updating just very dark and gloomy I didnt see any breakfast out in the morning so I believe that's not provided room service stops at 10 PM which is a huge bummer! I'll stick with Hampton Inn & Suites across the st where I always get a huge breakfast in the morning
Our flight was delayed so it was very accessible from the airport. The room was a little stuffy and the sheets were stained on one of the beds. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
Checking in, the front desk lady was nice and pleasant and it was fine for a little while. At night this becomes a party hotel. Cigarettes, marijuana and possibly crack cocaine waft throughout the hallways. We were told by management the following day that there is not much they can do. Loud hip hop music in the room above us awakened us at 2 am. Housekeeping walked right in our room and awakened us the following morning at 9:30 am when checkout was at noon. Good place for revelers. I would never bring a family with children here. The second star was for the nice lady at check in.
The staff were very nice. We used the shuttle to and from the airport. The driver was very friendly and the wait time for the shuttle was quick, we only waited around 5 min.
It was ok for the price, the heater in the room had a high pitched humming sound coming from it and the bathroom was freezing cold. The lobby was updated and nice. There is a restaurant and a coffee bar. It is right next to the airport and walkway is 2 blocks away so you can walk to the airport indoors.
A bit dated. You can tell it's an older hotel. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. The restaurant in the hotel was surprisingly good.
My fiance stayed there last night. Asked for a wake-up call at 3:30 am to catch an early flight. No wake up call so he missed his flight. When he went to talk to the front desk about it, they said there was no note in there about needing a wake up call so they're not going to do anything to help him.
Stayed here the night before flying to Hawaii. They offer parking for people staying to fly out the next day and offered a great rate for parking with them while we were away. Definitely a great deal
Clean rooms. Staff was friendly. Nice accessable area. Only problem was the hotel bar was closed both January 1st (understandable as it's a holiday) and the next day (even though they said it would be open)
Check in time said 3 on the website. We arrived at quarter of 4 and the man at the front desk told us our room wasn't ready.... After 15 minutes we went to ask if our room was ready yet and there was a new front desk clerk who made us check in all over again we were double charged (promptly refunded). We had called ahead and asked if the king suite with the whirlpool would fit 2 adults and were told yes... Which was a lie. The redeeming quality was the food!! Room service was amazing!!! The room was spacious and clean! The bed was very comfortable! Overall it's a great value for the price!
Having a great time at the Creative Memories National Scrapbook Day event. The staff here are wonderful, even helping us carry in our many bags and totes full of supplies! And the food is yummy too!
Staff is always kind and accommodating. I am a member. I LOVE IT HERE. The suite i I was in was recently updated and looked awesome and was comfy an cozy. I cant wait for me and my son to go back. -T. Penn
This hotel made my anniversary feel even more amazing. Great staff very welcoming made us feel at home answered all of our questions. Not one complaint being there.
Went to a few corporate social events hosted here. The folks did a fine job hosting us in a plain, windowless room. What was nice was to catch a day with good weather and spill the event out back onto the patio, where we were allowed to bring our wine.
The room was really nice! It was clean and comfortable. We spent a little extra and upgraded to a room with a jet tub. The room was huge, had a couch and doors top close off the sleeping area. The hotel bar, libations, had a friendly bartender. When i ordered a martini (their sign had a martini on it) he suggested another drink instead. After i told him i wanted a martini he went to the back. I'm pretty sure he googled how to make a martini. He free poured the alcohol without a pour spout and then stirred my martini with a spoon instead of shaking it. If libations wants to have a martini on their sign, they should train their staff to make a basic martini. I would stay at this hotel again, but next time id just have a beer.
Would'nt recommend this hotel. We had a reservation that was made months in advance. Requested a microwave and a refrigerator. Talked to them by phone and made sure we would have a king bed also. When we arrived they had only a refrigerator and no microwave, also they had 2 separate beds instead of 1 bed for my wife and I. Toilet was leaking, shower would not drain when you were taking a bath. Totally bad experience. Definitely not going to this hotel again.
