Radisson Providence Airport Hotel Review

Small bathroons but overall it was a good experience.

We went here for a formal social event. The food was great (Italian style buffet) and the service was prompt and courteous, but there were not very many options for appetizers. Overall a great event, thank you.

DO NOT BOOK - CHECK the bed and COUCH for USED NEEDLES

The worst place ever to stay. We got the suit with a couch / foldable bed. We unfolded it and to our surprise there were three used heroine needles fell right from the couch. That just shows the poor housekeeping and it s a nightmare for anyone.
We were so uncomfortable and couldn t sleep all through the night.

The front deck guy JEFF ( who refused to give his last name ) when informed about it, there is no sorry from him and started laughing like crazy when asked about a refund as no way we are paying 273 for a room filled with needles. He made us wait for about 40 minutes to issue a refund. He was working on the computer, we were in a impression that he is working on our issue, to our surprise he is busy doing something else, when asked about it, he replies in a rude tone that I don t know how to do it - I have to wait for my supervisor

We were like are you kidding me? Can t you just inform us and give us an option if we wana wait or deal with that later?

It s a liability. Please do not book this place.

Not a bad place, would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for the random cross dressers roaming the halls with visible extremities hanging out of them.

I stayed for one night. Room was very clean and up to date. Very comfortable bed. Two complaints, due to covid no room service for trash pick up. The waste basket is extremely small. I'm also still waiting on my deposit to be credited to my account. It should be returned on the day that you leave. It's been three days and I'm still waiting.

I enjoyed my stay and have no complaints. It was a small hotel and conveniently close to the airport. The staff were helpful and the neighborhood was quiet.

I attended a work conference here. It was a nice hotel with clean bathrooms. It also has a cafe that sells Starbucks coffee. The staff was super nice and really helpful! The table setting was really nicely done. Breakfast was freah fruits, scrambled eggs, hash, french toast, assortment bakery items... Oh and also yogurt with granola and assortment of teas and coffee. It was a nice breakfast buffet. Overall, great experience.

For convenience to TF Green, "excellent"! Otherwise, "serviceable".

Comfortable, clean and spacious, good location for visitin Providence. 15 min to city center.

Good place to hang while waiting to catch a flight or puck someone up.

This is so bad they lied to us about so going to the hospital. And they blamed stuff on me even though they other people were doing it.

Staff was amazingly helpful and patient. We came and left at odd hours with only a vague plan of what we were doing but got full service/treatment from staff to get us settled and then on our way in the morning. Room was so much more than expected for what we paid. Wish we could have stayed longer to try the tub and steal a pillow or two. Very comfy stay overall and you can't beat their park, sleep, fly service.

Key did not work. Had to see the desk to fix. Room and grounds were great. Good bar. The shuttle to the airport took 20 minutes even though it's 5 minutes away.

A little overpriced basic hotel. The fitness center was good. Coming out of the back parking lot is a pothole that about swallowed my rental car. Location is good, close to the airport, reasonable drive times to downtown.

This hotel is great! I stayed here for over a month while looking for an apartment. The staff are super friendly and helpful! The restaurant in the hotel, Libations, has incredible food! They also have a Starbucks located inside the hotel! Fabulous hotel!!! Would absolutely stay here anytime! :)

My initial impression of the hotel was veering towards the positive. However, I found myself in a room with no sort of mini-fridge and dated appliances. I appreciated the bottled water they placed in the room, but it wasn't enough to ignore the other issues. Notably, the TV, which would turn itself off every 5-10 minutes of use, was the most frustrating of the issues. The front desk came to my room, removed the plug and switched outlets, saying that it could be shorting out. His solution did not work, but because I was checking out the next day, I could not accept his offer to switch rooms.

All around, I would say that employees attempted to correct problem, but were unable to. A major renovation is needed, especially considering its proximity to the airport.

If you can overlook some of these things, you'll love your stay. The front desk was nice and respectful, manager seems great at her job, and the rooms were clean.

Fantastic with kids, breakfast was lovely even hough just a bagel, fruit and drink. Room was ok but great value for money. Collection from airport by hotel transfer when contacted

I stayed there overnight with my boyfriend and it was really nice. The room was very clean, tv was good, just an overall great room.

What a craphole! First off, the photos used online to book this hotel are not up to date. The rooms appear to be a little bigger online. There was a RUDE gentleman at the front desk that checked me in. The stairwells and hallway stunk like moldy butt. One elevator and its in the lobby, which would be fine if parking was at front of building. Parking is in back and side of building with entrances into the building. Your pretty much forced to use the stairs with your luggage and all. Bar closes at 10....stupid! Our room had 1 king bed and a pull out couch. There was 2 adults 2 kids checking into that room, but the idiots didn't put linens in the room so we could use the pull out. Had to wait 30 minutes for someone to bring linens up to us. We were with another couple whose room was next to ours. Their toilet was clogged and instead of the hotel fixing it, they just moved them to another room. Seriously???? Get a plunger. What an inconvenience! Would NOT recommend this hotel to even the trashiest people.

Outstanding 4 star hotel that is very close to the airport. It has this unique design where two wings of the hotel surround this charming courtyard. It is so quiet and peaceful there, that you would never guess how close to the airport your really are. Rooms were clean and fresh and the bathroom in my suite had a jetted tub. Loved my stay there.

I'm sure there are better hotels than this!.... I was just walking through the parking lot minding my own business. Had not said a word to anyone or touched anything and some security guy comes out asking me for ID. Then he radio's each letter of my name with a word or another name like cops typically do. Well it's PAYBACK TIME NOW!. Just for that you get one star!. That being said it was a while back so didn't write this when it happened, I write them as or if I can remember them. But I was not happy about this! Now look below, bet it's going to be a copy and paste apology just like all the other bad reviews! Place is a Joke!

The front desk staff was friendly and got us checked in quickly. The hotel was clean, bright and well lit. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was rather small but I'm not lowering the rating for that.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, but we consistently had problems with the provided transportation service.

The Radisson Airport Hotel is well kept and managed. The rooms are also very clean. The downsides are no breakfast included, and the hotel is very dated.

I love staying here! The hotel staff is so friendly and accommodating, they truly try to make your stay a great experience. The rooms are cozy and very clean. The restaurant has a good menu and great food, Christa is wonderful. The front desk Jenna and others help with everything and even shuttled me to go do errands. I just want to thank all of them.

The location is probably the best thing about this hotel. Airport very close by with a 24-hour shuttle Rent-a-Car service next door gas station convenience store within walking distance. They also have room service in restaurant on location. The room is nothing to brag about but does have wired internet as well as WiFi. Other than but nothing to brag about descent size room,a bathroom the size of a closet with a separate room the size of a closet with a sink to brush teeth and get ready in. Haven't really spoken with staff or seem them but to me that is a plus.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our room thermostat was malfunctioning when we arrived, but service staff were able to fix it promptly and the room was a comfortable temperature when we returned from dinner.

Good experience for what they did offer. I wouldn't return to them though.

The front desk service was great and the shuttle to and from the airport is very convenient. The room is quite large and reasonably priced. Everything was clean and well kept. The cafe and the front didn't have the best food and the server wasn't the friendliest. But everything else was great

This is a nice hotel but it seems like the parking lot is a mile away from the front door.

Went to a couples conference here. The food was very good and the place was well kept. Clean bathrooms and nice building. Just wish they will change the carpets on the conference room because they are old.

By far one of the most horrible hotels I have ever stayed at. The 1 bedroom suite I stayed at - the safe was broken i reported it no one fixed it during business hours, the toilet was broken I reported it during normal business hours no one fixed it during business hours, the toilet was running all night so I couldn't sleep, i was on a business trip their wireless internet speed was less than 1 MBPS download speed I could not even open a browser to send an e-mail. I reported this and they said "sorry." I would NEVER recommend staying here! HORRIBLE SERVICE! 1/5 star hotel at best!

So many issues with this hotel from beginning to end. Although staff tried to accommodate I didnt appreciate being told that they were right and I was wrong when I had proof of a reservation on my phone...the type of room I had and then again the price I booked it under. Then after taking a survey the manager wrote me and said he felt some of the actions of the staff or my complaints were acceptable to him. No wonder the staff are like they are with the crudeness. Why would I want to subject myself to then talking to him. I will never stay at another radisson again if this is the way they treat their guests....

Everything was ok. Quick shuttle service to hotel was all that mattered

The hotel was very clean, the staff was amazing. We went there for the Zoo package. When I was short three tickets they responded quickly. I had the three tickets before we left the next morning. The breakfast was perfect and the staff there was also great! We used to use another hotel. I will not use that hotel, but will use the Radisson.

Terrible someone runs over my room constantly. Ppl hanging around the property smoking. Someone near my room smoking pot more then once some of the front deststaff rude

Shuttle was super convenient! We were able to leave at 4am to make our flight.

The place setting's were missing spoons, when we told the wait staff, I was brought out a soup spoon. Food was good but the green beans needed more cooking. Waitstsff was average

Slept here to catch an early flight not of PVD. Room was clean and we'll maintained; however, Thin walls, could hear every conversation out in the hallway. Wood construction meant I could hear floors creaking if anyone walked around in the room above me.

Good hotel, comfortable bed, workout room, clean, ok Wi-Fi.

Close to Shannon View and no bed bugs. Will stay again.

Went home for a wedding and I have to say this is a amazing hotel. With a great staff and special shout out to Jenna and Jose for making me feel at home. See you soon got another wedding in a few months.

Only stay one night to make a flight out of Providence. Clean and quite.

Clean, comfortable bed, & easy check in. Walls/Floors are thin. Furnishings are dated. Bathroom was ridiculously tiny. Housekeeping reset thermostat in our room while we were out. Close proximity to Legal Seafoods and the airport is a BIG plus. The parking lot is a big minus - very long walk to get into the hotel when it's cold out. Overall this is a functional & clean place to stay when you need to be near the airport but it's not overly impressive.

The Radisson is my go to hotel for my Anniversary, I always get the Suite. Needless to say I was very disappointed and upset when I stood there last week. Every time I tried to relax in the jacuzzi tub I couldn t because every time I turned in the jets MOLD shot out of them. I reported it to the front desk and all the receptionist did was say sorry they probably hadn t been flushed out in a while So upset

Spend the night there. Great size beds. Very clean rooms and a fully working restroom

I was only there one day for a meeting. Breakfast and lunch were served. Food was good but we ran out of cream for the coffee and there weren't any napkins. The room was clean and comfortable. Accoustics were good.

It's location, next to the airport, is hard to beat. People are friendly.

Quick shuttle response. Courteous, professional and helpful staff. Rooms seem to be newly furnished with nice done bathrooms. The walls and carpeting make the room look dingy though the rooms were very clean. The one perk for me was Legal Seafood Restaurant is next door!
