Radisson Providence Airport Hotel Reviews

I stayed here for a three day weekend, it's quiet, convenient, and clean. The hotel has a fitness room for amenities and a food voucher for breakfast that was very convenient.

The hotel was on a busy road and not easy to find. There was no parking when I arrived and the seating for the presentation I attended was very crowded. Otherwise it seems like a decent hotel.

The food was alright, nothing to write home about. Good service. Overall a pleasant experience for our daughter and her classmates for their dance.

The rooms need mini fridges. Other than that, great stay!

A pleasant to come here. There was a hiccup on their end and they quickly fixed it and ensured my stay was great. I appreciated it. Well be back again

Room had a strange smell that never went away. Sheets and pillows had bloodstains on them. Airplains rattle all night. Staff seemed busy talking amongst themselves.

Easy access to highways and airport. Next to Legal Seafood, IHOP down the street. In hotel breakfast bar with limited hot selections. Staffed by excellent Johnson and Wales students.

Nice hotel. Been here a number of times to visit my son in School. Comfortable rooms. Hotel is close to the mall and several schools.

Hotel is clean and nice inside. Overnight staff was very nice at 2 am when I checked in. Shower however did not drain! My husband also went in the lobby at 10:15am for coffee and they told him they put it away at noon. Housekeeping will defiantly wake you up at 8 am.

Great stopover on the road to Boston. A tad pricy, but it's the best option in the area.

The staff help me get a room and was very friendly and gave me options on multiple things to do there so I really did enjoy myself.

King suite was absolutely perfect & booked via priceline for an deeply discounted rate. Outstanding.

Well placed for Providence airport. Very good customer service

This is now the second time my boyfriend and I have stayed here and it was wonderful once again. We stay here during Newport Folk Festival since it's far enough away to not deal with all the hassle, but close enough to get there quickly. The most recent time we stayed there we had a little bit of confusion that resulted in my boyfriend being charged twice for our stay, but Leo and Hannah totally figured it out for us and fixed it so that we could have a positive experience and only be charged once. Staff was professional and friendly and the beds were extra comfy.

Extremely helpful staff. Nice room and the food at breakfast is a very reasonable price. The shuttle service is a real plus.

Excellent place to stay! Very clean and accommodating. The staff was amazing, especially the boy Anthony at front desk. He was extremely helpful in giving me directions and helping find anything I needed. He was very pleasant and made sure I didn't need anything even offered to bring stuff up to my room if I needed something. He is a asset to pour company! Please tell him I said thank you!

It was mostly good but they were out of inventory on some stuff and late to let us check in. Restaurant food was great and well priced. Room service was fast and easy

Decent hotel, no fridge, clean and close to Downtown, plus Legal s next door

Was probably very nice 20 years ago. It's pretty dated now but decent enough. Starbucks in the lobby is a nice bonus.

What an old and mediocre hotel! No free breakfast. When I just checked in, the room was found not cleaned at all, so they had to switch rooms... unbelievable.

This Radisson location is perfect. Just 15 minutes drive from providence downtown, providence place and 45 Newport. Plus it is right at the highway so easy to move around. Plenty of parking spaces and a cute little backyard ideal for money coffee or tea if the weather is nice.However be prepared to pay tolls if you drive to providence that's because it is actually located at Warwick.
Nevertheless, this Radisson is independently operated. It feels more like an upgraded motel. The wifi was not stable, room service didn't show up during the two nights stay. No trash can in the bathroom.

Gracious and kind, clean and well equipped. I think i am switching to Radisson forever more! My flight was changed due to weather and the Radisson was the only one willing to give me a deal. Fabulous night's sleep! Thank you to the lovely concierge who picked me up at the airport and graciously carried my bags despite my having no cash to tip him.
Very close to airport, yet quiet and calm. I did not eat or use the extra areas, but the food smelled great.

Went online and did the park and stay locked in a price of $84.00.
Arrived at the hotel and I was told since I booked it through Expedia they did not add parking fees?

I was told to cancel the reservation and rebook it. So I did, the price went up to 204.00 as now they are booked full. Really not possible as I just cancelled my reservation!

l am told by the manager that I should have called. I show her my phone and call records. I explain that I did call but I was unable to understand that person's broken English when I had called about the shuttle. Additionally the receptionist I initially spoke with here tonight also could not speek English very well and had to keep going back and forth to get things translated.

Well after about 35 minutes of dealing with this incompetence and having my friend wait outside in the truck wondering what the problem was ,I became frustrated. I again look online and there are no other rooms available in the area... I get stuck paying the overcharge.
Really not a good way to start my vacation.

I personally don't expect much , but it was all true,and was really unacceptable.

Great location! Super close to airport. Staff is very friendly. You hear the name Radisson and think it will be fancy. It is not fancy at all BUT it's clean and great for one night. I parked my car here also for a week. No issues at all. Shuttle service is great.

Not a pleasant stay. The hotel is well maintained and looks clean but unfortunately the place it is located is not great. We could smell weed when walking through the hall way. The fire alarm went off around 1am and we had to evacuate the rooms. It was a false alarm and you guessed it correct.

Centrally located, plenty of parking, staff very courteous, and food was very good.

There was a delay waiting for my room, but they countered by offering free drinks and switching me to a better room. Overall very good service.

Not a bad stay but havr had far better in the past in other places.

Service is horrible. The management sucks. There is this one manager I believe Leidy so unprofessional and rude.

Always great service to our family. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Entire staff was great with presence of small children. Always use hotel and their airport long term parking with shuttle. Always been great experience overall.

Wow! Was pleasantly surprised when we arrived on the evening of Jan 21. The gentleman at the front desk was the perfect personality for the position. The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Exceeded our expectations. The shuttle service was fast and efficient. We'll be back as we travel out of PVD often.

It's a hotel, most are the same and this one was just as good as any other.

The lobby looks great. The front desk, banquets and convenience area service was outstanding! Parking is a little far from the hotel.
