First coming here, I wasn't sure if I was leaving the lot with a car but our salesman "Lefty" was actually the best. He told me and my parents things we didn't know or think about when getting a car. Happily, I left with the car of my dreams. Wonderful!!!!

I went to Major World on Saturday and couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the time I got there to the time I left everyone I came into contact with was unbelievable! Going in I expected them to be like every other car dealer who just cared about making a sale , getting you in and out and not caring what they sold you , but I was pleasantly surprised, and shocked, when it ended up being the complete opposite! I dealt with Richie and Federico who were absolute amazing and you would be very lucky to deal with them!!! Even Denny who wasn't involved with my car sale helped out and checked on the status of my new car while I was waiting for it. They put me at ease, were kind, polite ,not pushy at all, and took an actual interest in me, what I was looking for and what was in my best interest! I left the same day with a beautiful, flawless 2012 Nissan Altima , got an amazing deal and couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Major World to anyone who is looking to purchase a car and I will be spreading the word to my family and friends!! Thanks again Major World!!!

On Saturday I went to Major World, I bought a car from them in 2011, to purchase a beat around car for my son, who is in college. The salesman, Rich was excellent, friendly, warm, and personable. My family was immediately put at ease by his infectious smile, and firm handshake. The prices and selections were amazing. My wife and I my purchased two cars; a very nice 2005 Sentra, and I upgraded my Nissan Murano to an Audi Quattro Q7. I will most definitely return to Major World for my next, and every auto purchase in the future.

The wait is rediculous. They need better customer service skills

I initially wrote a raving review the day of purchasing my car. 5 months later, in still dealing with B.S. and this that we're supposed to be included in the car not being done. My car was supposed to have gps and remote start. It took 2.5 months to get the GPS installed after getting thr run around for months. Now I'm here trying to get the remote starter installed. I took my car to the Chrysler dealership and they said the car doesnt even have remote start capabilities installed. Apparently major world made a replacement remote wit the remote start button on it but the car did not have the package installed. Been here 4.5hours already and they say they need minimum 1 more hour. Im sooooo through with this place. I'll never deal with them again!! There's no reason 5 months after purchase in still dealing with crap from this place!

This was a much different experience from when I purchased my first vehicle from Major World 5 years ago. Great service from my consultative sales rep, Steven Fabre. He listened to what I was looking for, and worked with me to get my 2012 Ford Explorer. He and my financial adviser Fabio did everything they could to make sure I left their lot satisfied with the vehicle of my choice, with a doable monthly payment, and even spoke with my insurance provider to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. The numbers, financial expectations and my financial obligations were made transparent before I left their lot, so I knew exactly what to expect. They treated me like a valued member, and not like another notch closer to meeting a sales quota.

Second time purchasing a vehicle from Major World, and it definitely will not be the last time! If you're searching for a vehicle, and an organization that'll provide the best experience possible, then you need to give Major World a call!

Not sure how they get all tyese good reviews. Honestly i think they bought them from one of the review repair services that are out there. They tried to sell me a altima that's 2 yeare old but had a broken seat & a lot more wear & tear then a car with 20k miles should have. I believe the odometer was rolled back. Then they tried to sell me a maxima wivh had a knocking noise when engined turned on. At the end i picked a different maxima whivh i wasn't excited about. Once we got to paperwork they tagged on so many fees that i walked out. I would not recommend this place.

I had a great experience at Major World. I went on a Sunday afternoon. I was assisted immediately . Huge selection of cars. Romeo and Rick were extremely helpful. I did not feel any pressure and Rick helped me find a great car in a price range with a payment plan that i was comfortable with. I drove home in my car that day which was amazing. No hassle with registration everything was taken care of right on the spot !

This place is a ripe off they sell you car that was in a car accident and they don t tell you I went back and forth with them and they still didn t help me so don t waste your money here

How many times in your life do you go and buy a car? And how many of us really know what exactly need to be done when purchasing a new car?
The sad thing is the feeling I had after purchasing a car from major world is that they know how to take advantage of the fact that most people don t know too much about cars.
I waited 2 years before buying my car, and major world lest me with a bad taste. The car is good, and they fixed few small problems that it had, but when I signed everything, I felt like I just spent an extra 1,000$.
I asked them clearly what will be the total price if I will decide to buy the car. The guy told me what the price will be. BUT!! After all the paper work, and all the signature, I noticed a 900$ that called dealer fee . When I asked about it, they said that this is a regular fee on top of the car. Anyway, I paid, and I love my car, and I would of pay the amount including the dealer fee since I wanted that car, but why playing dirty games?? They just missed a 5 stars review, since their sales person was very nice, and not slick, and their repair service are very quick and efficient. But it will take a while before the bad taste in mouth will vanish

Had a really excellent experience at Major World. I went in expecting to be turned away but they worked with me and went above and beyond to get me into a vehicle my husband and I could afford! Reuben the sales rep. we worked with was absolutely wonderful when it came to understanding our financial situation and understanding our necessities in a car. First, let me start off by saying that I've been coming to Major World since 2005 and I have purchased 7 cars from them throughout the years,my most recent being a 2014 Jeep Patriot. I have read some negative comments here on Google and I must say that the things that some of these people have said, I myself, have never experienced, nor seen. I want to thank Javier, who called my wife when he found out that she didn't find the car she really wanted earlier this month. He worked on her deal throughout the day and was able to get her approved by days end. We made an appointment to come in on a Friday and we were greeted by Andris and Victor. They both worked fast to get the car cleaned and get all the paperwork together. Derrick handled our finance situation and got the deal done with a good monthly payment. Chastity was also proficient in helping us go through all the paperwork while signing. I also want to thank Jimmy, the finance manager, he's helped me purchase 3 out of my 7 cars. Whenever he's told me he can get it done, he's never failed. Thank you guys and gals and Thank you to the rest of the Major World Staff. I'll be back for my next new car in a couple of years.

I personally know not 1 but 3 people that worked in this disgraceful place and they screw employees on commission so you could imagine what they do to the customers. Stay away from this place at all cost!! You will regret it if you do business with them!!

3 stars because the selection is massive. You guys actually have alot of cars to choose from. Now.. the fact that there is a lot of cars raises some concerns. Nonetheless, those arent really important. Lets go to my experience which probably would ve gotten you 1 star. I walked in because they advertised a pretty clean looking 2008 Toyota Camry with miles still under 130k online. Now first, I waited about 30 minutes, now that wasn t the worse part. I waited 30 minutes for them to get me a salesman just for that salesman to just point me in the direction of where the car was and in spanish say it s somewhere in that direction, you ll find it instead of actually helping me. Luckily i know a fair share about cars so i knew what i was looking for. Now what i ask is that you guys offer a Carfax on your website because had i know that the Camry i was looking at would be in the condition it was in, I would ve saved the hour trip. The paint had more chips than a snack isle at the supermarket, the shift knob was missing, parts of the car looked repainted including the truck and bumper, which is a horrible sign. Oh and lastly, yall gotta make alittle more room when your guys are parking the cars in the lot because idk if he was a porter for the lot or a salesman but he was parking one of your caravans in a spot and scratched up the side of it because there was no space.

Posted a fake ad on their website. On the ad they dont show any damages neither in description. I went to see the car and i saw the car is seriously damaged that no one would buy on that price. Such a waste of my time going there. I told the sales person about this that they should do proper advertisement and the guy started to give stupid reasons. What I've found out on their lot, over 70% of their cars were in an accident.

My experience with Major World was excellent. From the moment my husband and I arrived, someone was looking to help. We were referred to a specific sales person by a family member, and he was kind, he listened to our needs and helped us find the right car.

Overpriced cars and arrogant people. I ended up having a fight with them. Awful place to be at and they have no respect for their customers. When I told my friends about my experience, they simply laughed and said they had the same experience. So I think they staff is just their to humiliate everyone. Never going back there.

I was interested in buying a car so I went to Major World just to look around because I was a first timer. When I walked in I was greeted and helped right away. I look at some cars.They found for me a Nissan Rogue, very convenient for my family. So I brought a brand new 0 mileage 2018 Chevy from them first time buyer the sales man told me I had life time warranty one year later the car gave problems gm motor was on strike had to fix the car take it to midas.. 2 months later my car stop I brought back to the dealer dealer told me I have no warranty told the sales man told me I have life time warranty he said you been duke because theirs no such thing so they say my car starter wasn t working told me it was $600 to fix it i Gave it to them just for them to say I have to buy a brand new engine which cost $4000 how does an brand new car engine die in one year, and why would a sale rep lie and said I have life time warranty when I didn t they sold me a lemon car.. then told me I can get another car if I put down $2000 and as of right now I ve been without a car for 5 months still paying for a car I m not driving because can t afford another one at this moment I m mad they sold me a lemon car

When I went back, I was pleasantly greeted by the original salespeople; a sales manager, and service manager! All took the time to explain every step of the process and we made the deal in a reasonable amount of time!
