DO NOT BOOK - CHECK the bed and COUCH for USED NEEDLES

The worst place ever to stay. We got the suit with a couch / foldable bed. We unfolded it and to our surprise there were three used heroine needles fell right from the couch. That just shows the poor housekeeping and it s a nightmare for anyone.
We were so uncomfortable and couldn t sleep all through the night.

The front deck guy JEFF ( who refused to give his last name ) when informed about it, there is no sorry from him and started laughing like crazy when asked about a refund as no way we are paying 273 for a room filled with needles. He made us wait for about 40 minutes to issue a refund. He was working on the computer, we were in a impression that he is working on our issue, to our surprise he is busy doing something else, when asked about it, he replies in a rude tone that I don t know how to do it - I have to wait for my supervisor

We were like are you kidding me? Can t you just inform us and give us an option if we wana wait or deal with that later?

It s a liability. Please do not book this place.
