Very nice hotel for a convention. The staff is always very helpful and professional. The rooms are nice and the beds are always comfortable.

Nice, clean. Located near many Restaurants and stores.

Elevator broke down on us and the housekeeping staff kept knocking on the door on the morning of check out to see when we were leaving. They started knocking before 10. Check out was noon. There was a do not disturb sign on the door. We were trying to get a little more rest in before we had to leave and drive 7 hours. I was so irked

I had a great time. The beds are very comfortable and very clean.

Good was good, but there wasn't enough, so we had to wait for more to come. Sound system was great! Temperature was perfect. Staff wasn't very friendly.

We stayed here two nights. At first, we were happy. Room is nice, price is right, food is good. However, 2 things happened that are unforgivable.
1. We found a piece of glass on the floor of our room.
2. Across the two nights, we were kept up by at least TWO crickets in the room. We were able to find and destroy one, but the other one was hidden.

The fact that there was even one cricket in the room, tells me the staff is not doing their job OR the hotel just doesn t check for bugs. It s absolutely unforgivable and we will never come here again because of it.

These are the kinds of things two or three star hotels do. They skimp which leads to bugs, glass, and cheap thermostats.

PS: please don t come on here and give us the we are sorry give us a second chance bologna.

the ladies at the starbucks cafe were fantastic! So caring and helpful!

Couldn't believe the detail and beauty of the main lobby and halls. My only deduction was the bathroom in my room (205)... it just felt like a closet.

Airport Shuttle...non-existent service
I wouldn't pay for their park/fly option ever again. My son and I got stranded at the airport after calling for the hotel shuttle to come pick us up. We had to hire someone to come get us. Shuttle bus was sitting in front of the hotel when we got there and still there after unloading our luggage and driving our car from the overnight parking area. Also, we contacted them about not getting the shuttle service and an adjustment in what was charged to our credit card and there was no response. We won't stay here again. We paid way too much money to have been ignored, both in the shuttle service and again in our communication to them. There are better choices in the same area...use the other hotels who care about their guests!

Lastly, I contacted the hotel a few weeks later to get an adjustment for the cost of the room and I received no response from them.

Super easy access to the airport, 15 minutes from downtown Providence and 40 minutes from Newport. Lots of food choices nearby as well. Rooms are clean and comfy

Grate vous from my rooms very easy to get to and had no trouble with acomodaciones

Overcharged my debit card upon leaving ( after being there for 3 months) was charged December 30, 2019.. supposedly for a past due room charge from back in November 2019. Pay attention to your statements, and ALWAYS ASK FOR A RECEIPT! Especially for an extended stay situation. Not fun having a negative bank card balance, right before Christmas.....ugh. Hopefully they train the staff they have, or hire competent, knowledgeable front desk clerks....

Loved the customer service and the spacious suite!! Very comfortable bed!! Great jet tub. So relaxing especially after a day of training seminars!

It's newer than the airport sheraton. It's an airport hotel, so in that sense it is great. Very close to airport, good food, great breakfast, very nice staff. Enjoy!

Staff was very very helpful. When we were there the staff had to manage a situation with an over the top guest and they handled it well. The rooms were clean. Walking distance from the airport.

Nice staff. Hotel is old but renovated. Next to airport not near any stores or eating choices.

There for a professional event. Very well set up conference rooms and the suites for interviewing are more like an office than a place to sleep

Convenient hotel to the airport friendly staff with nice clean rooms. shuttle service to the airport on demand very good.

My flight on United was cancelled so they comped me a room here for the night. Service was great. Check-in was quick and easy. Libation bar in the hotel had good food and the bartender was awesome.

Very nice and staff was very friendly and professional. We will be staying here again soon.

My bed was wonderful
Loved my room... With the glass French doors opening into the sleeping area...Very comforting when I closed myself in.

Nice tub...I'm tall and the large deep jetted tub provided a great soak.

The staff is amazing! Having car rental issues they helped me get back on the road. I have sad business to attend to and these guys really helped my stressed self.

Only ONE WARNING... Don't eat the Frittata at the Starbucks counter... Go for the Chobani, muffin and a cup of joe!

Know that the place feels a tad dated but it just didn't matter one bit. I recommend for the travel weary for sure!

Check-in was a nightmare! They told me when I reserved the room that I could pay in cash when I got they but I couldn't. Not only that but, they never quoted me total cost @ the time of reservation, & charged me a $50 incidentals fee that I was not prepared 4!!! Everything else was great about our stay but I really might think twice about ever staying there again, due 2 the hassles @ check-in!!! & To top it all off, they don't even offer a complimentary breakfast!!!!

This is one of the better hotels in the Providence area. Nice rooms, clean and fresh! Located near the airport, it convenient. Also note that it has direct ties with Johnson & Wales University, so you may get a discount if you have a student there! Great stay! Comfortable beds!

Clean conference rooms, temperate, helpful staff, plenty of parking

Comfortable room for a breakfast meeting. Food was good.

Curtious employees, great manager, when we had a problem with a top sheet of the bed we had. The suite was large, comfortable, clean. Had the best night sleep. We've never stayed at a Radisson Hotel, it sure will be on the top of our list next time we go out of town. Loved this experience. Great place!

Our stay was pleasant overall, especially for the price. The front desk employees were so professional, welcoming, and pleasant. Unfortunately, we can't say the same for the bartender at Libations (the restaurant inside the hotel). We would stay here again.

Very nice place very friendly customer service. The Librations restraurant and bar is open to the public. Extremely delicious food. The hotel is going thru updates and would be even better when done

Great little room for a decent price and easy to get to other places from here. I'd stay here again next time we are in the area.

Kindhearted people and staff from the lady at the pub to the lady at the complementary contentinenial breakfast.

The carpet in our room was soaked, unsure of what it was.

Place needs work. The ceiling above our room was so squeaky that we were kept up all night by people pacing back and forth. There was a bloody towel in our room. The heater made a racket. And the shower left a lot to be desired. Pros: no bed bugs and next door to Legal Seafood.

Slow room service that delivered warm beer, overdone burger and no ketchup. Temperature control in the room was not good. Room was nice and the people are friendly. There are probably better options. That's about it.

The bathroom sucked in room 205 but this place is beautiful.

I use the Radisson every year. It is conveniently located next to the airport, has great food, and is next to another great eating place, Legal Seafood. The rooms have always been clean and the staff are very accommodating

We were there to park our car and take their shuttle to the airport. They were kind, courteous and prompt getting us there. We will be spending the night there when we return.

Parking is easy Lobby is beautifully done as are the conference facilities and there is a lovely back patio that has you completely forgetting that you're in the middle of the city next to the airport. Excellent conference facilities.

Our stay was due to a flight cancellation. The staff were very professional and helpful. They even gave us a discount for our stay. The room was a suite with plenty of space for our party of three. The only minor issue we had was the air conditioner didn't want to stay off so the portion of the room with the bed was much colder than the rest of the room. I would definitely stay again if the need arise.

I went here for a Conference today. Staff were very helpful and everything worked so well. They did a great job making sure everything was in place in a timely manner.

The hotel smells of cigarettes and weed. The bathtub looks like a 2 year old did the caulking job and the mirror is half hanging off the wall (and this is in one of the suites). I didnt sleep due to music, yelling, slamming doors coming from the neighbors room all night long. Waste of money.

Clean, conveniently located hotel. The rooms are very nicely decorated. Friendly, courteous staff. Reasonably priced. I've stayed here many times and this hotel is definitely one of my favorites in the area.

For what we paid (through AAA no less) we got ripped off. Could have booked way cheaper on our own

Location is very close to the airport. There are several restaurants and stores nearby. The room was nice and cozy. I would recommend staying here.

The airport Radisson is in top shape. Public areas are clean, my room was in great shape. The people at the front desk are always friendly and helpful.

The sad part is this hotel was built to host meetings and stuff - people coming and going all through the day. But COVID had cut business way back. My stay here is comfortable and easy. I just hope more people can come by soon.

I am an asthmatic. Upon check in, the odor of narcotics and combusted tobacco products permeated the lobby. We were forced to stay elsewhere.

Only stayed one night but it was clean and comfortable. Very convenient to the airport and bus stops.

Nice quiet hotel with the basic amenities and fair rates.

The room was great, clean and the smell was nice. This location was extremely under staffed and the poor front woman was running around trying to help everyone. The hallways reeked of Marijuana and people say in their cars with blaring music at 4am. Of which is out of control of the hotel, but is a downfall if youre trying to get a good night's rest.

Not a bad room for a night and the price, $89 before tax.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to help me. When I discovered that the airport rental car company did not have a car for me (even though I had a reservation), they came to pick me up as soon as I called. The hotel is an older hotel, but the room was clean.

Looked clean in the main entrance, ballroom was nice and rooms was ok. But the rooms need and the hallways needs new rug, Windows and installation and install better and the rooms are extremely then. It's ok to stay.

Was shuttled from the airport to the hotel very quickly. Staff were so nice and inviting. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Housekeeping needs improvement. But overall i had a great stay

Been here a lot. For finctions like weddings and just to get a room before travel from t.f. greene airport. Great hotel. No bs. Just good clean rooms with the eight amount of space to drink at the bar and chill in the lobby. I like it. Live in Berlin, Deutschland, from Warwick, RI.

Despite the looks on the outside, the inside is very clean and tidy.
