So many issues with this hotel from beginning to end. Although staff tried to accommodate I didnt appreciate being told that they were right and I was wrong when I had proof of a reservation on my phone...the type of room I had and then again the price I booked it under. Then after taking a survey the manager wrote me and said he felt some of the actions of the staff or my complaints were acceptable to him. No wonder the staff are like they are with the crudeness. Why would I want to subject myself to then talking to him. I will never stay at another radisson again if this is the way they treat their guests....
