Amazing place... We did a wedding here and it was a blockbuster.. Such an amazing place with such an amazing view of lake and such good interior... Everyone should visit it once.. And rooms are also very comfortable and cozy..

Remarkable stay and mouth watering food and drinks.

The hospitality management of such a renowned Hotel in Udaipur needs huge improvement. The staff is not at all polite. The waiters in Restaurant don't listen to you. And are biased based on people's looks. We were given a room which was way far from reception and lift. Even on requesting, it was said that all rooms are full, despite it didn't seem like. The keys of the room didn't work everytime and then we had to walk back to reception, without anybody's help. After 2 days , they said they are shifting us to another room, which we didn't agree upon. Then they locked our room and stuff. On again walking back to reception and asking about it, they said we have shifted you to another room. On asking the reason , they said the ACs won't work there. Such was the Staff's behavior. Your stay really matters if you are paying a hefty amount and looking forward to a trip. I think the Hotel Management must look upon this.

Went to the hotel for a work retreat. Staff was extremely professional. The rooms are generally well maintained and cleaned well. The confer room was also perfectly alright. The pool is extremely clean and the Chlorine balance of the water is maintained perfectly. The food is brilliant.

Beautiful property and great location. Food not upto the mark and staff has to be more cooperative if you are catering to luxury segment. Front desk is too rigid to be sitting at such a place citing hotel policy as a cover for everything you ask.

Up to the mark property. Guess it is a new property but is given a traditional look. Clearly meets expectation. Get yourself a lake view room and its a pleasant stay. Rajastan hispitality at it's bestOne star less for below ordinary food taste.

Used to be excellent property. But unable to sustain competition. Became more sort of marriage hall.

Very very bad, floor is broken, not properly cleaned room, smell bad, only plus point is well behaviour staffs. But not a good hotel as a 5*

Really bad experience. At this price one expects a decent experience. They have a nice exterior but rooms need immediate renovation. We were given a room where there was a smell of smoke, constant noise from washroom and a dead fly on the desk. We were given another room where tv and hairdryer was not working and even after asking for many times it wasn't fixed. There are other good hotels. Please don't waste your money here.

Excellent location , and xcellent food , xcellent staffs . All very polite and friendly . Beautiful destination for wedding planners. I had my son s wedding in Jan and also attended friend s wedding in March this year. Almost 6 to 7 times visited this hotel and each stays were enjoyable. Amazing Stay and must say it was because of Mr. Arif Sheikh who is the head of housekeeping in Radisson.
Special Thanks to Mr. Ashish and Mr. Kamlesh in the Restaurant for being understanding and serving us food at odd hours and especially when I was unwell at the closed space in the restaurant.

They gave the best of services and immediate attention to any problems.

We went there because it is the only place in Udaipur where you can listen to live traditional Indian. Sitar and flute player Saresh is as good as it gets. Very open to talk about music. The terrace where the concert takes place is heavenly and cocktails are very well mixed and fair price.

Very good experience post pandemic. Chid friendly environment with all safety precautions in place.

Nice for marriages and events such as conferences just need new staff to be polite to their customers

The hotel is a good property. However, there was construction work going on in the rooms above and beside to the one alloted to us, which was very disturbing. I request the management to take care of all the guests equally and also maintain the cleanliness more.

Rooms are average but the scene and the overall ambiance is just amazing! This should be on your want to go list!

We loved our stay in this hotel. The ambience and the location is great.

My husband and I stayed at Sheraton in Udaipur during our honeymoon. I was quite disappointed with the entire approach of the staff, the rooms and the food here. Food is extremely bland. Also, they charge loads of money for the stay and its just not worth all that money! On our last day at the hotel, there was a fire in the basement and they just could not handle it. Everyone was panic striken and it took us 2 to 3 hours to get our luggage and exit the hotel at once! I would suggest everyone to look at other better hotels to stay. Sheraton is a sheer disappointment. No value for money and nothing good about it. Rooms are average. This is not how a luxury or a 5-star hotel should be!

Service was poor.. limited food options also quality is very poor.most of the activities was closed .

I went with my friends for a vacation. The service at the hotel was excellent and the my room had a beautiful view of the lake.

Pro: Food is good, staff is professional and rooms are of the expected Radisson quality.
Cons: If you are a holidaying traveller / on a business trip, it can get too noisy and feel a bit crowded since this place is popular with large wedding groups that book a large chunk of the hotel.

Property is well maintained. Rates are very much higher as compared with quality.

I had stayed for 2 days at Radisson Blu Udaipur on 14-15 Aug, 2020. I had forgotten my iphone charger in room no 2061 which was confirmed by receptionist. I had requested sending it to my home with the assurance that i will bear the courier charges. Still i haven t received my charger back and now they are not even replying. Is this the way to treat the guests. Its highly unprofessional and unethical way of treating customers who come to you with high expectations of hospitality and pleasant experience. I hope after reading the reveiw, at least, management would bother to reply me and redress my grievance. Awaiting your prompt and positive response.
