I had stayed for 2 days at Radisson Blu Udaipur on...

I had stayed for 2 days at Radisson Blu Udaipur on 14-15 Aug, 2020. I had forgotten my iphone charger in room no 2061 which was confirmed by receptionist. I had requested sending it to my home with the assurance that i will bear the courier charges. Still i haven t received my charger back and now they are not even replying. Is this the way to treat the guests. Its highly unprofessional and unethical way of treating customers who come to you with high expectations of hospitality and pleasant experience. I hope after reading the reveiw, at least, management would bother to reply me and redress my grievance. Awaiting your prompt and positive response.
