The hospitality management of such a renowned Hotel in Udaipur needs huge improvement. The staff is not at all polite. The waiters in Restaurant don't listen to you. And are biased based on people's looks. We were given a room which was way far from reception and lift. Even on requesting, it was said that all rooms are full, despite it didn't seem like. The keys of the room didn't work everytime and then we had to walk back to reception, without anybody's help. After 2 days , they said they are shifting us to another room, which we didn't agree upon. Then they locked our room and stuff. On again walking back to reception and asking about it, they said we have shifted you to another room. On asking the reason , they said the ACs won't work there. Such was the Staff's behavior. Your stay really matters if you are paying a hefty amount and looking forward to a trip. I think the Hotel Management must look upon this.
