Poor experience for a Name-brand chain hotel. The room they gave us was not clean. The shower curtains were moldy, the bathtub had dirty yellow spots. Some of the drawers and most of the hangers in storage area were chipped. The upholstery had damp marks over it. The decor was tasteless and mismatched. On calling the front desk about these, we were assigned a new room which was in better state but was actually a business stay room which was basically lower than what we had booked for our stay. They tried To give us a room with two twin beds rather than with one king bed when they knew we ( I and my husband) were a couple traveling.
