I thought it would much nicer because of the price but it really looked more like super 8. Save you money don't stay there

Zero complaints other than 18$ parking not included... Clean rooms, friendly service.

Clean rooms, spacious and comfortable. Ate at the hotel and it was very good.

Clean, stylish rooms. Comfy pillows. Bathroom clean and shower works perfect. Only complaint are bedside lamps, they aren't attached to the wall very well and rotate upside down

My wife and I stayed with a group of friends on a Saturday night with 4 weddings occuring on the premise. The hotel was extremely busy, but our overall stay was pleasurable. I would stay here again.

Well lit, modern interior. Professional staff and downtown is always a treat.

Rooms were clean. Restaurants were nice we enjoyed the live music and the half off wine on Wednesdays. The hotel also gave us a free upgrade to a whirlpool suite which was awesome.

This Hotel is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I had a room scheduled for one night and had a family emergency and they would not refund or help in anyway. No compassion from this hotel. Plus the whirlpool in the room took forever to fill up. Never will I stay here again

Very nice hotel and facilities. Stayed here over a weekend for a bachelor party. The hotel was very accommodating to our group.

The Radisson is a beautiful hotel right in the heart of Kalamazoo. I've attended a few events there before and have always had a wonderful experience.

Was here for an event.
Spent maybe 3 hours...
Valet didnt even move my vehicle it was parked out front and was charged $18 for 3 hours of parking.
While I was at an event spending money here.

I stopped for drinks at the Starbucks, it was very clean and tidy but some of the lights were flickering and made it creepy lol

Great hotel for both personal and professional events.

We attended a wedding reception in the ballroom and it was a great experience. The appetizers and dinner was excellent. Very courteous staff. Awesome evening.

I didn't stay at the hotel, I was here as an artist for a convention, but the hotel is nice. There's a pretty big Starbucks on one of the floors as well as a store, the hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. The closest parking garage is a bit pricey, so keep that in mind.

Very nice hotel and location. Excellent restaurants and coffee shop inside. Could benefit from another bar/drink lounge.

Stayed overnight here. The room was nice enough. Unfortunately the hotel was so full I was placed in a room for people with disabilities which made showering interesting. Also unfortunately all of the high school students who were there for something like the model UN stayed on my floor and there is essentially no sound proofing from the hallways so ai didnt get great sleep that I needed for my interview the next day. But that's ok, I'm sure I was an annoying teenagers at one point in my life.

We just hit the bar for a Martini. The bartender did an excellent job.

Clean rooms with many amenities. There are many restaurants near by and a few in the hotel.

Had a great experience! From the time of arrival until check out. Staff was very organized and easy to talk with. Excellent accommodations!

We celebrated New Year's and our marriage here! They were wonderful! They upgraded our room to an executive suite and gave us a bottle of champagne at no extra cost!! We will go back next year for sure!

We spent one night in a suite on the 9th floor -- very happy with it.
The room was comfortable, with a temperature control that worked well and dimmer switches on all the lights, which I appreciate for when I wake up at 3 a.m. and want to read something.
Excellent room, excellent facilities -- and excellent location: easy walk to Kalamazoo pedestrian mall.
Perfectly quiet at night -- no sound from other rooms, floors, anywhere.
The attached parking structure was very convenient, and the slight interaction we had with hotel staff was exceptional.

One other thing -- the pillows on the bed were good! I *always* despise hotel pillows. I think these were the first ones I have ever actually liked.

This place will rip you off if you try to cancel your reservation. They are thieves. Their website says 24 hour cancellation but the fine print says that there is a cancellation fee of 100% of your booked rate. Do yourself a favor and do not support this shady business

Came here for the Legends 2018 end of the year banquet in September. Very nice hotel and the ballroom where Legends hosted the event was clean and more than adequate in size for the 300+ that were in attendance that day. The food wasn't bad either which was nice.

Customer service was great a lot of friendly people amongst the staff members

The good is the location, gym and appearance looked exceptional but don't let that deceive you. The rooms had hidden dust on lamp shades, under beds and picture frames, beds were uncomfortable and customer service was below average. We stayed there for a conference that was held at the hotel and the elevators were slow it took easily ten minutes to get back to room during breaks because they only have three elevators for a 9 floor hotel and there are no stairs unless for emergencies. We were given inconsistent information on total cost from Molly the reservation customer service rep and at check in again given yet different price information from Alexander. I paid the higher of the two prices only to get home and find charges on two of my credit cards for more than double the amount that we authorized. I called the hotel and they pretty much said there's nothing's they can do that I will need to call my card holder companies.

My husband and I visited the Radisson for his work Christmas party. It was great! The employees were very attentive and kept everything so clean. I would definitely return!

Small children running the halls all hours, teenage drinking party's, vomit in the hallways . The rooms were ok.

Burdicks Bar and Grill has a great outdoor space, awesome service, and delicious food (and drinks )! Always a good time!

I was at the Radisson Plaza in Kalamazoo in June 2018. Most of the rooms had been booked months in advance under one name as part of a wedding party reservation. Since the moment our party checked-in we experienced significant issues with the hotel system as well as with the staff. The latter was unprofessional, unhelpful and driven by a backwarded approach to hotel management.
On one evening quite a few of our party's key cards did not work and the receptionist suggested calling each of our rooms (which were with nobody there because we were all blocked at reception) to check with the guests in there if we were who we had claimed to be. Security is indeed an aspect that must be kept into account, however this should be done in sensible, logical ways rather than by leading guests toward an impasse.
To experienced international travellers such poor competence is striking, especially when compared to the Radisson experience in Europe. It felt like going back 40 years, and not in a pleasantly nostalgic way.

The hotel was very clean. Everything was what I expected

God burgers and reasonable beer pricing. A bit loud, but not unmanageable.

It's a decent enough place nothing really that special about it. Do not, I repeat do not eat at their restaurant unless you have time to kill. There were only 2 other couples there at the same time and we're all looking at each other wondering why the service was so slow!

If your going to stay in kzoo stay here. Best service and best location.

Huge complex. Love it's location in downtown. Best party is my stay included visit to the athletic club. Top notch lap pool and love the hot tub.

Love it here! Rooms are amazing. Staff is great. Centrally located. Couldn't stay at a better hotel. I stay here for a week every year.

Nice hotel with lots of great places to eat inside, and close to other great restaurants downtown.
