(EDIT: My friend left her IPad at the hotel, and the workers found it in a matter of minutes... thanks so much!) and My mom booked the executive suite for my birthday last August, and it was HUGE there was a connecting room with 2 queen beds for us girls, and my mom slept on the over sized sofa. The kitchen was an actually kitchen and came with a microwave, stove, coffee maker, and a fridge/ freezer. Not just a mini fridge but a regular sized refrigerator. The only down side was that when we went to the pool area, it wasn't very deep and the deepest point is 4 feet, but there is a waterfall, so that makes up for it. There is also a sauna, and hot tub, so it's really awesome. There are shops, and restaurants inside of the hotel, and we went window shopping, but went to El Tapatio Mexican Grill (A Mexican restaurant) in portage (about 13 minutes from the hotel) You can also have at most 5 guests in one room. VERY AMAZED WITH THIS HOTEL AND WILL COME AGAIN THIS SUMMER FOR ANOTHER BIRTHDAY PARTY. Thanks for this gorgeous beautiful hotel, and for making my birthday special, and fun.

Good location right in the downtown area. Clean and good service

Service was good, food was delicious, came out quickly.

We ate at Webster's Prime. The food was amazing. We loved the atmosphere and friendly staff. We definitely intend to go back at some point.

I was there for a conference and staff was very helpful.

Stayed there last weekend for the medieval conference at western Michigan. Accommodations were great and the lobby was very clean. Great pool and gym. Definitely worth staying.

Nice venue for a wedding. Great breakfast buffet. On the negative side, our room wasn't serviced and the toilet overflowed for no reason. Lost a star for that.

Ate at Old Burdick's. The food is good but costs more than it's worth. I would only go there again if someone else is paying

I've been there before but the chicken last night was so dry, and 1 of my potato wedges was covered in salt. I would still go back, but I left hungry and the meal was something o looked forward to.

The Radisson Plaza Hotel is a very nice venue for a conference. I attended a 2 day conference and stayed 2 nights in the hotel. The hotel rooms are very nice, they are clean and comfortable. They have a safe and mini fridge. If you have time I definitely recommend checking out the fitness club. There is a nice selection of work out machines, they offer fitness classes, there is also a very nice pool, hot tub and sauna. Perfect area to end to a busy day. The area for the conference was nice as well. There are multiple rooms for lectures, a larger area for vendors and a huge room for dining. There were only a couple technological issues, but those were solved quickly with hotel staff. Very nice place to have an event, everything was great.

At check-in we were upgraded to a wonderful room with a whirlpool tub and wet bar with a view of the city. So many nice amenities: robes, water bottles in the fridge, a mini loofah for the shower, and more! The room was clean and the AC worked great and was not loud. We had a great night.

Strategic location. Fantastic breakfast options, chic rooms and great ambience.

Nice luxury hotel. So many events it can be loud and a bit claustrophobic. The restaurants are amazing.

The hotel is a good location, but seems to be very expensive.

I booked this hotel because I have stayed here before and loved it. This hotel is now a ripoff. I paid $320 for a room that was tiny, dirty and had a broken AC. Do not waste your money. And yes, the front desk was aware of the issue and did nothing. Not to mention that that elevators were broken and we were on the 9th floor. I will never stay here again, I ve learned my lesson. Our only view was of a construction site. Just terrible overall. You lost a customer Radisson!

I went for a job inteview, its a beautiful building. The lobby and stores within are exceptional

A very nice hotel in beautiful Kalamazoo Michigan. I attended a conference and spent two evenings at the hotel and can say that staff was friendly and courteous and made every attempt to provide excellent service. Every aspect I ran into rendered an experience that was clean and professional. There are several stores and restaurants within the hotel complex however there are many restaurants and stores within walking distance as well. I would recommend this hotel.

I get double rewards for this review. But nonetheless it's a nice hotel amenities are plentiful. Rooms were a bit cold. Enjoyed the food and conference rooms. Parking is across the street east in and out.

It's okay I think the young lady at the front desk had a attitude problem.

I didn't stay in a room, but I came for the convention (Dokidokon) in town. The staff, when called upon, we're curteous and knowledgeable.

Great place to getaway with wife! Family Life Weekend to Remember usually hosted there in April each year! Great weekend!!

Located in a very nice area, room was clean and comfortable.

Very comfortable beds, clean and well tended. Walking distance to the Kalamazoo outdoor pedestrian mall.

Dinner at Zazios was great. The wait staff and chefs were friendly, informative, and professional. Attached parking out of the rain was a nice bonus.

The Radisson was great! We joined North Pines church for a service in the basement.

Even though there was a lot of construction going on around the hotel it was a very nice place.

We went to dinner at Webster's Prime. My fiancee and I both got filet mignon and mine was undercooked. I sent it back and they brought a second one out and that one was undercooked too!! The dessert was delicious though!!

Great hotel. Upscale modern hotel with clean rooms. Garage parking was great, easy access. I would stay here again.

Downtown Kalamazoo is a great place to be, especially at the Radisson. Lots of shops, restaurants and ease of parking is great.

The Radisson is the best hotel in town couple nice restaurants as well

Very nice venue for a research day convention. The big convention room was perfect for large presentations with many smaller rooms for small research presentations throughout the day

The rooms are nice but are on the small side. Staff is friendly and the site is well taken care of. The parking seems expensive for the location, but the garage had lots of space.

For the price and look of the place online, we were definitely looking for the rooms to be a lot nicer! The staff was great. Only disappointed in the actual room. Just not great. Smelled old/musty/Smokey. Definitely needs an upgrade on the room.

The hotel it's self is really nice however the rooms are not they were really small and the king size bed was lumpy and uncomfortable with ever worse pillows, possibly the worst I have ever had to use

Lunch at Burdick was alright. There beer menu supports local beers and have decent happy hour rates.

I absolutely love it, the people there treat you like royalty. Great view. A little pricey but it's worth it. I will visit again, for sure!

I attended a wedding here that was in the Arcadia ballroom. It was a beautiful venue for the reception and the service was wonderful.

Great place to stay if you are in Kalamazoo. It's in the center of downtown and everything. Close proximity to entertainment and bike trails

We stayed here while visiting a family member at the hospital nearby. The staff was amazing, going far beyond the normal levels of service. Thank you to everyone working here for being so kind and helpful while we were dealing with the loss of a loved one.

This place is huge. Great venue. Awesome staff. Our company party was perfect!

I attended a conference at this Radisson. The lunch provided was quite Bland and dry. The actual facilities were clean and well maintained.

We were there for a party. Large event room with 2 screens set up. Location was nice but food was Disappointing. Green beans were very soft and chicken was blah.

The place was huge it had almost like its own mall inside the hotel. The room where the event took place was nice and roomy. They had a bunch of waiters who were able to serve all of the table in a nice fast professional manner. Wonderful experience but the food portions are small and I didn't like the food much.

Great facility and nice restaurant. Drinks are some of the most expensive in the city but the food is good and service is prompt.

Very friendly staff, the facility is very well taken care of, many amenities such as a Starbucks and breakfast restaurant located inside.

Rooms were not extravagant but you're paying for the location. However, everything was clean, we'll maintained, and the building itself is very nice.

Very clean, well managed and organized! I have been here for events and to stay the night and have never been let down. The staff is professional and courteous. The Radisson in Kzoo is definitely a five star!

I stopped in for a drink at Burdick's. It was a clean, welcoming hotel. I would definitely stay there if I didn't live in Kalamazoo.

Great hotel located in downtown Kalamazoo. Rooms were clean and the staff friendly. The hotel offers multiple food options, ranging from the hotel cafe and buffet, steakhouses, to Starbucks. Only stayed one night but will stay again when traveling though western Michigan on business.

Always a good time staying at the Radisson Plaza. A little pricey, but still a nice place.
