Good hotel in great location with great restaurants on site.

Very nice room that was well decorated and very clean. Location of hotel is perfect to walk to all the downtown bars and restaurants. Parking was easy and convenient. Overall excellent option when staying in Kalamazoo.

This hotel has come a long way in regards to what it can offer, and they continue to try to improve.

My husband and I had an amazing Date night. I've also attended several business events there. Always amazing service!

A little disappointed in the pool rules and closing times. Other than that, the room was great, location was great.

Very clean location and treated well. Here for a professional event held in the meeting rooms/ballroom. The staff did well to service those areas as well. Highly recommended location for events or to stay.

Very clean! But the toilet is a bit stuffed! Have a feeling of sweating! Overall, it is still good! How good is the sneaky restaurant downstairs! Have a beer! So cool!

A very nice hotel with real fitness. The pool is splendid

Rooms are way overpriced for the quality of the room. Flip side is very convenient to many downtown amenities everything is within walking distance.

I attended a conference we had most of the hotel. Staff were courteous and very helpful

Service was fine, but I expected more than 20 minutes for an elevator. There are only three and everyone who wants to go up or down has to use them because the escalators are only for emergencies. And, most of these slow elevators were full.

Nice place fo a midsized convention with an entire floor devoted to various sized rooms. Parking attached is a bit pricy but the convenience makes it worth it. Two restaurants, Starbucks and a convenience store. Would use it again.

As an event planner, there are some things I would want that were not available, perhaps because not requested by organizers, but that should be standard:

More places to sit outside meeting room areas would have been helpful (scattered 4 tops), to prep for meeting or to just people watch when not at tented a session. The sofas are awesome but women in heels and a suit would find getting in and out a challenge.

Would be nice to have a list of nearby fast food and delivery options available for conference attendees. Sometimes there just isn't time to go to a sit down restaurant between meetings.

At least one water station in the corridor...easier to to drink in transit than in a meeting.

All in all, good location, easy access and helpful staff.

Staff was welcoming and friendly. Food and drink was delightful. Price was high though.

A very nice hotel with a convention center which made our conference really convenient. Even with the discount we received, it was an expensive place to stay.

Went to go to the bathroom and couldn't find the lobby.

We visited friends who were staying at The Radisson for dinner at Old Burdicks. The food and service was great!

Great hotel. Everything you could want is right in the hotel itself. Awesome breakfast place, 2 great bars, 2 upscale restaurants, a great burger joint, a place to get your haircut, athletic center, you name it. Rooms are very nice and the staff is fantastic.

My office had a holiday lunch meeting at the Radison. The facility was very clean and the sound was excellent.

Renovated a few years ago, the Radisson has an updated look. Rooms are comfortable. Banquet facilities are adequate, although the banquet food was exceptional.

Has a decent restaurant, ok courtyard. Upper-class, but with only decent food.

Went to Burdicks, food was good, drink menu was decently varied. Service was great.

Was there for Dokidokon (Comic Con). Radisson staff was accommodating and rooms were large enough for activities.

Was there for my spouse work event in the Meadow room,nice appetizers,plenty of free drinks fabulous entertainment....Quality Air Rocks!

It's always a good time at Old Burdicks. Dinner and drinks are a deal here, great burgers and apps.

This is our Hotel of choice when we visit or socialize in Kazoo; it doesn t get any better and it is in the heart of where it is at.

The location is great in downtown Kalamazoo, and the building is beautiful.

We actually didn't stay here specially because of their nickel and dime upgrade policy. Who charges overnight guests for 1)parking, 2)continental breakfast and 3) wifi access?

Very nice hotel right in downtown Kalamazoo. They have a spa, several restaurants, and full banquet facilities, as well as many meeting rooms. Guest rooms are in need of updating.

The costs of the hotels rooms aren't worth vall that money. THEY CONSIDER THAT SOMETIMES PEOPLE NEED HELP, AND REALIZE THAT THOSE ROOMS ARE TOO EXPENSIVE. AND CONSIDER THAT ON DECEMBER 5TH.2013 , TALEAKA PATRICK WOULD PROBABLY STILL BE ALIVE, IF JUS HELPED SOMEONE THAT WAS OBVIOUS IN NEED. MAY SHE REST IN HEAVEN. .

We ate at Burdicks and the food was pretty fantastic. The Sriracha tots were scrumptious!

Had a wonderful time last night dinner was excellent at ZAZIOS. The five-course meal along with the wine are some of the best food and drink in that Kalamazoo has to offer. Burdick's Bar however seemed a bit out of line on price for the local Beers considering there are three other local pubs within walking distance with better pricing.

If you're new to the town, you should definitely stay at the Radisson. It's right downtown and it's a nice place to stay.

The restaurants are fun and have great food. Gym and pool are great and the starbucks shop has a bunch of Kalamazoo gear!

I was eating at the Burdick's with a large group and the waitress was really cranky and obviously didn't want to be there. I know big groups can be stressful, but it was still off putting and almost made me not want to order anything just to make her night easier

We had a $350 suite on a Sunday night. Had high expectations as we've stayed in a normal room before. Suite was dirty, small and outdated. Broken tiles and a fridge that dis not fit. Extremely small bathroom. Not worth the premium price.
