Christmas party for our work and the food was cold but awesome place

Rooms were nice. Breakfast buffet was great and not too expensive considering the variety. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance. The workout center was awesome. Because it is a separate club inside the hotel it has free weights, machines, and a separate room for classes. The locker room and showers were top notch. Big pool with a waterfall and hot tub.

Very kind and helpful staff. Very nice accommodations.

Stayed overnight and attended a banquet the following afternoon, they treated us wonderfully. Room was good for what you pay for (although fridge was a little small), hotel itself was very nice.

We had a wonderful night away with our family to celebrate my birthday. Room was amazing, clean, great staff, very friendly, wonderfully clean pool. I was absolutely surprised when we had a knock on our door from a staff member. She handed me a hand written card with a box of goodies from Molly, I had spoken with her to reserve my room. I was so taken back by this, it made my night to know she thought about me and my birthday! The Radisson is beautiful, the people that work there are amazing and very thoughtful. Thank you so much for having such big hearts for the families who stay with you!!

Gutless and incompetent management and security. Several boisterous and inconsiderate guests on 8th floor partying past 2 am. Nothing done. After our 2nd call we moved to another room at 2:30 am! A defining moment for this gutless and lazy hotel. Never again!

Played Thursday night trivia at Burdicks and had dinner and drinks. Fun, free trivia - slightly overpriced on the food and drink.

Attended a conference at the Raddison. Great space, easy to find your way around. Yummy coffee and snacks :)

Very nice hotel, has several restaurants close to a walking mall. A bit expensive for the area, I mean, after you shop in the few stores, visit the museums (2) there is no much else to do.

I went to my son's Legends (Drum and Beagle Corps) banquet. The dinner was wonderful and the place beautiful!

Blood drive went very well. Signs helped me find it.

Was in two halls for the Build IT Together event and the breakfast and space provided was great.

The hotel was very upscale. The room was comfortable and spacious, the staff was very nice, and the restaurant I went to was pretty good. They also picked me up at the airport and dropped me off at my appointment the next day, which I appreciated.

Updated and classy rooms, felt great to sleep in their bed! Accommodating staff. Jacuzzi tub was awesome!

Lovely upscale hotel right in the very center of town. The rooms are nice and clean and that can be said for pretty much everything you'll lay eyes on at this place. There are a plethora of dining and shopping options within/attached to the hotel with great food and drinks. Of course it's not the cheapest place in town. It's likely the most expensive. But you get quite a bit for the money.

The front desk agents know little to nothing about how to work the computers since I checked in about 3 hours ago and just watched my friend check in 5 minutes ago to the same type of room I'm getting they allowed her to get a room even though I've been waiting for 3 HOURS ago. But the woman at the counter justified this by saying it must have "slipped through the computer." That's not impressive. I'm sure the hotel is nice but my experience has been anything but nice so far. If you know you are having a large gathering you should perpare for that unless you wish to have several unhappy customers. Although I can say that the lobby looks nice since I've been sitting in it for 3 hours now.

We had a wonderful extended weekend stay here. Friendly staff and clean room. Our housekeeper wrote us a note each day on what was changed out and ensured we had all necessities. The hotel went above and beyond in surprising us with a few extra perks for our anniversary! Excellent location within walking distance of many great dining and beer choices.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The mattress was far too firm for my liking.

Great place to swim. The main pool is nice and cool and has a water fall. It's not too deep and was great for the kids. There is also a sizable heated pool as well. The facility was very clean.

Went to the Radisson for an award breakfadt. Very nice event room.

Went to Old Burdicks for dinner, the service was great. There weren't many people there for a Friday night , but there were also no big games going on.

The room was nice enough but far more expensive than I would have guessed. Also they accept a AAA discount but be sure to book it using the AAA information as it can not be added at check in.

Wonderful hotel! It always looks so clean and well presented. I love any excuse to go there.

Ordered burgers to go at Burdick's. Arrived and saw my food at host desk, but was greeted by anyone for 7 minutes. Several employees walked past but noone said anything to me. Food was decent, nothing amazing.

Went there for Restaurant Week. Food was great but the service was a bit slow.

Room was clean and nice everything you expect from an upscale chain hotel. I was exhibiting at a conference. The hotel employees helping with the conference were very helpful and accommodating. The gym is very nice. The cateringwas average for similar conferences I attend. They have valet parking or you can park yourself across the street. There is a cat walk between the parking garage and the building.

We had a family dinner at Burdicks. Most everything was pretty good, minus the fries for half of our party were stale. Overall, our experience was good. We did have one bad moment where my daughter was in the restroom and a male walked in, I think there was a drug sale going on but security did come and my daughter was fine. They could possibly try to have more security for the public accessible doors.

Service was great and room was clean. Hotel is conveniently located near center of town within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

In general the hotel has nice food and view and service but I'm cutting everything down due to incredibly terrible housekeeping.

Left my iPhone charger in the room, and it's stolen. I saw one of the cups with lip marks and I took the lid off and put it aside. The housekeeper just put the lid back on and on to the tray again. No soap replacement.

The only plus was when I called security came and gave me a knockoff version of an iPhone cable. But they had good service.

But in general, I would never stay here again just due to security concerns

Very welcoming and friendly service, atmosphere was wonderful and clean and professional. Glad I was able to step foot in such a wonderful area even though it was just a hotel!

Attended a conference here, didn't get a room. Most seminars in the conference that I went to, had standing room only, a few were closed. The hotel was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking garage right across the street with an air bridge for easy access to/from the hotel.
