Requested to queen size beds and reservation was incorrect. They brought up roll away. Prefer and embassy.

Great place, classy appearance, with a well done breakfast meeting.
Beautiful interior, highest quality hotel I've ever been to. Excellent service from the staff as well. Although I was only there for a conference and had a limited experience compared to staying for lodging onsite, I'd highly recommend the Radisson for anyone wanting to visit Kalamazoo or anyone wanting to host an event or conference.
Fantastic food and great staff and a beautiful venue.
I haven't seen the inside, but it sure look good from the view of the structure... though it's in a busy street of Kalamazoo
Best hotel in Kalamazoo! Perfect location right in the heart of downtown, very professional, great service, and looks amazing inside and out!
This place has really changed. The interior and staff were excellent.
We visited the bar/lounge area of Websters. Celebrated a friends birthday and it was a private event for about an hour then the area was open to the public. The food was fabulous and great choice for a smaller crowd. The staff was friendly and hospitable. We never thought to go to the bar there but will definitely return. Smaller, cozy, TV's (we watched.the Spartan game)
Has a beautiful facility that is always kept clean and well maintenanced the staff are very friendly and it's very easy to find what you need
Went to dinner at Burdicks. Food and service were excellent for the venue. The Radisson Plaza Hotel is very well kept and a beautiful building to be in as we walked in the lobby from the parking garage to the restaurant.
Great hotel, great service, convenient parking. The location is great - I don't often drive to go anywhere while in town.
I attended for a work event. The service was fantastic, atmosphere very professional and the food was way above par. Would attend again.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The dining available was reasonably priced and tastey.
Nice hotel. One of the best if you are staying downtown Kalamazoo. Parking is a bit expensive, but they are very centrally located. They messed up my bill, but the nice young lady at the front desk was vet helpful in correcting the mistake. Definitely would stay there again!
I have been staying at this Radisson since past 15 years. I see that the quality of service and the staff is consistently taking a hit. The hotel is not like how it used to be before. The staff certainly needs plenty of lessons in hospitality management and customer centric orientation.
Rooms are good. The food and food options are good. But its losing my appreciations for the value for money tag.
Centralized located in downtown Kalamazoo. You won't be disappointed. Three fabulous restaurant plus a Starbucks. No need to venture out if not needed be.
Beautiful modern decor. Rooms were very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
In general a very nice hotel. Some of the bath fixtures could be updated. House keeping was not the best.
Delightful experience. Great service, delicious food, strong cocktails. Best steaks in town.
The location is perfect! Right downtown kalamazoo. Also you won't find a nicer staff
Beautiful hotel in downtown Kalamazoo. I visited during a job fair and had no complaints; the staff is very friendly and the hotel in its entirety is very well kept.
High class!! AWESOME Customer Service!! Very quiet and comfortable Love the excercise room, alot of equipment/ machines!!! Highly recommended!!
My cousin held her wedding here this past weekend along with her reception. Venue was amazing, food and DJ were fantastic. Parking was comp'd as part of the wedding package (we were initially told it was discounted to 8 dollars, but we didn't stay overnight and didn't get charged on the way out.
Only flaws would be Street design of that area of the city, somewhat confusing your first time in town, but that's not the hotel's fault.
Went for the Brewers Conference. Had a great time. Everything was taken care of. Great food and beer.
We've stayed here a couple times visiting Kalamazoo. The room is always clean and very comfortable. The staff is pleasant. Only complaint on the room is the lack of water pressure. I do feel it rates itself and charges a little high given the huge gap until the next option remotely near downtown.
Very well managed. Great rooms, excellent services, helpful employees.
Character breakfast is always a real treat for the kids!
Great location with restaurants in the hotel and shops within walking distance
Had some great drinks at Burdicks yo ride out the storm.
Great stay. Fantastic staff and good location for my needs. Walking distance to Bell's eccentric cafe.
This is a very nice hotel located in the heart of downtown Kalamazoo. The rooms are fantastic and the hotel in general is very nice. Recommended!
Very friendly staff. Very central hotel. Great rooms. Would highly recommend as the place to stay in Kalamazoo City centre
We just ate breakfast at the buffet and it's very good.
Over priced and nothing special. Parking was a pain and expensive. Would not recommend if you are trying to get away for a weekend. The expense is not worth it. Over rated. Been in nicer hotels for a whole lot less. No breakfast offered unless you upgraded to a top priced room. Breakfast menu was rediculous for the quality and choices. The rooms were comfortable, but nothing that comfort Inn or similar would offer.
Wonderful hotel with a very friendly and accomodating staff. Would definitely stay here again.
Love this place, the lobby and common areas are giant and great. The rooms feel pretty up-to-date. The hallways and elevators could use a bit of an update.
This hotel is my favorite when I visit this area. The rooms are very clean and the front lobby is very helpful. There are many restaurants in the hotel as well so you have many options. The location is key because you are two blocks from downtown Kalamazoo where there are many restaurants, bars and breweries. I highly recommend this hotel.
Very nice service. Well kept lobby. Plenty of events going on
Every time I visit the Radisson Kalamazoo, from entry until exit, the customer service, the rooms, the available restaurants and the overall experience, I would consider excellent! A Must stay for all travelers! Never a bad experience!
Visited for a banquet and was nothing short of impressed. Proffesional staff that were fast, neat, and tidy. Interior environment was luxurious and perfect for pictures. I would love to stay here overnight some time.
Went to brunch at Zazio's during Kalamazoo Restaurant week. Very happy with both the avacado toast and the brunch burger we ordered. Worth the price for what you get.
Very nice, great lobbies and mid century furniture. Room was OK and expensive. Parking was expensive as well. Depends on what you are looking for, this isn't your cheapest solution.
The rooms were nice though a little cramped. Our neighbors across the hall had younger children who could be heard running within the corridor, but once inside their room we could not hear them in ours. Perfect location for walking the downtown shops and brewery's.
Restaurants are all expensive. No discounts for my reservation type. The toilet in my bathroom was broken. It's a nice hotel, but every amenity costs something. Not my kind of place.
Great place to stay downtown for a weekend getaway!
We went to a ninja turtle breakfast that the hotel was hosting.
Staff was supper friendly! Everything was very quick even with them using a different kitchen in the hotel due to construction.
Very clean hotel with lots to do inside and out. The fitness center is amazing!
The Radisson is a nice place! I have lived in Kalamazoo for 6 years and I always enjoy the opportunity to go to the Radisson
Huge, clean rooms that are very quiet. Only spent a night there, but our bed was really comfortable.
It was my first time at this location for a business meeting. Beautiful hotel and shopping arena. Staff was flawlessly professional and helpful. The parking was confusing, so be sure to ask what parking area is closest to the hotel.
Definitely a 5 star hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good food on premises. Close to everything downtown Kalamazoo. It is extra for parking (10 bucks I think).
Helpful staff, comfortable rooms, nice conference facility
Great venue for a convention. Room layout was very convenient and a variety of restaurants and shops are available on the ground and upper levels of the lobby. Raddison staff were ever present and helpful.
Beautiful lobby and rooms. Austin at the front desk really, made me,feel like a valued guest. I will return.
3 1/2 star hotel rooms with a little bit nicer lobby and building. Hotel staff was very helpful. The water pressure in the shower was very disappointing. Overall your only choice for Downtown Kalamazoo.
Have never stayed in the hotel itself but have dined at some of the establishments within. I have never been disappointed in the service I have received when I have gone.
The rooms were nice, the conference spaces were great, but the service from staff at lunch was horrible!
We had a corner suite and for a Kalamazoo location, it was spectacular. The Radisson is always a maze to navigate, but once we overcame that, I had a vey pleasant stay. I will certainly book this room again on a future visit to Kalamazoo.
