Very clean, great staff. Staple of downtown Kalamazoo. The restaurants there are some of the best of West Michigan

Breakfast at burdick's for breakfast. Wide variety of upscale breakfast items. Fresh fruit, pastries, omelettes, eggs to order. Service was extraordinary.

Great hotel - clean rooms, friendly staff, three solid restaurants. Will stay here again.

In the bar, the service was very fast and the waiters are friendly and very good.

Went to breakfast at Burdicks. The best breakfast buffet in Kalamazoo. The bacon and russet potatoes are amazing. Staff was kind and welcoming. The only thing I would have done differently is chilled orange juice or ice by their juicer. Great place will be back!

Beautiful and lots to see, there was a modeling casting call, two weddings, and a football awards ceremony all at one time! Great venue and I'd live to tru a stay.

Was fairly easy to drive to, staff were all very helpful and attentive, room was spacious and comfortable although closet space was not as adequate as I would have liked.

Everything was fine about the hotel and my room experience other than no water pressure combined with soap that they provide that once you put it on, you can't get it off. Worst shower I have ever had in a hotel. Very disappointed!

*Review up date* The Radisson reached out to me regarding my previous 1* review to see if there was anything they could do to make me happy and resolve the issue. After chatting on the phone with them, they ended up reimbursing me 70% of my room cost and said they were going to look into the pressure and soap issues. I hope they do!

Stayed as a solo traveler. Conveniently located to downtown attractions and lots of options on site. Would stay again if I was in Kalamazoo.

Old Burdick had a variety of food and drink selections that seemed to please all 20+ guests that we we're with.

Pretty legit hotel and commerical space. The lobby is amazing and staff are great. Parking is pretty free at all the business inside and the hotel with validation, at the parking garage attached with a sky-bridge. The restaurants inside are so far worthy of trying and Burdicks of returning. (Bring back College night Sundays)

Staple of Downtown Kalamazoo and Western Michigan University events!

Nice hotel downtown Kalamazoo. A bit pricey for the room. Nothing fancy with the rooms. Parking was an extra 20 bucks. Parking was covered and connected to the hotel. Check-in was quick and easy.

Nice location within walking distance of many restaurants. A very nice hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, rooms were very clean and quiet, and the staff was exceptional.

Radisson is one one of the main attraction when you arrive downtown Kalamazoo Michigan. it has four themed restaurants with exceptional service.

They also have 20 flexible meetings rooms with over 44,000 square feet of space!

Overall I love the nightly view of Kalamazoo downtown when I come here.

Great clean rooms and friendly staff. The only thing that made the trip a bit difficult was two of our for rooms weren't ready for check-in when we arrived just before dinner. The hotel was very busy, so we're understanding but it did cause a bit of hassle. Would book and stay there again.

I'll never go back there. They stole $288 from..me. They took my debit card Information took my money then told me that I couldn't stay there cause it was showing pending after They ran My debit card to pay for the room. When I had just stayed in 2 different Radisson hotel prior to coming there paid with the same card. Show pending and still stayed. So if I don't get my money back I'm taking them to court for credit card fraud. Shows when it was taking and time and address. No one steals from me and gets away with it.....I wouldn't recommend any one to stay here. V

Very nice hotel! Worth the money and a great location in town. Everything you need is right inside the hotel! The restaurants are delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our rooms were nice. This was my third time staying there and I'll definitely be back!

The staff here helped us have an amazing conference. The food they cater to us is top notch.

Well run establishment, has been a great venue for the Michigan Brewers Guild Winter Conference for years.

The room was nice and quiet. Would have been a better package it it had a full bottle of wine instead of a mini bottle. Food was okay. But it's nice that everything you need is all located right in the building so you don't have to go out to have a nice evening you just go downstairs.

The hotel is clean, modern and conveniently located. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. One problem, hard water. You can put soap on and three days you will still be washing it off.

The room was clean and comfortable. There were tons of pillows on the bed which was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Very prompt check in service, great atmosphere, and the shops in the hotel are a plus. I opted for self parking in the garage, made easy by using your room key to get in and out and a sky bridge to access the hotel.

Just stopping by for a visit reveals a beautiful building towering along the Kalamazoo city skyline. The restaurants inside are also very extravagant but VERY expensive. Appears mostly suited for higher class families or traveling business associates who are visiting the city.

Hotel is clean, everyone is very kind and helpful. It's very easy to walk to shops and restaurants.

The place is really nice. The lobby bathroom had to be the cleanest public bathroom I've ever been in.

Stayed for my wedding night and the room was great. Been back a few times for events or to eat at one of the restaurant inside. Always a good time.
