Clean room. Nice, attentive staff. Having business meetings at the hotel, catering is top notch.

Food at the event wasn't great. Staff were solid. Audio Visual was perfect. Hotel was clean and very welcoming

Even with Covid 19 going on the staff did a great job especially Jimmy Tabb help alot great leadership and the food at Burdicks was awesome recommendations the double double burger

Went for a company banquet. We were in a banquet hall on the street level and it was uncomfortably hot. Food was good. Everything was clean.

Here for a conference. Staff is nice, facilities are clean and nice building. Not staying overnight cant comment on room. Parking is via attached parking structure with walkway. Banquet rooms are large, rotating light colors are odd but it's still ok.

Hotel was beautiful, staff was nice. We were holding a meeting in what was sold to us as a board room, but since they were doing some renovations we ended up in a converted hotel room in a slightly hard to use space for what we needed.

lovely clean just staying at the hotel is a good mini vacation as they have everything on hand an amazing pool, bar, resturant etc. the area surrounding it is also packed with tons of shops and cafes. definitely the best place to stay for business or pleasure!

Visited for after wedding party. Service was efficient but required a little prompting. White Cheddar fries and amazing! They validate parking in garage.

Service all round was just amazing, the room was super clean,linen and beds were awesome,these pple know what they are doing,good job,we will be back soon.

I love the location. You can walk to so many different places. We have stayed here many times. The last time we stayed it was not a good visit. There was a humming that kept us up all night. And, it was not the A/C or heating. Also, let them know if you have allergies so they can accommodate you. And, bring your own pillows.

Went to have drinks for a pub crawl which started off at Burdicks. Staff was very welcoming to my fellow Harry Potter nerds.

Pretty good hotel! I prefer the Hilton down the street normally when I come to the zoo as they call it. I have to say the most pleasant part of my stay was meeting with this nice young man named James during my check in. He was both accommodating and handsome ;). 5/5 service but unfortunately my stay was a 3/5, so we ll average it out at a 4!

I am in the hotel three times a week, and the lobby and hallways are always very clean.

The location looks really nice and modern, staff are friendly and service is quick. There are plenty of seating options in the lobby and convention areas and the layout is easy to navigate.

It is one of the elite hotels in kalamazoo area. They have much more to offer than stay. They also do weddings parties etc. The food is usually good at events hosted by them. There are also few restaurants in the same building.

Had a nice evening in the restaurant with friends. The staff was great, and the good was excellent.

Fantastically wonderful hotel and Plaza full of amazing people. Not only is the hotel a pleasure to stay at, there is a wide variety of things to do inside the hotel itself. Whether you're looking for a place to watch the game (go to Old Burdicks), or a high end steakhouse (Websters Prime is amazing), or even somewhere to relax and unwind (Blush is great for getting your nails done or a massage), this place has it all.

Great restaurants. Right downtown Kalamazoo, with valet parking.

Rooms are huge! Bathroom clean, food is delicious. Woukd stay again!

My friends and I went in to charge our phones and the employees were super friendly and the sitting area was super clean.
