Was clean but a bit cool even with my turtleneck and sport coat on. Could only use wifi in the lobby.

Lindsay at the Wedding studio is amazing! We can't wait to have out wedding here! Great place for events and the staff is always kind. Super convenient having Multiple restaurants on site and dozens more a short walk from the hotel
Everything was great. Staff was nice, rooms were clean. Close to a lot of stuff.
Had dinner at Websters prior to attending the adult charity prom event. The event was a great time for all adult age groups, and catered well to everyone.
I just stopped in to use the bathroom. It was fine, I guess
We stayed at the Radisson this past weekend for our wedding and it was awesome. Denise helped me to book the wedding block, Samantha followed up to make sure everything was on task. They were so friendly & accommodating. We were able to use their shuttle to get us back and forth to our venue. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Bar was fun & breakfast buffet was delicious. Even the cleaning staff left notes to congratulate my husband and I. They really were amazing and we would recommend them to anyone in the area needing a place to stay or a hotel block for their wedding. THANK YOU!!! :):)
I just stopped in to buy some water and a snack. The inside is gorgeous. At face value, it seems to be a classy place.
Went to burdicks for lunch with work colleagues. Appetizers were delicious and variety was solid. I had the fajita chicken wrap to go. Will be back. Great atmosphere and the wait staff was excellent.
Staff are indifferent, I was lied to in reference to pool times, food is high-priced.
Everyone was very pleasant and friendly...came for the holiday parade.
I visited for the intent of learning about holding a company event here. I was extremely impressive with the professionalism and adaptability of the staff.
Attended holiday party here. Food & beverages were good & replenished frequently. Tables were cleared frequently. No complaints
Amazing rooms and service. I got the corner room with great view.
Beautiful hotel with mall like feel. Very nice place to host a conference.
Delightfil staff. Fun place. Right by coney island hot dogs!
As a DJ for an event held here I must say that the staff are extremely kind and it is by far the best hotel in the area and is centrally located in the heart of downtown kalamazoo!
Went for drinks at Zazio's. Great cocktail menu with large variety of martinis, many of them creative combinations that you do not see many other places especially in the Kalamazoo area. Very friendly staff. Nice outdoor patio.
I was in the hotel at Burdick's having lunch with my children who wanted to ride the escalators in the hotel lobby. There, we met Brad, a member of the security staff who was passing by us at the time. My son introduced himself to Brad and we started talking. He was friendly and courteous, and a great example of what to expect from the staff of this hotel.
Best place to get a good steak in kalamazoo. Our waiter was top notch. I think he knew what we needed before we did. The truffle potatoes and crispy Brussel sprouts were a hit at our table. And the signature drinks are yummy.
The Radisson is great! Beautiful location, amenities, and on-site restaurants make it a special occasion go to. The jacuzzi suites are romantic and affordable! They will give you a perfect experience every time!
Went for a Con and the areas we were in were so nice and large! Hotel staff was helpful even to those not staying at the hotel overnight. Hotel staff also supplied water for the event and I never went to a fountain that was out of water, staff very on top of everything!
The staff and accomodations were nice and modern. The food service for events left a lot to be desired. The breakfast sausage in particular was almost unrecognizable. I feel like this has been a problem at many hotels lately, so maybe I'm grading hard, but I stand by my stars. It's still worth the stay.
I was there for a church service at North Pines Church. The hotel is very nice!
The parking garage was busy for a Saturday. Many spots were reserved, so to find a spot took a bit. Ticket validation was appreciated.
Attended a conference here but stayed off-site at night. The staff was very friendly and the event rooms were always well maintained. We had an issue with the parking and we ended up being overcharged $15. The front desk took care of this immediately with no problems.
Great location, right in the center of downtown Kalamazoo. Walking distance to many of Kalamazoo's restaurants and entertainment. The hotel features burddicks restaurant which has great food.
This is my gym spot. LL has full gym, offers classes, dry sauna, hot tub, and sick pool with waterfall!!! They validate your parking ans there a couple places eat and or grab a coffee!!
Enjoyed my stay here. Friendly staff, clean hotel, and enjoyable atmosphere.
I went for dinner at burdicks it was really good I love going there
My son loves hotels and he especially loves coming to the Radisson. The rooms are nice and I appreciate the safe guard for the hotel rooms as you have to have your key to access the room elevators. The pool is nice but kind of deep for kids who can't swim. Guest services, valet, and housekeeping very attentive.
The Radisson is the only nice hotel in Kalamazoo with a lot of high quality restaurants built right in
My wife treated me to a birthday dinner at Zazio's. Awesome dinner & service!
Just met someone for a beer at burdicks. Friendly bartender, good tap list.
Nice big meeting rooms and bathrooms. The staff has been polite and helpful too.
Room was clean. All amenities were nice. Would go back again.
Beautiful hotel. Attended work event in ballroom. Well put together
Really disappointed with my stay. The room was extremely over priced, would have rather stayed somewhere else for half the price. Parking was an extra 18$. Could not guaruntee early check in, check in was not until 4 and we had a wedding to go to at 5. When we arrived at 4 there was a HUGE line that would surely have taken over an hour and only a couple people checking guests in. I had to leave the wedding after the ceremony to check in. Also I got two omelettes for breakfast with room delivery. It was 55$ and the food was not very good. Never staying at this hotel again and would never recommend.
Beautiful property in a great city. Loved our short stay. Super friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms. Construction going on across the street but did not bother us at all. Great selection of restaurants and Zazio s had a nice outdoor patio overlooking the Kalamazoo Mall. We decided to eat at the Kalamazoo Beer Exchange and were not disappointed.
Hotel is nice. Wish they had microwaves in the room. Nice location.
They had excellent food and great beer selection, but the prices were a bit high.
I was at the Radisson twice last week for two separate events. The first was a pasta buffet dinner. The pasta was overcooked, but the rest of it was good, especially the dessert. The second event was a brunch, which was delicious. I loved the French toast and the pastries/donuts. I love the coffee too. The staff is friendly, although I don't like how quickly they take away our plates, usually without asking if we're done with them. Overall it is good.
This hotel at the center of Downtown Kalamazoo has a great location, and we enjoyed walking to the open mall. The lobby is elegant, and we greatly appreciated having a full Starbucks coffee shop there, which was very popular.
We ordered the hot buffet breakfast at Burdick's at the hotel restaurant, and enjoyed a great selection of pork and chicken sausages, hash browns, roasted potatoes, eggs a la carte, fruit, biscuits, cereal and yogurt which was very satisfying, for about $20 per person (I'm not sure of the exact amount).
The hotel room was a little small, the bathroom didn't have a counter. Toiletries had to be placed on the shelves next to the sink, which was not very convenient. We're used to very generous room size and bathroom amenities during our business trips around the U.S. on most hotel chains at this level.
The city water are quite hard, which atfected the taste of the tea we brewed in the room. Providing bottled water to the guests would have been helpful.
My husband felt that the water pressure was weak (we were at the 6th floor). For security measures, the elevators to the rooms only operate with presenting the key card, do be careful about misplacing it.
The stay was great; the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and quiet. The plaza itself has multiple restaurants and a Starbucks, so one is never without options for meals. I actually ate at one of the local restaurants within walking distance of the plaza. The hotel itself is located in the heart of downtown Kalamazoo, which was easy enough to get into, even in rush hour traffic. Overall it was a very good experience, and I would definitely stay again.
Try for something else. It was dirty.
Good location for exploring. Pleasant check in. Room was fairly spacious. Air is super dry. I d speak this review but my mouth is too dry. The floors are dirty - fruit seeds from fruit we didn t bring were sitting on the carpet in the middle of the room in front of the tv, seemingly ready to sprout. They could have sprouted as something was on the carpet that stuck to my socks (which I felt I should leave on.) Whatever powder/dust that was on the carpet dropped off in crime-scene-like outlines of my feet on the sitting couch.
The siting couch was a nice touch. So was the hot tub in the corner. The tub had debris and marks in it but it had been a long day of snowy holiday travel. I used it. I can t quite figure out the artwork. Pictures of Packard motor cars in a town storied with names like checker cab and Gibson guitars. Why Packard ?
When I turned on the shower globs of long hair in nests flowed from the walls onto the frighteningly slippery floor. Since it was Easter I had hoped there were eggs in the nests but no luck; The place was just dirty, ill designed, and full of trinkets and poor workmanship that wreaks of inattention. Sorry this is Kalamazoo s flagship.
I attended an event at Old Burdicks. We had the room rented. The wait staff was incredibly friendly. The food was delicious (I had the chicken quesodillas and loved them). My only real complaints are that sometimes I waited 15 minutes for a glass of wine, and I actually ordered two appetizers but only one came out. I was only charged for the one, though, so I called it a wash. We watched the Michigan/MSU game while we were there and the screen was huge. I'd probably go again.
This is the only place that I will stay in Kalamazoo
A very nice place, and the small but beautiful square!
Good place for working out
And relaxing
This hotel is a great little collection of nice places in the middle of downtown Kalamazoo. It is a central location with attached parking structure, Starbucks coffee, excellent Kalamazoo/Michigan-themed gift shop, sports bar at Burdicks, modern Italian at Zazios, classy and intimate steakhouse up in Websters which also features live music at various times. This is a great hub in town.
Great hotel. It was within walking distance from all of the bars we were planning on hitting. It was clean and nice looking
Beautiful hotel in the center of town. Nice rooms and very good internet speeds
The room was very nice! The bed was very comfortable! I was disappointed in the price of everything at Burdicks though, bit the breakfast buffet was on point with their inlet bar! So worth it.
Never reviewed a hotel before but the experience here last night was horrible enough that I was compelled to write my first review.
Made a reservation, asked for no feather pillows/blankets due to a severe allergy, arrived at the hotel and was told the room had been readied for me only to find feather pillows. Reported it, was told it would be fixed, went to dinner, came back - still feathers around. So after asking 4 times, someone came by at 1 am to replace the pillows.
Woke up this morning with the upper right side of my body covered in red bumps that have since turned itchy, a red/brown insect husk on the bed and streaks of red where it seemed like I had crushed a bug in my sleep.
Reported it to the front desk and haven't heard back from the managers who I was told would be in touch with me. Also left them voicemails with no response.
Long story short - terrible customer service and bugs in the room.
Good hotel. Breakfast was included, room was comfortable, staff was friendly. The restaurant downstairs was terribly overpriced, but tasty. There's shopping and a cool climbing gym is easy walking distance.
Not a good place to stay, small bathroom and no free coffee.
Always a great place to stay when you are in town. Central location close to everything downtown.
Great customer service. Bed was comfortable and wifi was smooth!
Good location nice clean rooms and love the shuttle to the airport.
Amazing event service, incredibly clean rooms, and a great overall experience! I always look forward to staying at the Radisson!
