Shower temperature seems to fluctuate quiet a bit, otherwise an amazing hotel.

Customer service was very disrespectful hotel security had their ear on my room door listening. When I made a complaint at the front desk they where very rude. I made a reservation for New Years Eve an they called the night before at 10pm to say you are banned. Hotel managers won't hold there safe accountable for the things they did.

Nice place to stay when visiting Kalamazoo. Right in downtown and withing walking distance to several places including the State Theater.

It was a brief stay, but the hotel room was nice, the beds were super comfy, and they had fresh coffee in the morning. The hotel has a great location, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby, including the Beer Exchange!

Just got coffee did not enjoy employees talking about other employees and how they were getting into trouble

Poor service at front desk, air conditioning didn't work, room wasn't cleaned or serviced over a two night stay. Definitely not worth the price they charge.

5 stars, of course. The catered food is great, everything is well maintained and clean. Well run place.

Attended a work event in the Kalamazoo Room. Service was very nice and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Did not stay at the hotel but went there for the downtown parade & watched in the skywalk. It was nice.

Great Room, Friendly Staff, right in the heart of Kalamazoo.

Visited for lunch on Mother's Day. We split an order of the wings and nachos between 3 of us. The food was excellent (slightly pricey), as was the service. Absolutely would go again.

I was there for a blood drive and the room was very nice and the staff was great!

Great place to stay and it is right in middle of the city. Walking distance to great breweries.

I went to the Radisson for a job fair. As always, it was clean and everything was easy to find. Can't wait to return!

The Radisson had everything we needed for our conference, everything was taken care of from parking passes to refreshments.

Everything you're looking for is there. It is great for wedding parties. However, it is still a standard high-end hotel for anyone.

Our waiter at The Morin restaurant ,Jordan, was the best great service and wonderful personality

Service was ok. Food was good and the drink selection was pretty good at Burdicks.

Clean lobby and walkways. Staff seemed aloof. Rooms had poor lighting and bathroom seemed smaller than average. Mini fridge is extra small, even for a mini Had nice chairs and a small desk in room. Movable reading lamps above bed are a nice idea. Elevators are cramped. Food selection is passable. Not a bad stay for a discount.

Nice location, however, I didn't receive my 4 am wake up call. Although I set my phone alarm as backup, I invariably was late the next morning.

Burdick's is always great. Zazio's has great food as well.

Many services and food offerings inside the hotel. Very clean and modern.

Very nice, classy hotel. Comfy rooms and great service. In house restaurants are wonderful and there is also a convenience store in house. Valet parking is speedy and inexpensive compared to the self park option.

It was a nice stay the rooms were big But could have been a Lismore functional. The lighting was scarce.

Great location in downtown Kalamazoo. The rooms are high quality and the service is excellent.

Room was nice but was a bit warm and bed was not the most comfortable. It was nice to have the shops and restaurants in the hotel and lots of things to do in short walking distance. Kzoo has some really great architecture and the view from the room really shows it off.

Clean, comfortable, very quick service at the Starbucks in the lobby.

Amazing hotel, great staff! Try Burdicks Truffle Tots, it's off menu but with asking for!

Finding the parking garage was a challenge, but once parked my stay at the Radisson has been nothing but great! Super clean rooms, the staff is attentive, and it is located near lots of great places to eat!

This is a great hotel, the shuttle service is great and the rooms are clean and spacious. You can tell it s an older place that has been very well renovated. Also, the food selection is great.

I would definitely recommend staying here, it s not only in a convenient location but the shuttle service is a big plus!

Nicely appointed interior. Rooms are comfy, and lots of good food options on site. Completely non smoking so I like that.
