Attended a conference at the hotel. Nice facilities, good restaurant choices. There was food offered and beverages provided. I did not stay overnight.

Great place, many food/drink options. The main hall is great for wddidng receptions and work events.

Great place to stay plenty of food and comfortable beds.

Got seated right next to the front door and my salmon wasn't even deboned before they served it to me.

The Michigan Association of Mental Health Boards holds their Winter Conference here and it is very nice. The staff is extremely friendly. Travis from the front desk remembered me from last year. The rooms are very comfortable as well. The only thing that I would like is a larger bathroom.

This Hotel maintains its standards, its kind of resort feel you get in this hotel. You have everything in this hotel, They have a mini shopping area, pool and absolute clean and spacious rooms

This hotel should be 10 plus 10 the staff are awesome Mr. Thomas Ms Katie and Associate Manager made my stay the best. My room was clean and beautiful with comfortable areas to relax just like your home. The staff were helpful in everyway no task was too big or small I felt like I was in 6-Star hotel. The business center was great I used it work and I had everything but a scanner which I really needed but the front desk scanned my documents for me. The restaurant was not that great but they honored me as veteran with awesome discount and the associate gave me food voucher because my food froze in their refrig by accident. I have to return in Dec and I am excited because quality of service the staff and room are all thumbs up. The gym was awesome and I cannot stop saying awesome. Sorry no pics this time but in Dec

Clean, pleasant, great location, reasonably priced. Two wishes: some kind of included breakfast and an airport shuttle that stops a little later for those who have late flights in.

Conference rooms were clean & well-attended. Service was great. Catering service food was repetitive and only okay.

Tried using MyWMU Concierge Card and only accepted one out of the two days. Tried speaking with manager to correct waste of time. Parking was an extra $20 / Night which was not mentioned during booking. No free cotinental breakfast.

Room was nothing special and way too expensive.

Will NEVER go again.

Great central location in the city. A lot of great restaurants and bars nearby. Staff was friendly and the facilities were well maintained.

The hotel is nice from what I saw. I was frustrated when the discounted parking pass code given to me for the MAC convention this weekend was invalid when I tried to use it as I left the parking ramp.

We're happy there is now a full service Starbucks downtown.

Had my daughters wedding here, for being so fancy they could have been better organized. People preordered their food, but waitress didnt know and took orders. They gave my Dad lobster bisque with no lobster, tried charging my husband for a beer on the open bar list.

Conference support team is very professional, and the facility is gorgeous.

Definitely A Cut Above the average. Modern facility that seems to be constantly updating. Webster's Steakhouse is an excellent experience. Zazios is Italian, eclectic, fast-paced. Burdick's is a wonderful place for drinks, lighter food menu, and excellent service. Burdick's for breakfast is a wonderful place to start your day with a satisfying breakfast.

We were at an event hosted at the Radisson, and we were so pleased with the service, food and overall ambiance. Quaint local shops, and a Starbucks set to open next month makes this a comfortable, and pleasant experience.

Wonderful accommodations and very pleasant and helpful staff. Fantastic orange juice from fresh oranges at Breakfast at Burdick's!

King room was good. Very clean and mattress was comfortable. I felt it was a bit overpriced but not by much.

I was just in for lunch with my family. The hotel is always clean. The staff is helpful if you need them.

Was Good. Do not think the bar located in the same building as Hotel was prepared for a group of over 30 or 40 at around 3 o clock. Other than that, everyone that was working for the Radisson seemed very friendly and nice that day, with the exception of the bar... but.. its a bar.

Had drinks and ate @ old Burdicks.....I am an onion ring fanatic and theirs are the best I've ever had. Baked macaroni was amazingggggg and the Moscow mules I ordered were strong and delicious. 5 stars

I reserved 3 rooms for my family to stay while we attended a wedding 3 blocks away.We arrived shortly after 3 and only 2 of the rooms were ready. This was an inconvenience we needed to be at the wedding by 4. My son left the reception to check into his room and was told he had to pay or he couldn't check in! When we returned to the hotel later that evening we tried to get bottled water out of a vending machine.There was a vending machine on every floor and they were all out of order. When we went to the front desk to ask about a working vending machine we were told we could go to the restaurant and buy a drink. I expect a little more service and professionalism from a Radisson.

I made a trip to the Radisson Hotel for a reunion at one of the many restaurants. We had our reunion at Burdicks and it was a well planned night great food and friends. The overall experience was one I'd like to do again.

I've never stayed at the Radisson overnight but every event I've been to there, from my prom to Old Burdicks, had been great.

The hotel is very nice inside. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is very large. They were able to upgrade my room without me requesting a few times, which provides two drinks and appetizers at night and a to go breakfast in the morning.

The walls are a little thin and it can be loud due to the amount of activity at the hotel. Parking is also very expensive at $18 a day. There is also a valet option.

Decent stay it had a beautiful lobby. But it is a little pricey and the Jacuzzi suit I shared with a friend had what looked like red paint in it. Otherwise, pretty good hotel.

Disappointed they didn't acknowledge my rewards program. I had asked for a king bed at reservation but got two queens instead. When asked for rewards upgrade, they said they had nothing available. However, our friends who were not reward members that check in after us got free upgrades and a better room. Being a rewards member apparently has no benefits so don't waste your time or giving up your info. Hotel was hard to navigate with long hallways. No security that kept non supervised kids in check. Parking was super expensive with no alternatives other than more expensive parking. 'Special discounted group rate' was the same as the price on kayak but they fail to tell you the taxes and fees til the end.

The front desk was always nice and attentive. The self park is a long walk and the elevator for the parking garage is so small. The appearance of the hotel is definitely beautiful.

Had a great experience at Zazios. The food was amazing as always.

I didn't get a chance to stay in the hotel, but i did stop by and the service was fantastic!

Visited Zazio's for dinner and drinks. Service was above and beyond and selection of dinner and drinks was fantastic. We were very happy with our selections. The bartender was excellent and upgraded our drinks when he was out of a specific type of tequila.

Great service! Prompt valet. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Quick check in. I liked the availability of late night and early morning food service and a bar that stays open late. Nice business center for editing and printing documents.

The location is great, in the center of town, close to the train station and bars and restaurants. The staff is excellent and the rooms cater to the main needs of the guests.

One of the cleanest places I ve stayed. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The on site restaurants are awesome and the rooms are large and very comfortable. It s located within walking distance of several restaurants, bars and cafes.

Don't count on airport shuttle service. They have very limited availability.

Clean, nice, centrally located, nice bar/grill. Breakfast is not complimentary but is still very good.

It would be easy to think that a city the size of Kalamazoo shouldn't have a 4 Diamond hotel - and you might be right - but this is a great addition to our city. Atmosphere is beautiful without being over the top and service is top notch without being stuffy. The rooms are appointed as you'd expect at a property like this, and they have several fantastic restaurant offerings. Their health club is larger than you'd expect for a downtown property and had a great variety of equipment, including an indoor pool. Starbucks will be opening inside this spring which, if you're a fan, is probably an overdue addition for downtown.

We ate at Burdicks. The appetizers we're really good and they had a great beer selection. Service could have been more prompt but pretty good overall.

We enjoyed this hotel. In my opinion it's the best one in Kalamazoo. Friendly service with clean comfortable rooms. We stay here during large events in the area.

Everything about this hotel was top-notch. If you like to exercise during your hotel stay they have the best fitness center that I have ever been in a hotel. Gym with all the essential equipment and pool and hot tub and towels and Lockers.
