It was so awesome resort for family in vacation....

Good hotel, but being a five star hotel it is expensive. Pool villas with private pools for each cottage is a speciality of this hotel. You can get free cycles to go around in the hotel compound. There is a wooden bridge from where you can get the panoramic view of the landscape. House boat services are available. Restaurant serves dishes and service is excellent.

An upscale luxury resort. But its disadvantage is that it is old. Meaning you will find the mattress is old. And the bathroom has plumbing problems. The air conditioner is poorly adapted. The resort services are varied. There are puzzled boats, boats for adults and children, and other games. All this is free for guests. You can also ride the houseboat from there.

Great place for a peaceful escape! November to February may be the best time.

Great hotel set on an amazing lush grounds. If you love nature and seeing a large variety of plants this is the place to stay.

We loved the spa treatments and complimentary sauna/jacuzzi. The pool is brilliantly located overlooking the entry to the backwaters.

We enjoyed our meals and when we had an issue one evening with one of our meals the service staff made sure our issue was rectified by giving us a complimentary meal.

We loved our stay and would not hesitate to return. Thanks.

Life time memory for 2 days stay at Super Luxury resort, and cost is like that.

Location bang on at Vembanad Lake big view, where you can see Sun set. Few luxury rooms had direct view to lake along with small pool.
All other rooms had view to Resort lake it's well maintain lake.
Very big property, you will spend good amount time to go around. They provide Carts and Bicycle.

Bunglow / rooms are fantastic specially bathrooms clean and well maintain. Interior is super. Except one issue Air Condition temp control was not working difficult set temperature.

Amenities Swimming pool with amazing view, gym, fantastic Kerala Massage facility with lots of option starting from 1500 to 20000 :)
They also arrange boat ride in lake but 50 times costlier than private boat which are available in lake.

Food amazing and tasty food with lot variety, You will get buffet or ala carte. drinks also serve but bit costly. We loved Kerala food option.
Breakfast ... oh wOw so many option Indian and Continental along with yummy pastries.

Finally Staff and service its great, Specially Reception welcome gesture. surely some improvement scope is there. Specially Security people are really helpful.

Zuri Kumarokam has a pristine view of the backwaters, it is a beautifully placed property with its own artificial lake. The rooms face the lake and it s an eye soothing view every morning you get up and look out from the balcony. The pool, steam, sauna and afternoon high tea is complementary with the stay. The staff is extremely generous and kind. They help you with everything right from your checkin to checkout.
The food is also delicious with a wide variety of options, both north and South Indian in a buffet style. The room is equipped with all the necessary amenities and cycles are provided to commute from room to the reception or the restaurant. It is worth staying at Zuri Kumarokam in Kerela.

A lovely an awesome place situated at the backwaters. Ambience is good, very neat and tidy. The food tastes good too. Jetty and boat rides are a must do there.

Hardware is ok. But the service is not good. I let the waiter to separate the bill by room number. But at check out they put the expense in one bill. And just give me the excuse and don t solve the problem to me. It waste too much time! Unhappy experience with their service!

Best view to Vemanand lake...nice staff, food, ambience, rooms, service. Only thing I observe that staff was not spontaneous in responding to enquiries.

The location of the resort makes you experience a unique experience of cuddle

The attrition resort holds the inmate in prison, isolates him and drains his money, and is not a service of strict conditions for everything, even the buffet, the offer is small and forcing you to order the outside, and it is calculated on you over what you paid for the buffet until the drink outside the buffet is very expensive. This is our 2nd stay at this resort. We have always been pleased with the rooms, service and friendly atmosphere. The renovations of the lobby, restaurant and bar area are stunning. The decor although modern blends well with the older section of the hotel and has made the lobby a welcoming, relaxing place for drinks and dining. It seems to now be a very popular place for locals as well as tourists. Our plans are to return as often as possible.

Very Luxurious resort and beautiful place. Best place for honeymoon couples. Good and tasty foods.

Staff is not professional, we have booked 3 Beded luxury boat, but they provided us local boat at the price of super luxury boat. Now no one takes responsibility of this mistake on their part.

The food (Lunch) inside the boat was Pathetic.

The manager have no guts to face his unsatisfied customers.

After complaining about this the manager started to offer us 2,000 compensation against the bad food quality and Local Boat against our expence of 25,000

A beautiful resort with a very friendly staff, it is located on the lake for those who want to relax and relax, where there is nothing to visit or shop around.

Place was good. Didn't like their restaurant so much. It was pretty hot when we went. Room is good and comfortable staff good

Had a great holiday here !! The resort was fabulous from the word go. We had the presidential villa which had the pool facing the backwaters. It was great. The food was nice and the staff was welcoming and accommodating. If you are looking for a getaway, then you might want to give this a thought.

Superb service from start to the end of stay. Stayed 7 nights at the resort, the food was good, the room were clean, service green. What more can you ask for.

Over priced rooms dated dirty service levels terrible food choices and quality subpar
They have not recovered from 2017 flooding rooms are filthy they do not maintain staff levels to keep rooms clean bathroom had mold slow draining showers floors are dirty and even after room services
Bars are stocked with local alcohol overpriced and low quality
Management has not invested in the property and clearly they are ripping off visitors with their over priced rooms

A beautiful resort with its own man made extension of the the lake / backwaters. The food served at the restaurants is some of the best I have ever had in India! The staff are very helpful and place is just stunning! Make sure you book yourself one of the presidential villas with the private pool overlooking the backwaters. With every penny!

Visited the resort for a lunch. Very good setting with 2 restaurants. Lime tree the all day dining restaurant offers buffet as well as ala carte. Slightly high priced menu but good food.

A very simple oil massage. Nothing about the spa like experience. Waste of time and money. I would not recommend it - would rather go out of the hotel and get a good massage from local.

Resort is the best , with no comparison with any other resort. I visited the place two years ago on a official visit. Breakfast too good .Room service & staff very cooperative. Rooms are well decorated .Bathroom was very well mantained spl the open shower..Boating was inside and in backwater too. Garden with coconut trees and very well maintain flower plats. We enjoyed the cycling . Will visit once again with family

A great and comfortable place to start discovering the beautiful backwaters of Kerala. The property is beautiful! So green and peaceful! The food was great and the staff were friendly and very professional. We could have stayed inside the resort the whole weekend and still had a great time. The pool villa felt secluded and had a great view of the lake.

One of the best resorts I've ever stayed in - it really exceeded my expectations and I found the standard of accommodation, food and service outstanding. Beautiful, tranquil surroundings and friendly helpful staff made our stay incredible. I absolutely loved the Ayurvedic therapies and morning yoga sessions. A great place to recharge.

Ambiance inside is good and hygienic one... But only one problem is with narrow road to reach there.... Otherwise good atmosphere and backwater scenery....food was good early.... But now it's ahh quite ok..... Should improve as in early style

For a place that has had a great investment put in infrastructually (and for the beautiful location), Zuri is a very big disappointment. For starters, our room wasn t ready even 2 hours after check in. (We should have known then that the sloppiness of the staff would present itself aftleast once a day there on.) The food was so bad that we had to eat every meal outside the resort and the restaurant smelt dingy, stuffy and lacked ventilation. The room was infested with mosquitoes. The housekeeping staff didn t make our room till 4 PM on one day, that too despite several reminders. Further, they didn t even change the sheets on the bed. Phones in the room lacked basic amenities like room to room dialling. The golf carts took forever to arrive after we d asked for them. Though the private pools have breathtaking views, their maintenance is shabby as the tiles in it were chipping off. I wouldn t suggest the Zuri for someone looking for 360 degree comfort on a holiday. The view from the private pool villas might tempt one to compromise on all other aspects of their stay here, but at the end of the day, in my opinion, it s really not worth it. Edit: several reviews on the Internet have ranked the Zuri experience bad on account of the service provided here - it s time for the management to make note of the same.

The mobile cooker is not allowed although all the other 5 star hotels and other places around Kerala where you have stayed are allowed. Not enough fun, not worth the price paid (Jan 2015)

It's a lovely resort with a very helpful and attentive staff. The resort has been planned very well with an unobstruted view of the lagoon from every room. The rooms are family big and with all the facilities of any star resort. The approach road is very small. Which can be a problem for big vehicles. Any time other than the summer will be perfect for a leisure trip.

This place doesn't need to be rated. Just head there for a.classy stay. You're bound to be amazed. The spa is great, the ambience n rooms are real good. Found everything to be well handled. The staff could be trained to interact bit more. Anweeks language training could be great. Other than this, the place is a dream come true.

The resort is large and well appointed and has villas with a private swimming pool and close to the beach, as well as an open buffet (breakfast - dinner), the old reputation is excellent but the furniture has become old and needs renovation, visited in 2018/9

Good ambience, good territory, nice evening show. Very good SPA / ayurveda centre. Excellent food and grilled sea food. Just will never understand glass wall between bathroom and bedroom. Cute small bridges above the water. Very friendly staff.
