A good place to spend time with family and friends and to relax. They offer a good and convenient spa with professional services, qualified staff and a very clean room. They offer multiple rooms and various service and treatments provided. They provide very good disabled friendly facilities . They provide good eco friendly transportation within the resort The restaurant and spa service good food, and they serve a good buffet for breakfast with international menus The property is on the backwater and service very good private cruising for the visitor. The negatives are the pricing and the location, but we will recommend this place if you want to spend the money

Best waterfront property in Kumarakom. Definitely one of the biggest properties. Their Spa is also supposed to be very good

The resort is sweet and lovely, the staff is sweet and smiling as usual And it has an unnatural amount of calm Sometimes they organize events at the resort It has a club, spa, bicycles and a set time for yoga The rooms are nice and bright Villas with a pool are nice, but privacy is not, first of all, because of the boats, and secondly, the swimming pool is surrounded by trees You can take a speedboat tour in the lake with money, of course The lake inside the resort has small boats for entertainment At night, of course, insects are many

For drivers they collect 50 Rs for lunch ( no special ) ( No breakfast , no dinner) . No dominatory bath room was not clean ????? 5 * ???? What mean

I came here to attend a business meeting. The food was average. But their hospitality is good. All of their staffs are very friendly. The resort is located close to the Vembanad Lake. All the views are very beautiful. Spa, boating thorough vembanad lake and peddal boating inside the resort premises also available.

It's very nice place with good ambience but food is average.

The property is little old specially rooms and it really need to be re designed. Giving four star for the chef bobam and he really take care of the food and provide additional items even we are in buffet. Better food service improve your enjoyment even if Hotel property is not that comfortable.

The rooms are ne well maintained and also not clean. The service is slow and not according to a 5* standard they claim to follow. The venues garden and pool area is nice. Also the food is good eventough it is heavily overpriced (3times what you pay in a normal restaurant). The same applies for the alkohol they serve.

Heaven on earth. After we came , we were greeted with flowers and tilak on our foreheads. Amazing people, especially the restaurant staff ery coopera. Good food , good place , amazing swimming pool and rooms. Also backwaters were beautiful! A must go place

This is a very nicely located luxury resort with all facilities of a 5 star and an added attraction of a lagoon inside. The resort is at the shore of lake vembanad and runs sunset cruises on it in the evening. The resort has well equipped spacious rooms, a good spa and pool area, bicycles on offer and overall courteous staff

The rooms have got a fungal smell. The wooden tiles are not maintained. Some renovation is required.

Resort located at the shores of Vembanadu lake. Zuri has mix of traditional and contempt architecture. I have conducted lots activities for corporates and family groups. The resort has many possibilities for guests including Cruise in natural lake, activities in spacious ground and artificial lake. Best in Kumarakam. Highly recommended

What a beautiful resort. Everything about it is perfect. Location, quality of food, spa and massage center, amenities etc. It is a massive property and really well made. Simply awesome.

The resort is large and luxurious built in an environment where there are many butterflies and insects. It is natural to have lizards and other organisms such as worms and mosquitoes. Staff are careful not to have these objects inside the rooms and clean the rooms well. The place is amazing because it is spacious, quiet and good for those who want to relax with nature, look at the lake, feed fish, birds, geese, or the boat. There are also many available airways that allow them to be led outdoors at certain times. The rooms are large and clean, the staff are nice and fast at work, and people are greeted with great care. The service is excellent, the internet is fast and the food is excellent in terms of taste and presentation.

Our experience at zuri,kumarakom was awesome. Their warm n generous hospitality won our hearts. Anything is just a call away. Superfast housekeeping. N very delicious food. The spa needs to be more personalized. They should make the experience more relaxing.

Oh its a beautiful place. We had gone there for a function and the banquet hall was good. Food was excellent and the so was the service. The cottages had a very earthy n natural classic feel it. The sunset view there was good. We didnt use the boating facility but its great to have that option at the resort itself along with fishing.

To avoid bad supper at Abad resort, we searched google for nearby resort and found the Zuru Kumarakom resort. We visited this resort for supper and found it satisfactory. The supper was delicious but no fruit juice included in the buffet though the cost is Rs.1200- per pax. The ambience is good.

A very elegant and beautiful resort, but its disadvantage is its exaggerated price, in addition to the fact that the rooms need to change the decorations and furniture But in general it is beautiful and it is considered one of the best resorts in Kumarakom and it was a good experience If you like the comment, fall like it

Very nice and calm , good for children , they have many activities inside the the resorts like fishing , boating , and bicycle riding , gym and spa, the swimming pool was great , the restaurant was good not perfect but in overall it is a great place

Afternoon tea really made my day literally every day. Speedboat tour around canals absolutely worth the money. Overall one of the best places I experienced for holidays.

Beautiful landscaping all over the property and the location on the Vembanad Lake is amazing. The daily boat ride from the hotel before sunset is with taking, and the daily tea by the lake is a wonderful way to socialize amongst guests. The rooms are dated and could do with an upgrade. The balcony/sit out in each room is a wonderful way to enjoy the resort. The food is generally good, and the range offeredb in the buffet for breakfast and other meals is quite extensive. The staff all across is very helpful, and wanting to please. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay at the lake in Kumarakom

Great place to unwind and be pampered. Good food and environment. Loved every moment here. Dinner was perfect and with gentle traditional live music in the background.
