The company is good, I have people from my family who work there, except that on 9/15/20 at 12:05 pm I came across a situation that I think is important to report when I arrived at the main entrance I asked the security guard to enter just to disembark the person who was with me because it was her work schedule, she simply said to return and disembark on the street, when I made my return I saw that the security guard let a car in, I went to question why he can enter and I did not, and only it would be a disembarkation, with a threatening tone the security "what was mine what you that" coming towards me with my car on the street. Impeccable reception with caring service on all levels. But post-sale is not good. Products that should NOT present wear and oxidation, when present, the consumer only has access to repair be pay. Rethink this policy. Stainless steel can NOT oxidize.

It's just a shadow of what it once was, supervision and leadership incompetent. Usually who does not pay becomes the leader and so on. They have to release bad weapons and then blame the employees.
