Awsm experience in Zuri
Well maintained property
Good staff and food

It was a complete delight to visit Zuri, Kumarakom this monsoon with my friends. Right from check in till check out the staff never gave a chance to complain.

We were greeted with warm wet towels and fresh coconut water followed by a visit of property by the courteous staff.

The spa and swimming pool were amazing. Buffet breakfast as well as a la carte dinner were phenomenal, being a north Indian I was pretty happy with the north Indian food they served.

The cottage rooms were spacious and had a great view of the lagoon, bathroom was quite huge and comfortable.

M truly glad we chose Zuri and nothing else for our holiday.

Good place for family gathering.. nice food, helpful staff, eco-friendly, good rooms and restroom too.

18 acres of land surrounded by the vembanat lake and it gives you a very calm and quite environment and they also have the South Asia's biggest spa.

It's an amazing place to be !!! Worth every penny spent . The Location, Rooms , Spa ,Dining & Staff all are A++ . In addition, Happy Hours and the live music band are cherries on the cake !!

Service by all the staff from the reception to the restaurant was excellent. But the buffet spread and food preparation left a lot to be desired for the prices charged.

One of the best 5 star resorts in Kumarakom!...I've been there a couple of times and never felt boring or enough....the place always has got a warm welcome touch!....the staffs are so cooperative and the service is top notch!....It's a little bit on the expensive side but that's what you will get once you pay for it....lol...:D The Bar is located near the lake and trust me its awesome!....the couch is so comfy to sit and relax. The view towards the backwaters provide the ambiance we need. Food and buffet are nice with lots of variety dishes...Rooms are awesome and what else to say, you gotta be there to experience Zuri!.....

Wonderful place on the banks of vembanad lake. Good place to spend time with Family or for a team outing

The space for the villas is great, the cleanliness is excellent, the food on request in the rooms is very delicious, the service is excellent, the Saturday is great. The breakfast space is small and there is a delay when ordering the car to move around.

Had Visited this place during the infamous Floods in Kerala in August! While the world outside was in constant dilemma, we we're cocooned here and had a very pleasurable stay for about 5 days... The crew @Zuri are amazing! The team was very helpful and hospitable, we were served excellent delectable food and service was always with a hearty smile! Thanks to Team Kumarakom Zuri! Will surely visit again

Very nice and distinguished in its location and services and treated employees are keen on customer satisfaction Chef himself asks people about their satisfaction with eating .. There is a connection to cars to the rooms because of the spread of safety There are rooms with their own swimming pools until the water cycles very clean Elegant

Over all nice resort
The resort is clean and well maintained
Room service is little delayed
Food is nice and staff behaviour is also polite

Average food at their multi cuisine restaurant and excellent food at their sea food restaurant. Thank you chef Rizwan for superb sea food experience, its one of the best sea food I had in Kerala.

Excellent ambience and service. Only drawback it's too big

Nothing wow about this place. If you take a lake resort package, atleast a cruise ride for around 2 hrs should be complementary. Here you have to pay 350 per person extra for a lake ride in open boat house.

Good reasort with classic design and modern amenities but something lacking in terms of quality for the 5 star standards

Had our 2 days conference plus fun of 17 members...came from across India.
Had the best of experience...Personalised service is wat stands out...excellent amenties...gud food.
Was really at home...pampered to the best.
