Great location. Fantastic price. Nice pool and spa. Excellent staff

Very happy.beautiful buffet breakfast and air conditioning also include pool and whirlpool and gym.

Cost effective one. Not perfect but it does provide enough facilities compared to its price.

Everything is perfect except TV. Food is delicious and staff is very much co-operative

Shabby room for the price. Bathroom sad and worn out: no exhaust fan. Split in shower head handle that leaks water. Cold tap on sink drips. Seal hanging loose on window. Sealant coming out on bottom of shower screen inside bath. Toilet seat plastic so old it's peeling. Air conditioner set at 19 couldn't get room below 20 even when running constantly overnight. Cracked wall near ceiling around bathroom window. No where to hang hand towel. Toilet paper roll right up against your leg when sitting on the toilet. Can't turn on shower to warm it up without climbing right in. Good things: default noon checkout, decent location.

This map position is on the wrong side of Liverpool Street. It should be on the opposite side, across from Douglas Street.

Excellent service and great rooms. Very clean and excellent location, walking distance to many restraunts and shopping malls.

Great hotel next to Darling Harbor (walking distance). We booked a 2 bedrooms apartment and it was really great for 2x adults and 2 kids. Great indoor swimming pool open late. Good breakfast buffet with friendly staff.

It's not the best but it's not the most expensive. I like the location and I think it's a fair price.

Not the most modem of rooms but clean and comfortable. Has an indoor pool and spa but the gym is disappointing with only a few broken weights lying around. Friendly staff and a location central to city and darling harbour. Close enough to walk to the train station as well.

I always stay here, a great location, there is parking, comfortable enough spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, check-in and check-out are always very prompt, there is everything you need.
The room is very comfortable and clean. The bedding is very nice and white. We had breakfast included, buffet. Everything is very tasty and a great choice.

We (2 adults, 4 kids) stayed in an apartment. Clean and good condition, although no dishwasher. Didn't get a chance to try the gym or pool. Good location, helpful staff.

I had been there for 2 weeks and they offered to me an amazing experience. I could relax and enjoy the amazing view. It is a cleaner place and the manager is helpful.

So helpful with everything and always had a friendly attitude. Buffet breakfast was also really good. Room was excellent and spa/pool was lovely. All for a great price. I know where I'm staying if i ever come to Sydney again.

Fantastic location for theatres and Darling Harbour

Modern cannot be used to describe this hotel. The decor is something out of the 70s the furniture is poor and ugly and the bathrooms are awful. Not enough plug sockets and no spare ones by the bed to charge your phone - a simple thing in a modern hotel. The daily maid service is poor they certainly do not Hoover as the same crumb has been on my floor for three days. They don't have a restaurant so you cannot get room service and they refuse to take away the dirty plates and cups from your room. Location is busy and loud and nearly impossible to get an uber to stop as the road is too busy..

Not worth the money we paid for at all.

Had a girls weekend away and upon driving was told we can get valet parking when arriving at the hotel. One of the girls had to get out of the car and get someone to take the car from a 5 minute drop off spot around from the hotel which beats the purpose of paying for valet parking in the first place. No one had helped with our bags at any point to go into the hotel or showed us how to use the card for the elavator.

Hotel was clean, and modern with the kitchen having most things. And location was ok, however given the $900 we spent for 1 night for a 2 bedroom suite could have found a better deal.

No one had bothered telling us the Wifi password. I had rang for extra towels the next morning and waiting 40mins and gave up when no one had delivered them. The breakfast buffet wasn't worth $20 and I had asked staff for a barista made coffee to a reply "go to the coffee machine" which is instant coffee. The sauna didn't even get to a hot temperature and there was a cockroach in the spa.

All up, would not go back, very disappointed in the service and breakfast buffet.

Great location so many areas of the city quickly accessible. Lots of public transport choices nearby too. Clean and comfortable. We were on 8th floor so quiet at night. We had requested a peaceful area of the hotel.

Great location near Darling Harbour and southern CBD, although sound insulation could be improved. Limited kitchen facilities were appreciated.

This is our second time to stay here and we enjoyed it. The room is big and staff are friendly. The location is the best as it is just like 5 mins walk to darling harbour and 2 mins walk to china town.

Outdated rooms, mouldy shower, poo stains on the towels and a general lack of cleaniness, will not stay again.

Good pricr because the service is so nice. The atmosphere is elegant and looks very calm. The decoration is so nice as well.
I went there in July/2013 with some friends from Brisbane.

Got forced to quarantine there overnight. Front desk failed to wake up call me for a flight. The food was abysmal. Avoid.

Rooms were fine, but nothing special although breakfast was good. Great location though. It's just a five minute walk to the centre of the action at Darling bay.

Wouldn't stay here again !
*the shower had next to no pressure (worst shower I've ever had)
*had to call room service to get a microwave
*worst quality TV I've ever seen in a hotel. It was like watching analog TV again
*tried to charge me for valet parking when I parked my car myself (if you stay here , park your car yourself. Its $40 per day for valet and if you park your car yourself its $20 per day)
*prices for mini fridge were ridiculous. $4 for a can of Pepsi
*prices change daily to suit events going on in the city. (If there is an event the price will go up so they're ripping everyone off)

*staff were friendly
*good location in the city
*good sized room

I would definitely stay here again the room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the staff were very attentive and friendly.

Came here for a conference and the place was lovely.

Only con was the staff member who I approached and asked for milk for the coffee machine and she got annoyed saying that she already switched off the machine.

There were many people grabbing coffees from it with no milk and sugar. There was no sign on the machine to let anyone know she had cleaned it for the day.

We first came here for our wedding night, and try to stay over every year since then.

The club lounge is outstanding, with a great variety of entree foods and drinks. There is also table service, should you wish to order something a bit bespoke like a cocktail.

The rooms are spacious and well designed, and always clean.

Service is also excellent!

Awsome place to stay in the heart of Sydney.
We stayed in the business suite on the 3rd floor and couldn't fault it at all.. it was a large room and was tidy!!
The sauna/ pool and spa was awesome too as well as the friendly and helpful staff...

The room was OK. But the air conditioning was so severe it nearly killed me.

Great location, right near Darling Harbour. The rooms are big, with a small kitchenette area. Breakfast is quite simple. The gym is tiny and had broken equipment.

Overall, the hotel feels a bit dated and hasn't changed much in the last 10 or so years.

Stayed in the two bedroom suit and it was great. Super clean place. Only two train stops from Darling Harbour. There is a huge Coles market just two minutes away so you can buy and make your own breakfast.

Nice place, near to Darling Harbour, restaurants, shopping places and transportation. Good service from reception to room service. Nice room. Would give 5 stars if there's coin laundry, instead of only laundry service, as well as we won't need to bring a lot of clothes

Convenient location as it's close to darling harbour. However, it was difficult getting around with elderly people.

I was disappointed with the amenities. The Sauna was broken (but not signed as such) and you had to remember to get a towel from reception because they weren't just simply at the pool deck. My room was not serviced after the first night and I had to prompt every day to get given a Menu card for breakfast. Whenever I contacted reception I felt like I was an imposition. It is unlikely that I will stay at this venue in the future.

Location is great. Rooms weren't super modern but they were clean and certainly not too old. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. Terrible view from the balcony but that didn't bother me. Pool/ sauna facilities are ok. Good valet parking experience. Would recommend for a reasonably priced Sydney motel room if you're not looking for something flashy
