Alison Woodhouse... We went back end of October last year, everyday was warm, 5 out of 7 were sunny then sun and cloud on other days, but always nice and warm enough to swim, 20+ all week

This is our second trip first time it was a long weekend so we r here for two weeks this time .Hotel seems fine and we r liking the accommodation so far .we have come in the wrong season as outdoor pools r not in use .But we will be doing more sight seeing

check in time should be 3pm as every hotel policy does. we checked in about earlier though and told us the room will be ready at 3pm and they will just send me sms for confirmation that the room is ready.. we have waites at the lobby for such a long time. Went to the reception and ask the lady who assisted me, and said the room is finish and still to be double checked that was 3pm and now is 15:32 and still has no sms.. do we have to wait more than an hour or 2 or more?

A lovely hotel fit for a queen. Lovely pool area, rooms and spa. Over looking Golden Sands Beach. Excelent service.

the problem and the parking lot because those who are subscribed to the pool I did other sports activities shoreland term should esere facilitated My opinion of the rest and a wonderful local

Very luxurious resort, with yet surprisingly affordable eateries. A must try is the rabbit liver pasta. The location is a bit remote though

Room is comfortable, stylish, spacious, clean and tidy with a country view.

This hotel is truly exceptional. Apart from the fact that it is located in the beautiful and evocative Golden Bay, the Radisson is what is in effect a 5 Star. All aspects are super. All the best you can expect from a luxury hotel, I'm here at the Radisson. No need to say more. Seeing is believing.

Very beautiful place. Fabulous accomodation amazing food. 5 star all round

The breakfast is great. The stuff is super friendly. Our kids are 7 and 9 and enjoyed the pool (1,2m/4ft) perfect depth for them to play without a care. For us as parents it was perfect.
They had a mix of activities for both kids and adults.
The aqua gym and the water polo activities lead by Fabio were excellent.
The beach is easy to access, shallow, clear water and super clean.
All in all, we have had and still having a great time. Yes! That s how much we have enjoyed it that we are writing our review as we are still here ;)

lovely ballroom very far away tho, delicious BLT at the bar u should really try it

It's a great property with good facilities in a quiet location. The gym feels like more of an after thought in that for a property of that size, it is very small. That being said it was never too busy. The equipment was a bit old and damaged.
The spa facilities are decent enough and again it was never too crowded but this could be because it was off season.
The food was tasty enough- when cooking food en masse like buffet you're never gonna get a very high standard. The onsite Indian restaurant did very well was done to a very high standard. Thoroughly recommend that
So this hotel is basically a big time share selling experience so it loses huge points for that from my perspective.
Also, the live entertainment was horrible and it was every night and so loud. I'm not sure this entertainment was entirely necessary. It felt being a northern working men's club.
Location is very well served by buses but it's walking distance is close to nothing. The capital is at best 30 minutes by car or 1hr by bus. Buses run every hour or so.
The beaches were quite dirty when we were there which is disappointing and I would expect the hotel to take some responsibility for its upkeep as its probably their main selling point.
We had a 1bed apartment and it was without fault. It was simply perfect

Definitely the top hotel in Malta excellent staff, catering, location, facilities and decor.

Fantastic the only flaw is the sea of the bay below which is sometimes not so clean

We were also in the hotel for over a week. We would give a total of 3.5 stars, so round up to 4 here.

What we liked:
-the location of the hotel and the view
-the large pool area
-The quality of the food in all the restaurants in the hotel

What we didn't like:
-the breakfast is really not good.
The same thing every morning, no change whatsoever. Selection very limited, no jam, no sparkling wine, no pancakes, no fresh fruit, a shame.
- the rooms are very old and worn, many with stains.
-As most of the staff is from abroad (including those in the service), communication in English was often a problem.

Our stay was unfortunately only average, for a vacation where everything should fit, we would not recommend it.

The Spa is amazing and offer a very nice experience, the indoor swimming pool and the steam room of the hotel are super.

Oh yes a hotel with class. Had an amazing suite with the most beautiful view of Golden Bay. We just love the hotel will be back.

The resort is definitely held to and delivers a high standard. The rooms are nice and the staff is helpful, the restaurants are good. The Italian restaurant is the best by far. There was a lot of advertisements about the new Indian restaurant but truly not worth it the facilities are good pools/gym/spa. The real downfalls are the extreme prices of the deli and shop (seriously worth a 10 minute car drive to the little town of mgarr for groceries and pharmacy) the hotel is also very secluded though it has a bus stop. Best if your aim is to spend all or most of your time at the beach and resort itself. Behind the resort as well is a bit of a dodgy hill of dirt where it seems people camp and ride horses. There must also be a shooting range around it as we could hear a lot of guns at certain points. We did have a lovely stay but wish that we had better weather so we could have turkey taken advantage of the beach!

Large 5 star resort, very clean pools and outside areas, lovely beach. Rooms are nice and large, most with kitchenette or full kitchens in suites. maids clean each day. Good restaurants. Service excellent

Ultra expensive but nice. Not quite as 5 star as they think and as long as you have cash to blow you are okay.

A modern hotel which is found at Ghajn Tuffieha, limits of Mellieha. It is very chic with the architecture resembling a cruise liner ship. It is was popular with tourists and it offers a lot of service. There are pools, a number of restaurants and cafeteria. It is also situated the closest possible to the popular sandy beach of Ghajn Tuffieha. It can be reached by car or by public transport too. It has some nice views

Beach access and expansive pool. Exquisite hotel--great vacation destination. Be careful where you book though because there are 2 Radisson Blu hotels in Malta.

It is 5 star but when we stayed renovation was taking place so rather noisy from 7:30 onwards. Does need a complete renovation now. Food is expensive but worth the price.

Wonderful experience, friendly and attentive staff, great rooms with good comfort, good housekeeping every day, amazing food in various restaurants / bars. It's just to enjoy an incredible breakfast buffet, poles and Jacuzzi, massage and spa, gym and more

It was very crowded in the car park, pool and restaurant.

Loved this resort! A little distant from the bustling pace of more populated areas, this resort is right on the beach, and within walking distance of nature hikes with phenomenal views! And you don't need to leave your room for a phenomenal view! The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is wonderful and there is always something available.

Really 5* hotel with excellent service and facilities, will be going back in a few months

Food excellent that caters for food allergy too, staff very welcoming, cozy environment and parking no problem.

Everything one needs in 4.5 hotel/resort. Reasons for this eval.number are:
1. Our queen mattres uncomfortably sags and needs replacement
2. Reception did not send us SMS/TXT msg when room is ready as they said. We have waited 5 hours and cut off check in time is 17.00h. Appartments should be available earlier.
3. Location
Hotel services are great and staff very kind.

In particular, the friendliness and helpfulness of the employees in the various departments responsible for me made my stay a vacation.

A bit out of the way, but the beach right by the hotel. But since it was too cool to swim on the beach with almost 13 degrees anyway, I used the indoor pool. Renovation work is currently being carried out in various areas, but it didn't bother me. My room was also about 250 meters away from the largest construction site. I think by May most of it will be done.

Public bus connection directly at the hotel and for 1.50 for 2 hours, no matter where you want to go on the island, unbeatably cheap. I went to Buggiba, duration about 15 minutes.

Breakfast was very extensive and consistently good. Fresh egg dishes and pancakes, just great. Cappuccino is served and, although from a fully automatic machine, was very tasty. Henri is the soul of the breakfast crew and accompanies every guest to his table. Friendly and calm, he decelerates the start of the day, in a class of his own.

My room was a suite with a kitchenette. Usual household refrigerator, 2 burner stove, microwave and the necessary dishes to cook small dishes yourself. I didn't use this opportunity, however, because I let myself be pampered for dinner at Essence. The Agliolio (former top address) is due to the above Renovations currently closed.

All in all, every cent of my stay was well invested and I'm looking forward to being there again in the summer.

This hotel is now in its 10th year. It has gone from strength to strength, improving its service and quality year on year. At the moment I am sitting on the penthouse of the middle tower appropriately called Heavenly Colection. Come and find out for yourselves.

Fantastic in every way but reaches no 5, but does not feel worth mentioning why.

Lovely clean hotel with a good service and different good restaurants to enjoy. Did not give it 5 star since a few things were not exactly in place eg in bathroom no toilet brush, shower cap, moisturiser which are all standard items found in a 5 star room.

Not very good monitoring of use of adults' pool by kids. Besides pool bar adjacent to adults ' pool was not opened on Sunday and Monday. This made ordering of food and drinks quite slow.

However still a good experience on the whole.

Lovely 5 star accommodation and all the facilities to go with no it

As a Platinum member of Radisson Rewards we were upgraded to the most amazing suite (we were there in the off season). It had a huge kitchen, living room and dining room area, separate toilet, bedroom and huge bathroom with freestanding bath. It also had a massive balcony overlooking the beach with sofas, dining table and beds. It was all newly renovated and gorgeous style. I think the hotel is going through a renovation so the quality can be mixed until they finish but we were impressed especially since we paid for it on points. Great value!
