We love this hotel. Perfect location, lovely sea views, clean, great breakfast and food. The downside is that last year there were more activities for the kids, like muffin decoration and a treasure hunt. This year no.

Great hotel with excellent facilities but what else would you expect from them

Gigantic and beautiful hotel. Sweet room very comfortable with everything needed. Outdoor pool and indoor heated and accessible until 22h which is very nice after a day of visit. Beautiful view of Golden Bay and the sunset is visible from the beach. The Agliolio restaurant of the hotel was good but the wait was long for a month of May, I can not imagine in July-August ... We found a rate on the internet without breakfast so no notice to this subject.

A beautiful 5 star hotel situated in probably the most beautiful Bay on the island of Malta. There quality and service in the restaurants is very good, if a little pricey. Likewise drinks round the pool are inflated. At the hotel convenience star you will pay 2 Euros for a litre of bottled water. Outside you can get 6 bottles for the same price. Evening Entertainment is good, if for an older audience. There are no sun bed wars at this hotel as there are plenty of beds and towels monitored. Highly recommend this hotel.

Third time we have been here and this time has been no where near as good as the other two in my opinion. The hotel is still of high standard but looks tired now. Our apartment is no where near as nice as our last one three years ago.

This apartment we have had to get our door cards reprogrammed every day to get in.

We lost all our frozen food due to the integrated freezer not sealing when closing the door.

Our wardrobe doors are broken and wont slide

We went to Agliolios restaurant in the hotel and had a bad experience with the service. Food was fantastic but all our food came out at different times. They did compensate with a 40% discount tho

We are disappointed this time as this hotel threes years ago and then a year before that was by far the best hotel I've ever been in hence why we became members. There has been a complaint raised with the management but we are still awaiting correspondence

Sasha from the management team met with us today and expressed her sincere apologies and made every effort to make things better, which she did with some lovely gestures and the fact it was obvious she was truly upset with our experience so far. Customer service is fantastic and besides the issues we have had, I'm happy to award the establishment with 5 stars now due to the way they handled the complaint and rectified all the issues

Dirty at check in with booked rooms, broken appliances in the room, incredibly nasty staff at the hotel's part of the beach. Although the hotel is clean and tidy, it does not weigh up the wear and tear.

Best hotel on Malta.. great views and beach. Keep coming back for more

Amazing location and view. Good and friendly service and customer care. High standards.
Big resort with lots of activities.

Great hotel and nice, big comfortable rooms. Hosts and waiters are really friendly and deserve praise. In particular a host called Elisa who was super nice to our kids deserves huge praise. Only suggestions for improvements would be to occasionally change breakfast fares, if you stay a long time it can get a bit tired. Would come back here.

Edit: I would add that the parking situation tends to get a bit chaotic some days, with almost no empty spots for guests left when there are hotel events and such. We then get warning stickers for being forced to park in not suitable spots but without any other options it makes for a bit frustrating experience in this regard.

Always stay here. Always made to feel special. Apartment is always clean and inviting. Staff exceptional especially the wonderful Henri, always goes out of his way to be very helpful.

We have just had a wonderful week staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel at Golden Sands. The breakfast, although quite expensive has a great selection of food and really is a good start to the day. The lunch and dinners are expensive but if you choose one of the cheaper restaurants it is fairly reasonable and good quality food. There are great facilities such as the superb outdoor pool and the gym is well stocked with good equipment. The staff are friendly and not overbearing. The room is quite small but certainly big enough for two. We also had the timeshare meeting but no pressure was put on us so it wasn't a problem. The hotel is a bit remote but there is a good bus service and we have travelled all over the island.

All very well!! A hotel to repeat ... good service, good food and an unbeatable location .. congratulations !!

Amazing place to stay right on the beach with exclusive hotel beach area

A Five Star Experience!
The location is wonderful if you are looking for a beach holiday with 'all the trimmings', pools, gym, spa, great food, attentive staff, comfortable rooms. For those who want to venture further afield there's a bus stop two minutes walk away that week get you cheaply to all of the major locations, eventually!

I give the hotel three stars because of the lack of service everywhere.

Very nice 5 stars hotel. Great beach. Service is always nice. Good variety of restaurants. Great facilities. We had the 2 bedrooms apartment for 5, with a fully equipped kitchen and it was very spacious and comfortable. Perfect place for a family vacation in Malta.

Service is always defined by manpower. The staff live here and as a guest you feel that you are welcome. We really felt very comfortable. We would have liked a little more evening entertainment. Otherwise an absolute recommendation for a relaxing beach holiday.

Great location, good food, great place for a short stay by the beach.

We have come here several times and have never been dissapointed. Very delicious food. The hotel is elegant and stunning to see. When we visited it was Spring weather with slight rain pouring but the pool area was still a beautiful place to enjoy and lounge a bit outside.

Hotel very well located in a quiet area, great lively beach at the bottom of the hotel. The staff is very caring. Impeccable cleanliness. The temperature of the pool water is just perfect. I recommend without hesitation.

Beautiful location, lovely atmosphere, friendly staff.

The facilities are excellent. The staff also are very polite, friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is quite nice. The location is one of its best attractions for a quiet, serene and cosy break. However, it's a bit far from town such that without a car, accessibility by bus can be a bit challenging. The only downside is that our bedsheets weren't changed for 7 days! That appeared to be somehow strange.

I ve been here so many times and I can t get enough of it. It s great for kids and adults alike, with a kids club in the evening right next to the bar Swizzles. It s been nearly two years since I last went but looking forward to going again in October! I ve lost count of the amount of times I ve been haha

Not what you would expect from a 5* . Reception was like a 5* but room wasn't. Needed updating and redecorating. Rusty balconies that need repainting. Cleaners
had to be called back on 4 occasion's. Toilet wouldn't flush and safe went wrong. Had to keep asking for towels etc as dirty ones taken away but not always replaced and they didn't change sheets within the week we were there. Certainly not worth 5" money very disappointed.

Great hotel with a wonderful beach, crystal clear sea and amazing landscapes. Spacious rooms with kitchenette, friendly staff and excellent service. Breakfast is very tasty and amaze with its variety. The minor drawbacks include the lack of a hygienic shower or bidet in the room, and the lack of good brewed coffee at breakfast. Pour some kind of bodyguard, which is called coffee. It may be soluble, but I don t drink this for a long time. For a 5-star hotel, the lack of a coffee machine in the restaurant looks somehow strange. In all other respects - a great vacation!

Fantastic resort to getaway from the hectic lifestyle that we have in uk. The SPA facilities were just what we needed. Sauna, steam room and jacuzzi with an indoor swimming pool. Just what i needed to relax.

Rooms a bit outdated and the bed was too short for me (1,89cm). Service and breakfast were great. Overall a great hotel in a quite area.

Stunning hotel in a stunning setting with sea views and very well presented and maintained, shame about the hoards of timeshare selling agents

A lot of this place is very beautiful, but the service is not up to par. The reception takes phone calls while you are checking in or out, meaning you are sitting there waiting. Chicken nuggets and fries took over 40 minutes at the pool bar. Bread was forgotten at the beach restaurant. We asked for sparking water at the bar and waites for over 20 minutes then ended up leaving.

For a 5 star hotel, I expected better. Not sure to what standard it is considered 5 star but I have stayed in 4 or 3 star hotels much cleaner and better than this place. Sure, the view is beautiful and the pool is relaxing. But the room is outdated and not very clean. They never clean behind the night table, noticed it while looking for an outlet. Our first night, we dined in one of their restaurant, Agliolio, food was ok but service was really slow. I just was not impressed, considering we paid a lot to stay at this hotel. One could say the view makes up for the cons.

Excellent sea view room. Service was great as was the food. Ample breakfast even with Covid-19 measures. Staff very health conscious and very welcoming. Great pool area. Great standards.

I've been here numerous times and it seems to get better with each stay. The food is great the staff are wonderful and very attentive, the ambience is glamorous, and before anything else, we shall be returning very soon blue whale.

The worst 5 star hotel we stayed at. Room type received not which was ordered, to the car parking and camp opposite were is noice day and night as was clear written that we want calm room not to the street. In the morning in the bathroom found amazing size cockroack which later understood was not the only one. They were everythere, in bedrood in the kitchen. When asked to change the room answer was sorry we can t do nothing. And this is respond of 5 stats hotel managment.

One of the nicest hotels on the island. Food good but costly, went to beach hut next door.

I only made one visit with students but the place is beautiful and beautifully administered. There is a spa, two swimming pools, a sauna, massages and Ayurvedic treatments, various restaurants. Wonderful suites and relaxed atmosphere.

A very friendly hotel set out on its own in Golden Bay. All the staff say hello. Beautiful pools and plenty of sun beds. Going back next year.

This is a 3 star hotel at best with delusions of grandeur. The food is awful overly processed poor quality. Breakfast buffet is poor smoky Bacon has a chemical taste. Sausages very processed all the food was just very cheap quality. The only dish in their buffet restaurant that tasted nice was rationed out by the chef with one spoonful given and another one begrudgingly if you asked. A lot of the products are just brought in it seems. Food in the mokka bar was dried out and Luke warm as it is brought up from the kitchen in a warning cabinet. I was so disappointed with this hotel rooms are of a standard you get in a premier inn but at a massively increased price. Around the pool you have to be so careful as it is so so Slippy. There were problems with things being stolen from around the pool when we were there. Drinks and food vary in prices from the beach and the pool and seems to depend on who serves you on whether you get a large or small glass for things like a milkshake or smoothie. Overall a very very disappointing hotel. Would most definitely not stay here again.

fabulous hotel from all points of view ... nice staff, beautiful rooms with every comfort, including kitchen and living room with tv and fireplace (mine was a quadruple) very well-kept rooms, selected bars and restaurants .. breakfast that looks like a christmas lunch .. fantastic experience
