Very good location in front of the sea. Very comfortable and perfectly clean. Nice staff. Have a car because the bus takes 1 hour to go to Valette and apart from nature and the beach little distraction. Be careful though, the weekend at the back gives on a campsite adept dogs barkers. ...

Fantastic location. Staff were brilliant and very attentive. We only ate breakfast at the resort and were spoilt for choice.
Lots of good local restaurants nearby.
We would stay there again

I'm currently sat in my sea view upgraded room, having just tried to have dinner on the huge veranda overlooking the hotel grounds and sea beyond. Then an Elvis impersonator started yowling directly below our room and everything started to shake as the floor vibrates. You see unfortunately, our beautiful balcony is directly above the Mokka bar area, which means every evening at 8pm until 11pm, some degree of obscenely bad hotel entertainment happens. Sadly their is no function here for me to upload a video in which you can barely hear me speaking over the din to show you. If anyone would like to see this for an example, head to YouTube and search Malta Radisson Blu Elvis.
We have asked for the volume to be addressed, apparently this isn't possible. We asked for a room change, they finally were able to offer us something further away from the noise but it was a downgrade to our upgrade in terms of being in perpetual shade, a floor lower with therefore minimal views. Not situating a room directly above this area would have been smarter as apparently "people either love it or hate it".
In other areas the hotel is quite nice, the pool area is nice and large, though there seems to be a lack of staff enforcing the whole 'no reserving sunbeds' rule, mostly there are very few available all covered in towels, yet theres not 200 people in the water..
The food and drink in the hotel is expensive, hence the attempt at an evening meal in our self catered room on the veranda, thanks Elvis.
Theres nowhere else to go nearby, nearest town is 20 min away on the bus. No shops or usual tat, which personally I quite enjoy a browse around of an evening whilst on the hunt for a restaurant or bar to occupy. Bugibba is over half hour away on the bus.
I wouldn't come here again if I came back to Malta.
If you're a family with kids who likes to hang about the pool mostly, do a few trips, have an early night (away from the Mokka bar) this is probably perfect for that.
We're really disappointed this is our holiday experience.

Hotel has direct access to the beach and can be reached by public bus. The reception staff was really doing the job. Yet, that hotel is over rated. i didnt book the cheapest room to make sure i was not gonna have the worst room. yet we had the room next to the elevator, at the back (view on a campsite). The building is not in good state (balcony rusted, leak in the bathroom) and is also not really fitting nicely in the environment. The indoor pool, jaccuzzi and steambath definitely lack cleaneliness (went to pool at 7am to make sure no kid had peed in it yet, but there were still some long hairs in it, as there were in the steambath). The food in both Agliolio and Flavours restaurant was of quite poor quality:overcooked and processed.. and the staff were either all junior in the job or very unefficient.Same problem at the mokka bar, we got there at 4.30pm to have 1 cup of coffee and 1 beer before going for sunset on the beach, by the time we got our order, the sun was long gone.. And, except at the reception desk, staff is hardly fluent in English. I thought Radisson was another word for luxury and excellence.. in my case it was just expensive and really not worth it.

Stayed here for a week in January. Property was nice. Rooms well appointed. Small kitchenette and nice beds. Patricia and other staff service were superb. Nice location if you re looking for peace away from Sliema/Valletta etc. but with excellent public transportation to anywhere on the island or ferry to Gozo. The superb buffet breakfast well worth adding as an extra. There is a guest laundry and deli on site which were handy.

Very very luxurious resort. Super view over de sea and we liked very much the service to eat at your balcony in a private setting. We I go back to Malta I definitely go to this place again. Super accommodation which arranged also my transfer to the airport.

Taken here for a time-share (in all but name) sales pitch. Was told we had won a weeks holiday fir attending pitch, so sat through it for 2 hours. The link for claiming the free holiday never worked, so feel somewhat scammed.

There are tidbits travelers should be aware of before booking here.

Food-
BREAKFAST is only served at 1 restaurant, Flavours, and it is buffet style at a cost of 18.00 Euros. There is no option to order takeaway. The only option for that for breakfast is room service which is costly.
LUNCH is available at any of the restaurants besides Flavours. All the food is average for an American palate except the coffee. The coffee is wonderful! Be warned the burgers are more like meatloaf in between bread buns (the fries were great!). Prices were on the high side, but reasonable for a resort. Burger and fries 16.00 Euros.
DINNER at Flavours tasted like buffet food. Good enough, but not worth the 29.00 Euros per adult (plus the cost of your drink) in my opinion. The Italian restaurant is much better, Aglioglios, and Mokka was great for coffee and a dessert.

*My main gripe/concern/issue with the resort that NO ONE TELLS YOU is there is a campsite literally behind the resort on the countryside view. It is a campsite open to the public with loud campers all day and night. This was an issue and I brought it up to the front desk since we were on our honeymoon and they told me the only thing they could do is to call the police on them if they were loud after 2300. We were not given the option to switch rooms to an oceanview. I deducted 1 star from my rating for this.*

Views
-The countryside and the ocean views are both stunning. Malta is gorgeous and this resort is as well. The private beach is great for families and couples alike. The weather was too cold to stay in the water, but the water was beautifully clear.

Other
-The onsite shop is useful and has the essentials of what you would need. The prices were fair as well. For reference 6 raw eggs were 1.25 Euros.
-There were outdoor (didnt use) pools that were beautiful and large. The indoor heated pool was nice, but wreaked of chlorine. Showering after was necessary.
-The sauna and steam room near the indoor pool were co-ed, spacious, and nice.
-The spa seemed nice and had resort style offerings and prices. 85.00 Euro for 85 minute massage. They even offered botox for the wrinkled traveler lol! We did not use any of the services. They also offer hair cutting and styling services.
-The gym was well maintained and had all the necessary items the workout enthusiast should need at an away gym.

Room
-Normal room with a countryside view (see previous gripe about campers) with a king bed and a patio with chairs and a table. The one thing missing was a trash can. We had a TINY bathroom trash can and then a glass, plastic, and paper recyclable can. When I called to get a trash can they informed me that larger trash bins were for the customers staying in suites only. The closet was spacious and we had plenty of drawers for our clothes. And a safe in the room. There was a small stovetop with cookware and utensils. The room did not have a working AC. Our main phone did not work so we had to use the one in the bathroom. When I told the front desk this they apologized but did not offer to fix it. The bathroom was good sized. It also had 2 sinks which was nice. We had cable tv included.

-Important: a cab ride into town is 30-40 Euros and takes roughly 30 minutes from the resort. The bus ride is 5.00 euros and takes 6 HOURS!! I'm not exaggerating! It stops everywhere and drives slowly. Needless to say we did not use the bus.

Summary:
I would say it was not worth the price. The average cost to stay that I saw on Google was 135.00 Euros. The theme of the resort that I recall most clearly is that everyone was nice and courteous without being helpful. It's a strange phenomenon since I am accustomed to great customer service in America. Maybe it is a difference between countries. They wouldn't give us another room after we complained about the campers, wouldn't give me a trash can, wouldn't replace the phone, and when we HATED our bottle of wine at dinner did not offer to refund or replace. Deduct another star for inferior cust serv.

Lovely hotel and great staff. Rooms decent. Food very good. Went as part of a discounted timeshare trip which wasn't at all intrusive. 3 hour meeting which was quite interesting but not something for us. Would recommend for the facilities and great sandy beaches, plus location for trips around the island.

Nice hotel and pools. Good restaurants and easy access to the beach. Suites have a lot of space. Country-side view is boring/ugly (towards camp site and parking). Very friendly restaurant staff, reception staff could be a bit more warm-welcoming and proactive...

Great experience. Living in Malta for 2.5years and never experienced an amazing hotel like this in Malta. I highly recommend you to stay in this resort, the attendance is perfect, everyone is super kind and ready to assist you. I suggest you to take a room with breakfast, you will ot regret this choice. Theres a private beach on paradise bay beach which you can enjoy a full day of summer with a bar right behind you. Theres two restaurants inside, a indoor pool with jacuzzi, suana with the view to the Mediterranean. So I higly recommend this place, rate 10/10!!

It is the staff who give this hotel it's warm, friendly, helpful atmosphere, difficult to find sometimes elsewhere & hard to buy. The hotel compared to others has a professional, but relaxed & spacious feel to it which allowed us to relax & enjoy our stay

A most stunning resort, beautiful beach, fantastic opportunity to go somewhere and relax, there is a frequent bus service to all over Malta, highly recommended, we will be back again soon

Rooms are clean and toiletries maintained daily.

Rooms are clean and toiletries maintained daily.
Excellent room service especially if any issues with facilities.
Location is distant from town centres such as Valetta, Bugibba etc but it is served by local buses that run 30 min to 1 hr. Leave extra time for bus journeys and waiting as considerable time is lost before arriving at destinations. May be renting a car is better.
The hotel's jacuzzi, sauna, hot steam and pools are excellent.
So overall it's a great hotel.

Beautiful hotel, very helpful staff, perfect location, excellent choice of food, and spotlessly clean.... only one negative... queue for breakfast was like nothing ive ever seen! It took roughly 15 to 20 mins waiting in line to get a table for two!!! Management please take note of this. Otherwise.... top class in everything!
