Lovely resort everyone is so helping. My husband had 3 fall's while at the resort and all the staff were wonderful a couldn't have help me more . Our lovely rep Liam Murphy couldn't have been more helpful. Great chap .
Amazing first stay. Staff so lovely and can't do enough to help you. Room great and fabulous big balcony, good views over countryside. Room cleaned spotlessly every day, always leaving us a chocolate each. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful location, but hard to get anywhere though. Room decor is outdated and the room smells a little funny.
Lovely Sandy Beach. Great services available at hotel inc beach towels, laundary room etc. Prices are reasonable for the venue (bearing in mind Malta is expensive anyway). Not close to anything so great for relaxing. Only 10/15 bus ride to nearest towns. St Pauls by or Melleiha.
The hotel is very opulent. They have a private beach. The rooms are spacious an the balcony was huge. True Radisson style food was awesome. We chose private taxi of hotel to fetch us at the airport it was quick an only 25 euro one way. The bus stop is convenient across the road. There is also a shuttle to Marxakloxx on a Sunday.
The location is fantastic. View of the sea. Friendliness of the staff and facilities are top notch.
This my second visit and certainly was not disappointed. Such a beautiful place and elegant hotel. The pools are clean, the beach alot of fun. Choices of restaurants and bars. The staff are brilliant (Miss you Henry!!) and friendly. Rooms were spacious with everything you could think of in it to make our stay comfortable. Certainly coming again very soon, God willing!
Excellent hotel, this is my second visit and will definitely be staying again in the future. Beautiful views, Beautiful service, Beautiful food. The rooms are kept very clean and cannot complain. The pool areas are lovely and clean too. The on site restaurants are very nice, and serve very good food. The deli on site is the only point that I complain about. The pricing has risen throughout the years and is now more expensive (2euro x1 2ltr bottle of water/mellieha town centre 2euro x6 bottles of water). Other than this, wonderful hotel.

Lovely hotel. We also got upgraded from a standard room to a huge suite which was lovely. I think it's because we are on our honeymoon. Staff are very friendly. The food we have tried so far was good. Amazing views from our room. I wish we we staying here longer.
Hotel is great, unfortunately the service does not match. Just about a 5 star hotel, with 2/3 star service. Been here many times now and this has been our worst service experience.
Been to the spa and to Essence restaurant both with great costumer service and good quality. Myoka Spa at Golden Sands staff are amazing and makes you feel like a queen... Highly recommend their service

4.5/5. Very good hotel and resort. TV size should be larger at least 32". More restaurant options with the resort is required. Good swimming and WiFi facilities. Room make up daily is good too. Late check out option is convenient. Private beach is very good too.
Went on Holiday here a few days ago, lively staff, great service, fantastic restaurants and 5 star rooms, would definitely want to visit again sometime
Excellent hotel! Friendly staff, amazing rooms, brilliant spa and pools. Great to walk from the hotel down steps to private beach Has a well stocked deli supermarket. There aren't enough spaces in the main car park when it's busy or when there's a conference event on but there is a secure car park nearby.
Amazing Resort with stunning views of the sea and country side
We have come here for a two week break. The position is brilliant, although out on a limb there is plenty of transport and we hired a car. The quickest way around the island if you can park. This is not really a problem at the moment but I would think in the high season it could be more of a problem.
The hotel reception are very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Not same said for the timeshare side who hardlylift their head to speak.
We had no information given to us about the island or where to go etc, something we are used to getting wherever we go. We are pretty self sufficient but if you like to be guided - buy a guide book!!!
This complex has everything you could need - rooms are great - sea view fab - brilliant cleaners etc etc. Can t fault that at all.
My biggest gripe is that I exchanged through RCI and my confirmation said that it was a full kitchen.
No way. A Microwave and a 2 ring hob???? Very disappointed with this as I always make sure I have a full kitchen (husband vegetarian and often limited to what he can eat).. it is impossible to cook a meal in here even for two of us (sleeps 4).. I assumed they were all the same so didn t query it, only to find out yesterday a lot of the units do have full kitchens.
There is no problem with the hotel at all. We are having a nice time but it would have been nice to have had the kitchen that was on our booking. That would have made a big difference. We would return here, no problem, but I would make sure I knew what I was getting before I came.

Fabulous hotel 5star. Everything about the hotel is superb.
Our 6th year here and wasn't up to usual standards. In fact service was of a 3 star hotel. Somethings were out of their control but was not delt with in a 5 star way. Very disappointing.

This is what 5star hotel is. Very comfortable stay. The receptionists are very helpful, sincerely nice and always smiley. They would make your day.
The only downside is that there's nothing around, not even a convenient store or a wending machine to get some snacks. And gym needs some upgrades. Other than that a beautiful view and pretty quiet.
All great but two lmportant minuses:
One, the AC is turned off for autumn but it is still 28degrees
The "minimart" is very expensive andhas a small selection. We believed we should find breakfast food there since we have a room with kitchenette
Hotel seemed nice shame they only got us to sell us timeshare. But what I saw of it it was beautiful
A nice hotel just on the sea front with good amenities and parking. The rooms need a little updating but services are good and the location is great

Fabulous sandy beach and beach bar. Local cafe restaurant is also very good.
Excellent hotel with perfect facilities, semi private beach, very big rooms that can host a family and great kitchen. Location is a bit retired from the social area but fine for a relaxed holiday
