Had a blast there, company function held there..Golf course has great views

I really liked the new machines and the great customer service.

Very elegantly designed conference center with catering.

Not quite what i was expecting but the hotel was clean and priced affordably. The resort was much smaller than i thought it would be and the casino end of it was very outdated, which is why youll have to endure the new casino construction inconveniences. Even though i dont have any serious complaints, i won't becoming back until the new casino opens though.

Still no luck this casinos slots just take your money and don't even pay.. so honestly you never win. The odds are against you here . The casino I beautiful but that's it..

Great resort with awesome amenities, went for a ladies stay cation with spa service and we had a blast.

Very nice inside and nice rooms, looks just like the pictures. Service is good and pool area is very nice. Casino is a bit small but not bad. Rooms have nice views and are modern inside. Restaurant is a little overpriced for the food served and the service in the restaurant is poor and extremely slow.

Rooms were decent for the price. Wasnt blown away with the resort. Would say its just ok. Definitely a nice getaway for the night.

Very nice place no Buffet yet plenty of games to play had a good time if you haven't been there it's worth the visit

Lost my butt at the fort but got a consolation prize of delicious complimentary popcorn and used the most fabulously clean family restroom with my boyfriend... WooHoo... 4 and a half (if i could) stars for this conference hall.

My husband and I just got back home from this wonderful resort! We celebrated our anniversary there ! This was our first time staying here, and out of all the Vega's resorts we have been too! This by far has been the most stress-free, enjoying, friendly, fun, relaxing time we have had!, we took advantage of the summer 2 night deal! And I hope to be back in August before it ends!! We-ko-pa staff, restaurant staff, bar staff by pool, and maids as well, went above and beyond for us! ! You made local residents feel like royalty! , to management! Please give your staff a round of applause! Thank you again for a wonderful weekend ! ,and please don't forget to tip your maids!

The place and staff makes you feel welcome. The view is lovely.

I stayed their for 2 days it was very nice and welcoming beautiful at night to see our room was very nice and cozy real comfortable bed it also has 2 stores a casino and 7 restaurants what an amazing place I will go back and next year we are taking a group of married couples

Beautiful Casino. The machines were frigid. Seemed like no one was winning.

Its a good casino, i love the new renovation they did. Looks very modern with many many modern fun slots to choose from. I lost so u get 4 and not 5 stars. Oh also they have hreat options and prices for food i got a 1/4 vhivken, 2 sides and a drink for $13 minus $7 for my comps

It's a great place to get away and feel like your somewhere else. The rooms are nice, good great and the casino is a bonus. Only issue is the hotel always mixes up reservations, tries to charge you more than you were confirmed and the front desk people are not the friendliest.

Miss communication between hotel reservation & front hotel got there to pay 4 our room the lady work night of 12-11-19 was very rude because trying 2 explains what I have told is 50th dollars deposit on debt & I can pay the rest in cash she needed credit card in order to pay 4 it & here I came along ways traveling about 5hund miles ended w no resting have 2 find hotel somewhere else & have 1 of the family member was disabled.

The conference center is nice and and the staff are friendly. It is also very clean and the scenery is gorgeous.

This was the absolute worst hotel that I have stayed at.

My wife and I decided to have a quiet 2-night weekend alone over Valentine's Day; our kids were being watched by others so we could enjoy ourselves. We booked our reservation on the HotelTonight app and was promised sparkling wine and chocolate covered strawberries. We also noted a request for a king bed, not 2 queen beds. None of this materialized.

That was not the end of our negative experience:

1. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were turned away because we didn't have reservations for Valentine's Day despite the fact that we were hotel guests. To sour that note even further, other guests who had arrived ONE HOUR LATER THAN THEIR ORIGINAL RESERVATION were "squeezed in." These guests WERE NOT STAYING AT THE HOTEL. We certainly were not made to feel like we were welcome guests to say the least.

2. One of the 2 hot tubs was non-functional. A maintenance guy did some troubleshooting for 10 minutes then threw his hands up in the air and simply said, "I will have to look at it later tonight." The other one was already fully occupied during the day and we were denied yet another use of the facility.

3. The beds were in poor shape and squeaked very loudly over the slightest movement. We did not sleep well as a result.

When we brought this to the attention of the day clerk during checkout, she shortly replied that it was not the hotel's fault and blamed the application despite our evidence to the contrary. Rather than any attempt at restitution or apology, she immediately asked if we wanted to charge our card for the remaining expenses.

Clearly, we were treated more like "cash cows" than respected guests and paying customers. It's very sad to say this, but I have had more enjoyable times at a Motel 6 for 1/4th the price than I did here.

I wish that I could get my money back, but I doubt that this is going to happen given our non-apologetic treatment during our stay there. Suffice it to say, however, that I will not be recommending this establishment to anyone.

Nice and quite here. Never too busy. Service was good and the room was very clean and wel kept.

Such a great place. Wonderful atmosphere and environment. Very inviting. Extremely comfortable beds for those who like to sleep their problems away like me. Being out in the middle of nowhere makes for a very relaxing environment.

Just stopped by because of car trouble on the way to Payson. I haven't stayed there or used much of the amenities.

Was a good experience. Room was clean and had an amazing view of the mountians

No handicap parking and no valet long walk to hotel to check in. Another long walk outside from hotel to casino. Check in staff not very friendly or accommodating. Our bathroom had hair in the tub and Bobby pin under sink makes me wonder if they really cleaned the bathroom.

Conference halls were nice and clean, very nice for groups.

So very impressed with the new casino. Even as a smoker, I appreciate the non smoking atmosphere. Lots of machines, managers visible on the floor and even proactively stopped to assist with a machine issue I was having. Also, kudos to the hot water in the restrooms, and adequate outdoor smoker sections. Great start, please keep it up!

Wonderful place service was outstanding. My only problem was the check in time all we really wanted was pool time to get sun time and at 4 you really can't do that.

The conference center rooms are good, but really really cold. The acoustics are good, and the staff is pretty attentive. The good we were served was pretty generic, and obviously prepared with hours before, since the chicken was hard and dry, as well as barely warm.

We have stayed several times and liked it ,this time not as nice,but we are here for 3 more nights hope it gets better.
The sushi bar was so long getting and too long before we got to pay.the food was just ok.

It's very a very nice resort. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is beautiful. Rooms and grounds are well kept. I've stayed there once for a stay-cation and once for a social convention and definitely would/will go back and recommend to others!

A perfect peaceful place to stay. Brilliant hotel. The ambiance of the place is amazing. Great location for UFO conferences.

I have nothing but good things to say about my stay.
This was not a planned visit. I had been traveling for eight hours and was tired. I pulled into the back parking, walked to the front to the first restaurant on the right. The dinner crowd was gone, so I didn t have to wait to be seated. There was a very loud group of men who were very noisy. The hostess warned me about the noise and I told her I didn t care, that I was hungry. And they were very loud.
The food was good. Just ordered two appetizers. This 40-ish man, who was obviously in management, came over to me and apologized for the noise and offered me a complimentary glass of wine, and then asked me if he could do anything else for me. I told him I needed a room for the night. He said he d check on it. He came back a few minutes later, told me to see Michele at the front desk, and that was it. My room was booked. Michele asked me where I was parked and I told her in the back. She sent for someone to pick me up and take me to my car and showed me where to park. They made me feel special and cared about.
The room was pleasant and clean and, much to my delight, it had a lighted makeup mirror.
Altogether, a wonderful, positive experience,
AND it was a casino with no smoking.

Great experience every last time and you always find gems like this! The new place is so fresh and just filled with options for everyone to have a little of whatever they like!

The staff was awesome and casino was not to busy. Slots are paying.

It's a very nice resort with friendly staff. Only thing is I didn't like the bed, it was too hard.

The stunning views are endless. Although the resort is under construction, nothing seems dusty. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly

Beautiful resort, just a little to much remodeling going on to be charging a 25.00 resort, fee on top on room rates.

I did not stay but we went there between golf rounds. There was a stench to the lobby that was unfortunate. Avg at best.

I went here for the Mad Monster Party and had blast. The main room hall had a ton of vendors in it but still enough room to get around. There was a grill right next door with good drinks and food.

Great location if you are trying to get away & not that far from the city!

The staff and atmosphere are the best at We Ko Pa Resort and the casino isn't that bad either. Left with a little extra in my pocket

Pretty nice here cleaning and Maintenance doing a great job. Office staff and store needs customer service training. Pool is amazing for kids.

The pool area is beautiful and they have great celebrations poolside, nice rooms great service, cant wait to go back and enjoy the hydrotherapy and massage and spa services

We stayed here Friday and Saturday night with our friends, we had the golfers suite. The room was very nice and overlooked the pool. We gambled in the casino on Friday night and spent Saturday in the pool. This is an amazing getaway, we come here every year and always have a great time.

Resort is great, casino is clean but I did better in all the vegas casinos compared to here

Can't even give you a room on-time. The check-in time says 4 pm however we couldn't get a room till 5 pm. They weren't friendly or helpful at all about it.

They did a fabulous job on the remodel....the casino pays out pretty well too and there are tins of games to choose from

I was at the resort for the annual UFO Congress. It's a beautiful area. I was only in the conference area and the outside area. It's very clean and classy.

I checked out today 09/05/16. I forgot my camera charger with battery in it charging. I called just few minutes ago at 10:25 pm, I told the security if the cleaning ladies hand the battery back to them, the security said that nothing is being handed yet. Well, I'm going back there tomorrow and I'm to see someone in the front if they can run up to the room and check it if still there. I live 45 minutes away from the hotel, so I go there to get my answer.

A good pit stop, just relax. Play some slots. Have a couple at the bar.
