We are from Albuquerque New Mexico. We stayed here for 2 nights 2 weekends ago. We've played at the casino many years ago but never really won any money. However, I've always wanted to stay at the hotel but could never got to stay there. My hubby has business in central Phoenix, Tempe, Cave Creek, Scottsdale etc. So, the casino hotel was too far. We finally got to stay there 2 weeks ago and loved the rooms there, we had a perfect view of the construction sight and woke up Saturday morning at 7 am to them working, very noisy! If it wasn't for the young guys driving us to and from the hotel to the parking lot, our stay would have been a bummer. All in all, we loved it and will definitely stay again. No grandchildren next time lol. Thank you We-Ko-Pa resort.

Very clean, nice rooms and friendly staff. Walking distance to the casino and the golf course.

The location was beautiful!we stayed for a wedding for 2 nights and the pool was fabulous!all the furniture was great and so was the room service and the robes that are hanging in the rooms for you to use.Sadly though they don't have washers and driers like most hotels so they inform you of a campsite near there with those amenities and they also over charged us for our stay and then reimbursed us a week later(really strange)All in all good times were had and we drove up to the land area around the resort and the have cows and horses just roaming around free,it was lovely to watch the animals and the sunset over the desert!

Had a beautiful spa day with my girlfriends today. Great massages, great food, great time at the pool. We are definitely coming back.

Excellent place to stay. The Restaurants, Casino, Conference Building and Resort all have nice staff and have deals that you can't find in other Casino/Hotel. Make sure you get a Casino card and make as many points as you can. The card gives you discount on hotel and restaurants.

Upscale 1st class resort and hotel that I will visit again. I was very impressed from my check-in to my check out.

Great vallet service - FREE! Great restaurant with delicious salads. Restrooms were very clean.

We Ko Pa is awesome. LOVED the non-smoking thing. Parking... fantastic. Staff... fantastic. Taking care of Veterans... FANTASTIC. Service in the Sports Bar... terrible. Yes, they were filming a commercial on Veterans Day, but they seat you, and it shouldn't take 15 minutes to get a beer. The waitress should keep track of your order. I don't think our waitress was in the right line of work. Too bad, because the rest was great. Get in there, you'll like it!

Just outside if Phoenix so slightly off the grid. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Pool area needs more shade, Everyone was searching for a spot. Pool bar is a bit overpriced and difficult to actually get a drink at times.

I haven't stayed there yet but I am a little hesitant. I just called to make a reservation and the two people I spoke with were both very rude. Not even one please or thankyou from either of them, wow! Can't wait to arrive there and see what I'm in for.

No Breakfast, cant take your own alcohol to the swimming pool, the maintaince guy walking around the pool kept throwing away our waters and kept taking our beer bucket as if it was empty when it was clearly NOT. We stay there 3 days and we did not get room service.
Good food, nice rooms, casino was fun.

Rooms are great. Buffet is not great. Casino has lots of games.

My stay way spectacular. There services are really good, as well as the food. The workers are nice and helpful. As well as having the best beds I've ever slept on. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Comfortable rooms and amazing pool. You have to check out Furious George cover band at the casino. The crowd watching on the dance floor is worth travelling from states away.

The pool area is awesome. Music is nice mixture. Rooms are cool & clean. Drinks AND Food, really good.

Sad, sad, sad....disappointed. We had reserved 4 rooms. Called on Thursday before check-in on Saturday, requesting the rooms to be together. Was told by a very friendly employee she reserved the rooms for us and they were all next to each other. Upon check-in at appx 10 mins before 4, 3 rooms were ready, but not the 4th room. And three rooms were together, but not the 4th room. The very friendly employee who I spoke with on the Thursday before was there and confirmed she spoke with me, however the employee that was checking us in, pretty much had an attitude of too bad, so sad, end of story. Not happy!!!! By the time he got done checking 3 of our party in, it was a little after 4 pm. So I asked why I couldn't check in and he stated the room wasn't ready. I asked about their check-in time at 4 pm policy and he said it meant that check in time begins at 4 pm. Really??? So does that mean check out time "begins" at noon? On the good side and why the 1 star is the pillows were great, rooms seem clean, love the make-up mirrors in the rooms, and the staff at the casino buffet was exceptional! However I don't recommend it, the prices were far too high for summer rates in Phoenix, the the front desk staff (meaning our first encounter face to face with employees) was far less than professional.

This is a great resort. Great views, rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. Unfortunately they started construction for a new casino and they are doing it at night when people need the environment to be quiet to sleep.

Very nice facility. Visited for Mad Monster Party 2018 with many horror movies stars and lots of merchandise. Great time.

Beds very comfortable, room light and airy, hotel and grounds clean, price reasonable. Hiccup on laundry, not on time and not cleaned properly, but charge was reversed, should not have tried. 2 miles from any independent restaurants and shopping, this was expected when we booked. If going to the conference center or casino, worth your consideration.

New casino in place of the old Ft. McDowell casino. Nicely laid out.

TYPICAL INDIAN RESORT, TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU TERRIBLE SERVICE AND NOTHING EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT THEY ADVERTISE... THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT BAD REVIEWS AND WILL NEVER RESPOND TO THEM BECAUSE AS WE ALL KNOW THEY ARE EXEMPT FROM ANYTHING THEY DO THAT IS WRONG OR NOT WHAT THEY SAY IT IS..

Fantastic conference center and hotel. When I initially checked into my room, I was given a room that had not been cleaned. When I called down to the front desk, they quickly appologized and changed the room despite them being incredibly busy. The problem was handled promptly and professionally.

I also attended a conference here and was equally impressed. The food was amazing- both in taste and portions. The staff members were also very friendly and accommodating.

Construction of new casino will be difficult during 2019, limited dining options

It is a very relaxing resort.They offer a.wide variety of things to do. The service was outstanding. Everyone was great. It's not that far away. The food was good

This is a very nice casino, but I'll take the slots that were at Ft. Mcdowell over the new ones here, any day. I haven't tried the food - usually can't afford it after playing the slots !! The staff needs improvement - overall, they rate 2 stars. Smoking area gets a !

The resort is located in a beautiful setting. The rooms are clean, with acceptable amenities. The pool and hot tubs are good, but not spectacular. The casino is also of fair quality. Not a bad place to visit, but for the more budget conscious consumer. The hotel does offer a 3rd floor deck, and watching the sun set from there is spectacular. The views are truly amazing and made the stay special.

Was a great experience. Lovely room, nice staff, good prices. Nice spa. Only wish is better smoke ventilation in the casino.

Not nearly as many people as I expected for a weekend. Room is clean. No room service menus or info on how to order room service. Probably a covid to thing to remove room menus. Tv menu offers little help.

Attended IMAPS conference 2020 and they need to move to another venue.
Old hotel with rooms with broken toilets, showers and key locks that don't work and cant read the cards. Many attendees I spoke with were very dissatisfied with the property and service by the staff.

i attended a wedding and everything i experienced was fantastic.

Visited for a Spa Day. They do not have a spa per say. No changing areas/lockers or anything remotely SPA. Just some massage rooms and the typical hotel gym/pool with no towels at 11am, playing hip hop and dotted with smokers. Massage was amature. Not worth the money.

This is a nice resort but they're convention space was very small. I only say this because with the convention that I went to for Mad monster party wasn't so great navigating through with all the people there.

When we were in the conference room for the event, it was a small room. The room is expandable. It was crowded and with the amount of people in the room, it was getting hot. Fortunately doors were prop open and o hthink the ac was adjusted to blow colder air. The room itself was very nice and clean. The employees kept the place in good standing throughout the event by empting out the trash bins and keeping the water filled and cup stocked.

Hands down my favorite hotel. Everyone is super friendly. The atmosphere is amazing and the food at the bar and restaurant is delicious.

Be careful booking at this hotel. We booked our room through Southwest Airlines and were not told that a sneaky $20.00 per day "resort fee" would be added to our bill as we checked out. The lady at the front desk acknowledged that all our fees had been paid and that we did not owe anything else. Then a month later after the original charge had cleared, we get hit with a $60.00 fee on our credit card. Seems to be a rather shady operation to me. I would NEVER stay at this hotel again. The scenery is beautiful, but it is too far out and the rooms and facilities were moderate at best.

Beautiful, comfy and relaxing place. I would give it a 5 but I was there during renovations so several areas we closed and it was a long walk to the car.

We were really looking forward to our stay at We KO PA Resort to celebrate my daughter's birthday. However, upon finding a bug, then another bug, and even another bug, we decided to call the front desk and asked to speak to a manager. In the meantime, we did some research online, and realized that they were bed bugs. While we waited for a return call, we started looking around the seams of the sheets, and found cigarette packs crush and stuffed in between the mattresses. We also went to the soda machine to get a Dr Pepper, and got a bottle of water. I had left a message for housekeeping to contact me, but they didn't. After I videotaped one of the bugs crawling on the chair, I called again, got placed on hold, and finally was told that they would move me to another room. They never offered anything as far as the inconvenience or stress. We were very disappointed.

Love this place for the pool and th g ok lo is incredible.

It's a fairly nice resort, we're here for the Mastermind to Millions conference. The rooms are luxurious and amazing. The conference center is top knotch too. They're not really prepared for our conference thought. With 100s of people trying to get food all at once, they messed up more than once. They also had a water line break, which wasn't their fault and did everything to accommodate. The staff are very nice and are doing what they can to make it a works class experience. overall a good experience.

Cannot speak for the hotel . Casino has all the fluff , Slot Machine minimums are up there , Table Game minimums are up there , and we were there for approx. 3 hrs . We saw no one winning , and we ourselves came to the conclusion that the machines were more than likely screwed down just as tight as they possibly could be with very little chance of winning just a bit let alone a little . Not impressed will not return anytime soon .

There's a LOT of construction in expanding the casino but they did nicely to not have it be an eyesore

The staff are some of the the nicest people in the area. I had a great time and the staff went above and beyond to provide an excellent stay.

This is a very nice resort. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful and the views are amazing! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. They offer many options such as a nice pool and hot tub for the family, massage and spa, and several different restaurant choices.

They have plenty of entertainment including bands and dancing. The nearby Casino has many machines to choose from.

The staff was friendly and did a great job organizing all the catering details for the conference.

If you have the chance to visit it I highly recommend it.

The rooms were nice, and clean. The beds were comfortable. Small touches, like the soap, were of good quality. The entire facility was well kept and the staff was polite and helpful.

Loved our stay! Beautiful Mountain views. I loved how Zen the property is. The indian flute music with outdoor fire pits. The spa was nice, over all wonder place!
