We went for Thanksgiving buffet and it was wonderful.

Great facility and activities. Good for staycation. Stingy with t.p.

Friendly staff, nice accommodations, and assortment of resturants, and some killer views. That does not even mention the golf or the casio, which we've not experienced yet.

The room and staff were amazing, and all of the restaurants except the red Rock buffet were well worth the price

Lack of smoke eaters to reduce cigarette smoke caused it to be an uncomfortable experience for non smokers. Cheap because it's currently under construction. The hotel restaurant was good food but under staffed.

The room was nice and clean and the pool was really awesome! The casino and conference rooms were also really nice. It's really cool place to stay!

Clean and peaceful with great CSRs and great food. My monthly getaway. Pity they don't Comp rooms to frequent clients tho... Wish they would link the players club to the hotel.

Went to the Mad Monster convention and had a great time. Resort was extremely nice, and all the staff was friendly. Highly recommend!

Pretty cool place. But should not be advertising that they're in Phoenix or anywhere near there pretty far from Phoenix if you're looking to only spend a couple of days. If you're going to spend the week there then it's not that far it's only about 25 minutes away from the center of the city without traffic

Excellent venue for a conference, enjoyed my time here!

Construction is going at 2am, you cannot possibly sleep here the next two years when they are doing construction. It is reasonable to have earlier morning construction but it should not be allowed to have middle of the night loud construction. It was incredibly disappointing especially because the staff and food was wonderful!

Not here. 360 degrees of construction. Jacuzzi bubbles in one of the 2 places not working. Missing materials in the room required multiple requests. Key cards constantly stop working.. in 2 days I had to go to the front desk 4 times and there is always a wait. I spent over an hour dealing with this. I simply asked for an extra half an hour to check out and it took way more effort than necessary for that to be granted. I won't be taking it now and hopefully people read this instead. Find somewhere else more guest friendly that isnt currently under total construction. 2 stars is for Arizona specific, because the bar is set really low here in terms of quality. Easily a 1 star when compared to 4 star stays in other parts of the world.

Construction is literally on top of the hotel (15 ft) on backside so keep in mind that half the guests will be facing a giant dirt mound, tractors, and construction fence during their stay. Cranes and other noises aplenty, even as I write this. They do give out ear plugs at the front desk as a nice gesture.

Fountain hills? Try west NM! The best part of this casino was the Mac n cheese at The Market, which was delicious but barely worth $4. I played poker and aftter losing $100 playing very conservatively I finally won my only possible hand to win. Then, two hands later, I was dealt pocket aces. They have aces cracked for $100 24/7 unless a sports game is on. I wTed until the third quarter before even getting sat. I had no part in any of their promotions my aces got cracked. The dealer said I'd get $100. Then the bosses said he messed up. $150 dollars later, I told them I wouldn't be back. They didn't even blink. K bye!!!!!!!!

We always have a great experience here. We have been going here off and on for 12 years. Best place for a staycation! Rooms are always clean and comfortable.

We could not have asked for a better experience. The hotel was clean, the rooms were nice, the staff every where we went was nice and helpful and actually seemed to enjoy their jobs. We will definitely be coming back to stay.

We like the casino, they gave us two free nights and that was not a pleasant experience. The room was a handicap room, it had a very nasty odor we stayed one night then left.

Very nice new casino. Although I feel that the Sports Lounge should have some more comfortable chairs. And put couches in there and stuff like that. Way too plain in there. Doesn't look at all like a Sports Lounge. There's also no Decor in there, nothing.

Phenomenal facility...great if you are looking to play 5 star golf, some blackjack and eat pretty good food w/o having to leave the resort. Casino is 200 yards from the front of the hotel. Scottsdale/Phoenix are within a half hour yet the resort is tucked away and secluded. Beautiful area, well run and clean rooms.

We stay here often and the rooms are always very nice. The pool is amazing too. My kids love to come just to swim all day. Especially when they do the movie on Saturday nights!

Lonely people, relaxing venue, two fabulous golf courses.

My family and I travel here quite a bit. A few times a month. It is so relaxing and a perfect place to just get away from it all. The views here are absolutely breath taking! The resort is beautiful and the room are spacious. We have stayed in both king room and a double queen room. There is always more than enough room for my son to play. They are also extremely clean and smell fresh. The pool are is huge and really fun and relaxing. They have a really nice putting area, fire pit and even a spray fountain for the kids to run around in. The staff are amazing! They always go out of their way to make your stay wonderful and genuinely seem to care. You get a great sense of respect, which is rare these days. They actual hotel restaurant is fantastic. A bit slow at times but the food is super good and the price is and average of $15. They even have a 99 cent kids menu! The golf course is in excellent condition year round. It is our number two course in the state and we are avid players. Honestly there is really nothing to complain about. We love coming here! Its almost like a second home!

A gorgeous property in one of most beautiful places in Arizona! It's not far from Lake Roosevelt or the Verde River as well. Staff all seem friendly and helpful and they treat you with first class service.

We slept in a suite. Bed was very comfortable. Room service was very quick. Only issue was they opened our door to deliver our food without us giving them permission. We were in the room at the time and it hadn't answered the door because I was not completely clothed.

Awesome. Very clean and comfy. Always enjoy staying there.

Kinda a drive from Old Scottsdale but worth the trip. Very nice rooms and soon to be new casino. The golf course at We-Ko-Pa is outstanding one of the best courses I've played on. Staff was very friendly and willing to help.

Room was nice but had a few off amenities. Not a life changer so this was a good time. And i didnt lose to much, either! Great helpful staff and clean neat rooms. Four star stay for sure...

I was attending a conference and the servers were absolutely phenomenal! They were very attentive and helpful! David is a great banquet captain because he made sure that I was provided food that I was able to eat.

It's currently all non smoking inside... Only smoking areas are outside of the building..... SMH

Came here for a massage. Bought a Groupon for my parents and my self. You do need to pay gratitude, it s about $16 a person.

Definitely different then other hotels I went too. They don t have a locker room or robe or slippers. So bring your one shoes for the pool. You carry your stuff to the pool & in the room where you get your massage. You change in the massage room.

We were late but glad they fit us in their schedule cause we tried calling in before but no one answered.

My massage was great. Definitely hit the points that needed it. My parents wanted harder pressure but didn t receive it. I thought mine was hard pressure or maybe I m just fragile.

We got to go to the pool. The big pool with water running was so cold. There s a smaller one that isn t that cold. There s 2 jacuzzis. There s a bar outside. They gave us drink tickets and $5 off food or beverage from the bar.

Your New Casino is absolutely stunning, innovative and a pleasure to be in. That was my first time visiting and my experience was definitely POSITIVE, will visit again soon!!!

What a lovely and romantic resort! We enjoyed the pool and spa and walking hand in hand around the resort admiring the scenery.
The staff was courteous and most accommodating.
Room was quite nice, including water daily. What a difference that made in our stay! Very peaceful surroundings.
The food and service at the restaurant was supreme! We enjoyed dining and dancing to the live music. Well done!

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous scenery. Very friendly staff. The bed was so comfortable and inviting. I even ordered the pillows for my home after the stay. I found this place through a groupon offer and was so surprised. The casino is a short walk and lots of eating choices for sucha secluded place. We loved everything about our stay.

Walking into my old/New stomping ground I was asked to have my temp checked and to use the hand sanitizer both were fast and easy, the casino and Bingo hall were so Large I couldn't find my favorite machine's and by the time I was told to get a number to be called before I could get book's, feeling at a loss before I even was in the game, made my first visit a bust, I'll try again on 1-21-21 that's my Lucky day and I'll decide if I'll return again, Thanks for asking, all the employees were Very helpful and Nice

I love this place. Out in the middle of nowhere. Only thing, I forgot an item in my room when I checked out and they never returned it, said they never found it. IDK...

The pool area is awesome. The salon/spa is tiny and isn't impressive at all. If you are looking for a place to have a "Spa Day", go somewhere else.

I love staying there. Rooms are beautiful and beds are so comfortable! Staff is extremely helpful. Photos are from 3rd floor balcony taken as sun was rising.

Great staff, courteous and helpful when I forgot my phone at a machine. Security made me do the fingerprint security and pin # to access my phone. Took a little bit of time but appreciate the extra attention to their job!

Beautiful, hear the wild horses at night. Friendly professional staff. Rooms are great, food is great, atmosphere is magnificent.

This is a well run, clean, covid sensitive facility with decent restaurants, a nice hotel (though a bit pricey in our view) and a great location away from the local noise and bustle. People are friendly and helpful. The Casino has been moved, is far easier to navigate and lots of new machines to help lighten your wallet. Last trip my wife and I did leave with a few hundred more than we arrived with but chaulk that up to just good luck.
