While it's quite off the beaten path, the rooms were nice, the pool area very pretty, and the one restaurant served a good breakfast. Free valet parking and this was the first hotel at a casino where I didn't have to walk thru the casino to get anywhere. The food served at our conference was also very good.
This is the worst customer service I encounter every single time we check in. We always request for handicap room closer to the Casino. Our request is never honored! We are always given a room miles away from the casino and my friend is on a Walker!

Unfortunate that our guest room #207 had a furniture door that wouldn't close to recall an otherwise superb hotel stay where staff and management are exceptional. Will definitely stay here again for the experience in 2019.
We have been to the new casino quite a few times since it opened in October 2020. The new casino is very nice and one of the best we have been too here in the Phoenix area. It is very clean, open and bright and the machines are spaced very nicely, so you don't feel crowded. The casino staff is very good, the cleaning personnel are exceptional and drinks are very affordable. They have a nice, large variety of machines to play and lots of video poker, which are my favorite machines because I usually win on them!! The variety of eateries is good and if you are looking for a nice dinner, Ember will not disappoint!

Lovely resort and spa. Views are spectacular and if you go at the right time, you'll have the entire fitness room, a pool (or 2) and a hot tub to your self. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the restaurant have good foods and drinks. I will be coming back!

I was here for almost a week for a work trip. There is construction going on, but the staff was friendly and willing to help me take luggage to the main lobby via a golf cart. The pool area and fire pits were nice, although some residents were being loud outside late into the night (it didn t bother me but it could have bothered some.) It was nice to only be a short drive from Fountain Hills. I think once the construction and new casino are done this place will be even better.
Very nice resort with great restaurants and services! It's close to Fountain Hills, Gilbert, Scottsdale and on the way to Payson or Show Low. Definitely lots to do here and excellent, helpful staff! Just watch out for the free range horses and cattle- they're not aggressive, but they do wonder into the parking lots often- so very awesome!
Don t bother playing cards at the new casino. It s still the old terrible casino. At least now it s smoke free.
Location is good, parking was easy and great signage directing you where you need to go. Convention center was large and restrooms were easy to get to. Pool is nice.

They hosted a once day foster care event to help put children on the children's heart gallery website so they can find forever families through adoption. The grounds and buildings are well kept, the staff is friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the atmosphere.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is very clean and nice looking. I don't like the way they do pricing. I found a few sites that were way cheaper than direct from the hotel. It has many amenities and i would recommend this place.

Stayed here to celebrate our 4 year anniversary and it was great! The staff are super friendly, rooms beautiful & clean, and the property itself is just simply peaceful. It was a nice staycation. Room service gratuity is a tad high for my taste but was prompt & yummy! Casino kind of sucks but we aren't big on gambling so that's okay haha. Can't wait to stay again! Also if you're lucky you get to witness beautiful weddings <3.
Very nice resort. I was here for a conference and the amenities were great, food service was lovely (even took special care with my food allergy) and my hotel room was perfect!
I didn't love it the hotel staff was rude and ungrateful of our visit. We stayed in one of the best rooms and the staff questions everything done by a vip. Terrible service.

A nice hidden casino out by fountain Hills. I ve stayed here multiple times and have enjoyed every minute. Overall I recommend this place highly.

This Resort is just regular! The restaurant on the resort was pretty good but no thrills bells or whistles in regards to this Resort the spa services were less than mediocre.
I am not sure how this is a 4 star hotel, the rooms were horrible. This was one of the worst places I have stayed. Pools we very nice though.

Very nice resort! Reserved 5 rooms for a family getaway! Front desk is very professional and helpful. I definitely would've liked to rate 5 stars but both bartenders in casino on both sides very unprofessional and rude with my guest other than there service it's definitely a place to visit again!!!

They are doubling the size of the hotel and casino. It should be finished in 2020. The rooms are decent for the price. Mini Keurig and fridge in every room. Staff is courteous and bottled water is always complimentary.

At first we were so surprised at the exceptional service. Then we won some money and they said they would comp our room. The next day they locked us out of the room and escorted us to the room and off the property. Said it wasn't in the computer. I tipped over 2000 and still got the boot. Wasn't expecting that!
It would have been better if there were more smoking rooms available. An if for one plate of breakfast wasn't $14. My boo an I had to share a breakfast.
Wonderful Place. An excellent choice for a conference; not stuck right in the middle of town, but not too far away either.
My wife and I booked and prepaid for a room in Jan. 2014, Our trip got moved by a couple of days, but the hotel refused to allow us to change the date of our stay. I have never come across such poor customer service before. Never prepay for a room at this hotel, as they took our money and left us out in the cold.

Has golf which I didn't use. And a casino. I did go i and have a meal there which was good. I would go back for another conference.
It is located in a beautiful spot. The casino is not like Mohegan Sun or the east coast ones, but also not as crowded. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful
