I've visited Radisson Blu twice this year as it was the Global education fair. I would say that the hotel is really amazing. Starting from reception area, they provide all the information politely about rooms, restaurants and even the banquets. Although i haven't tried the food as well not even stayed at the hotel but I've visited their banquets. There are two banquets of different sizes on the right and left side of the lift divided by the lobby. The ambience of the banquets was really mesmerizing and the staff always accompanied by providing their service. Overall, It was really a nice experience in Radisson Blu Ahmedabad.

I was there work a business trip the stay was comfortable the service was exceptionally well, food was amazing F&B staff is always there to look after you check out was smoothly thanks to fronk desk staff to make my room upgrade. Sure I will come back

Location is clearly visible from out side. Security of guest is also very important for them and they are taking care of it. Well behaved staff and hotel rooms are also too good.

The perfect destination for luxury experience. The food and the stay is totally worth it. We booked executive suite which was full of luxury experience. Everything in room can be controlled by an iPad, almost everything. Highly recommended to stay here.

Nice hotel located at a prime location of panchvati cross roads

The hotel is run down. The escalators are slow as per today's standards. The equipment in our room malfunctioned. The bathroom exhaust didn't work. We had to bear the suffocation as there was no window or other mechanism for providing ventilation. The refrigerator didn't work, it got replaced with another one. The AC had no remote control. If you feel like adjusting the temperature in the middle of your sleep, you don't have any other option but to walk to the AC control fitted on the wall. The bathroom door is the most stupidly designed door I have ever seen. Firstly this sliding door wont lock and to add to the problem it has no channels at the base to slide on, so it waves with a slight push of a finger. Your privacy gone for a toss. Never expected such stupidity from a 5 star hotel.
Break fast was fine but not upto the level expected.
Dinner was below average. We had hair thrice in our meals, it was pointed out to the manager, who was well mannered and apologetic. The service is slow, you have to keep waiting for the buffet to be replenished.

When you enter the premises, you are assured that you will witness 5 star service.

Sadly was not that impressed with this hotel. From reception to room it was just pretty mediocre and actually found reception a bit stand offish and arrogant to be honest. The service staff like security, car chauffeurs were just lovely but reception experience was detached and patronising. We were charged double on 2 separate credit cards despite being told in no uncertain terms that this would not happen by reception. On arrival reception guy was just about understandable as he was mumbling and speaking really fast with a heavy accent. He was just doing necessary conversation only making hardly any eye contact. Room was not designed ideally . Shower was lovely though so was location and service staff. Dissapointed as had high hopes for our last nights stay in gujarat as expected a far superior customer relation.. Given it 2 stars as we felt unwelcome and you never forget how someone makes you feel.

Restaurant ambeienc is good and food is of average quality.

They only work on what have been told and do not understand what is required.

One touch service is below par.

I wil not prefer if get any other branded hotel.

They don't give early check-in and don't take care of the guest convenience even though it's a 5 star property. I do not recommend based on my experience

Nice stay with my family a great experienced gained. Very cooperative effort by the hotel staffs. Every precautions regarding covid were taken.

The tea was hopeless. Food was very basic and ok. Radisson needs to work on quality of basic food. I had food in their restaurant in past it was best. But at the conference they have failed to maintain even 2-3 star.

I visited it, to attend a conference of our Company. Generally, hotels which are good for Corporate Meets and etc. don't have that much good food.

But, trust me we had a lunch and it was great.

The five star amenities here, at heart of city on c.g.road, it's located, more than 100 rooms, two banquets, three meeting rooms with 300 person capacity, restaurant,cafe waiting lobby here, spacious room, decent interior, dry cleaning, wifi, luggage storage, in room safe available, room prise starts from 3000 above, restaurant has own counter of cake n pastry in house products, they have, valley parking available, good place for business as well as marriage function. Restaurant with lunch buffet and dinner buffet daily.

Visited Timpani restaurant, the food was ok, there were flies around food on our table. The service was slow. Cutlery was worn out, not as per 5star standard.

Good place right in the heart of the city. Extremely practical place. The rooms are good and the service is commendable. A very practical business hotel. Breakfast is extensive and the Chinese restaurant is super.
