Nice Hotel, if you want an ideal place in the middle of the city.

Good location. Excellent service and staff. Lovely breakfast and spa. Only downside was absence of a swimming pool! However more than made up by the excellent friendly, helpful and professional staff

Very Poor Experience. Reservation Executive confirmed me in the email that room decoration for the first night will be done. But The decoration was not done properly. There was no decoration at all as shown in photograph. This is not good service especially for newly wedding couple. I booked the room for my best friend. This is the most important day of their life and They must have good memories.

At the checkout time, I talk to the receptionist about that. He talked to other staff who did decoration. He confirmed with him that he forgot to do that. So there was nothing special in the room except Towel art decoration which was already included in the package.

Still they charged me 1500 rupees extra. I know about the hospitality of 4 & 5 star hotels. I stayed lots of hotels in the world. This was the worst experience. Both the things are wrong here.. you should suppose to give some rewards or should not charge 1500 rupees for decoaration at all. You also should make manager or supervisor to visit the room after decoration to confirm whether decoration is done as promised.

I also sent email after all this to the Reservation Executive. But she never responded regarding this.

Well Maintained Property. Nice Ambience. Rooms Are Very Good In Size For Business Traveller And Clean. Room Amenities Are Well Provided. Restaurant Is Smoky As Their Is Not Proper Ventilation Designed So Once You Came After Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner Then Your Clothes Will Started Giving Smell Of Your Food You Have Taken In That Restaurant. I Believe Admin Will Take Of This Issue.

the breakfast is very good. I especially liked the fresh orange juice and hot dosa, idli & wada sambar.
