My brand new car had a parking aid sensor malfunct...

My brand new car had a parking aid sensor malfunction and a engine misfire. The first time it happen I called to schedule a time to drop it off for the service department to look at it and was told there was nothing they could do about it. When it happen a second time I called and insisted someone look at it and was told 3 time someone would call me back to schedule a time to bring it in for service, no one ever call me back. I finally just took it up to the service department at Jacky Jones and left it with them. When they called till tell me to come pick up my new car I was told that they had cleared the codes from the computer and there was nothing else they could do. Now the parking aid sensor has malfunctioned again and Ford suggested taking it to another ford dealership for repair because Jacky Jones will not do anything. I have purchased many vehicles from Jacky Jones over the years but no more. They did not even attempt to repair my car, just clear out the codes from the computer and send me on my way knowing my car had issues. Thanks for nothing.
