Update on car purchased that had 2 worn out tires:
Initially I was not getting any progress on the Certified Pre Owned car that I purchased from Jackie Jones Ford, that unknown to me at the time had 2 worn out tires. After I posted my negative review, I was contacted by the General Manager, Berrong Kimsey about my concerns. After a few emails and a few pictures exchanged, it was determined that they would reimburse me for the entire replacement cost of the 2 tires.
Mistakes can be made, but it is how the company treats its customers after those mistakes that really show the integrity of the business.
Mr Kimsey solved the problem quickly and made me feel much better about my purchase, as well as earned my future business.
