Best place ever.... Make sure u set aside to whole day and bring food/drinks with u (although u can buy food there)... But it's a full day things with so much to do and see!

A really well-managed experience today. Staff were extremely helpful, but not intrusive during our interactions. Flow through the galleries was well- timed.

Is a great place but be careful with parking. All of the parking is maximum 4 hours ticketed parking and you can easily get carried away and spend more than 4 hours inside the museum. A cynic might say that they've designed it that way to provide extra revenue as numerous cars had parking infringements when we came out. A good way to spoil what was otherwise a good day out

A very fun and interesting place to go to, while learning interesting this at the same time. Constantly has new exhibits on, and you can come back here multiple times, and still have a good time.

It's a great place for kids and even adults. Only gets three stars because it can be quite noisy

Great interactive science museum for both children and adults alike. Can get quite busy during holidays and weekends but well worth it for the visit. I found that the staff, especially in the gift shop were very friendly and helpful.

Not that flash for the price . Things not working my three kids found it a bit boring .

It has many props to test with the device.There is a cool robot at the entrance who talks well with cool movement.

Amazing... This is a very engaging and really good science museum. We went in with my 6 year old and he had a blast and so did I. This is one of the few places where both adults and kids can enjoy. The science is explained very nicely and in a very fun way. Important : Do check out the free fall before you get out. That was very good.

Amazing science centre. Great exhibits and fun for all ages of kids. My 4 and 7 year olds loved it. The Moon Show we saw was great. The facilitor guy was so good with the kids. We thought we'd spend an hour or two here and ended up staying for nearly the whole day.

5 hours later and the kids had an absolutley fantastic day, only planned 2 hours so our road trip was delayed but worth every second.

Fun, fun, fun! Everytime we visit we learn something new. The kids love it. There's always something new to see and do. Can't visit Canberra without popping in.

The kids had fun but my husband and I thought it got a bit boring all just "press a button". The slide at the end was the best bit..

Questacon is a fabulous place to take your kids with am age range from toddler to 12 years for an interactive experience.

There is plenty of parking including disabled parking.

There is a ramp taking you to all galleries and a large lift for those requiring additional assistance.

Membership is available reducing the entry price. Your first entry goes towards the membership cost.

Very good science and technology museum, interactive experience, children like it.

Kids and husband enjoyed their time so much. They wanted to go back to the different galleries again and again!!

So much to do! Tonnes of options for kids of all ages, as well as adults. Affordable yearly family membership is a great option to escape on hot days. Paid parking on top of entry fee is a little disappointing.

I love questacon! MiniQ is fantastic, excellent crowd control with the session tickets. Lighting display is always exciting, and all the exhibits are interactive. Highly recommended.

Love this place! We travel from Melbourne and went in with our toddler on reciprocal membership and it is way too much fun.

Loads of stuff for kids and adults to do. Focus is on kids, but lost of interesting information. The layout is a bit confusing.

Very interesting place for children of any age, even for adults

Questacon is an adventure. An interactive science museum like no other, it draws in crowds of all ages. I could happily spend the whole day here, and for the price of admission, it's easily justifiable to come back again. There are plenty of exhibits offered, covering many areas of the sciences, and ranging from simple in concept to a little complex, but anyone from a small child to a science lover like myself will be enthralled. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and the shop is full of souvenirs and toys for any budget. This is a stellar attraction which everyone who visits Canberra should strongly consider visiting.

What an amazing place for families to go and learn and enjoy Science. Questacon is a must see and do for anyone visiting our nation's capital. Hours can be spent here having fun. Sorry not many photos. Having too much fun to take out my camera. 5 stars

Great place for families. Probably better enjoyed without the school holiday crowds. But still a great time was had.

Good place for young kids, filled with various scientific displays to interact with. Reminded me of the Science Investigator Centre in Adelaide when I was a kid

Fantastic place to take your kids of all ages. Whilst people may complain of the prices, get an Annual pass (if you're out of town get an Annual Pass for your Museum which if you check has a reciprocal arrangement). Does get busy, but fantastic places get busy

Always a crowd at leader and a great day out to take the kids to discover the wonders of science.
I did not know that on exit you can get an annual pass and get your entry refunded for a family pass its $70 entry and $160 anual pass so on exit you just pay the gap of $90 and then unlimited entries for a year, not just Questacon but a number of sister museums.
Well worth it

A must visit place in Canberra, eventhough you come with kids or not. This place is full of science and technology, and the applications in interesting and practical ways. Children and adults can play in the interactive sections in order to learn about the world, science, etc. Don't miss the show in the theater where you can volunteer and interact live with the host when learning about science.

There's absolutely no reason not to go at least once, regardless of age. Oh and the gift shop is fantastic!

Amazign Mars exhibition and wonderful enthusiastic staff

Quite fascinating and interesting, but unfortunately the helpers seem rude and condescending.

I can't give this place as many stars as I'd like to! The kids have fun, and that's what is important but the baby section really needs an update. Toys are old and worn. Older kids loved the night opening that was on offer.

As long as you don't mind being knee-deep in kids who have no sense of personal space it's great.

Excellent place to explore your mind and play around with science n logic. Get to know more about what, why and how in the universe. Best place for growing minds (kids) and growing parents too.

People told me to allow 3 hours here to enjoy it all. It easily took the whole day and if I was in Canberra for longer I'd sure have come back again.
