Quality Service Company took take care of both of our HVAC units. They loaned us portable units to assist with the extreme heat while they installed the new downstairs unit. They came back multiple times to double check that the upstairs unit was working efficiently. They even helped me find someone to fix the ceiling damage that had occurred. Unexpectedly the HVAC at Shealy Electrical died on us this summer, the worst time ever! Due to company policy we had to have 3 quotes for any replacement. Out of the 3 quotes, Quality Service Company offered the most attractive package for replacement, they even loaned us portable units to help keep us cool! I was able to give Quality the go ahead on Thursday pm, and Friday at 8am their guys were on site working. By Friday afternoon they had us cooling off. I do feel terrible since I can only give Quality Service Company and their staff 5 stars on this review. I feel they went above and beyond and would recommend them to anyone for any of their HVAC needs at work or at home.
Despite it being a Saturday and Easter Weekend, they were able to get a tech out to the house within 2 hours of me calling. Domingo was very professional and did an excellent job restoring the heat and fixing some other issues related to a bad install of my unit by another company.

I hated sending someome into my 130 degree attic to diagnose the problem but Brett had zero issues with it. Highly recommend this company for any type of HVAC service. I do recommend Quality Service CO, they provided a wonderful service and our new unit looks amazing! We had our old AC unit replaced and our unit was over twenty years old so it was a huge system to take out. If my husband or I had any questions there was always some one that was available to answer our questions. They where honest, respectful and hard working.

EXCELLENT SERVICE, EXCELLENT TECHNICIAN. Allen D. was very professional and extremely knowledgeable in fixing the air conditioner. He assessed the problem, provided the estimate and started work immediately. This air conditioner quit working on April 15th and I had two different contractors come to fix it and neither one got the job done in 75 days. Quality Service Co. was quick, honest and precise. I had only called them about two hours before Allen arrived. From initial phone call to completion of work was less than six hours total time. Allen didn't waste any time, but the amount of work required to complete this repair took about three and one half hours. Allen took the time to check and double check the repair was done right and unit working properly. I wish I would have called Quality Service Co, 75 days ago. Highly recommended Company and Technician. I can't thank them enough.

I really shopped around before settling on QSC and they are the utmost professionals in every way. One-day install of our heat pump including all equipment, duct upgrade, and new wiring. They left our place cleaner than they found it! Called throughout the day (I was at work) to update me on their progress then followed up the next day to make sure we were satisfied. They even took the time to show my wife how to operate the new smart thermostat. Just all-around good work. Highly recommended!! A++

8/20/18 our unit went out completely at work. Quality Service Company was here first thing that morning to sort out what was wrong and get right onto fixing it. My office was easily 80 degrees even at 8:00 am. They very kindly brought in a portable unit to keep me cool while they worked to fix our problem. They worked all day to replace our unit outside and fix one inside. The guys were finishing up this morning and when I walked in it was nice and cold! They were all really nice and worked super hard and fast to make sure we were not going to be out of air for much longer. We appreciate all the time taken and work put in to make us comfortable and ensure that the job was done right! If you are looking for A/C, heat or Electrical work I would recommend them!

Matt Hicks went beyond call of duty to assist with me with my insurance adjuster. He looked out for me the customer best interest resulting our family receiving a new unit. The installation was done within the quickest turn around , I mean like in the same day of 2nd appointment. The installment manager and several techs came out on a freezing night when it raining to install my unit. The office staff ( Tori and Amanda) know I needed heat and they make sure my family received heat by the end of the night. The company I would highly recommend bc they are prompt on time, same day appointments, same day installments, and you call anytime if you have any questions or problems. He performed an initial service/inspection and gave a very complete explanation of the work he performed and of problems he encountered. Our 14 year old system was beyond economical repair. The following day Allen evaluated our requirement and presented options and details. The following day we had an entire new HVAC system installed and tested by 3PM!!! From initial visit, to old equipment removal, to new installation up and running in only 3 days!!! Well done to installers Josh and Justin! When we called they had someone to our home within 20 minutes. Domingo Hernadez was professional wasn t in a rush and showed himself knowledgeable. He did not only tell us what the issue was he showed us the problem. Which was the same problem a previous company said they repaired. He explain what needed to be done and how long it would take as well. Service fee was reasonable compared to some others. A totally different experience from other company we ve used. Christian was excellent. I called after hours, the lady with the call service was very sweet, gathered the info and gave me the name of the technician that would call shortly. In about 10 minutes Christian called, I told him the problem. If it had not been storming he would have come on but we scheduled for the next morning. About 15 minutes before the appointment time, he called to make sure everything was still on. He was here at the scheduled time, diagnosed and fixed the problem. We will definitely use this company again and we will make sure our family and friends know about your company.

The entire Quality Service team really did a great job replacing my heating and air condition system. They arrived on time for the initial inspection and the next day to replace the unit. They were all very thorough in their work and in their explanations of it to me. Everyone was super friendly and easy to talk to to. During the installation, I felt comfortable with the "strangers" in my home...that's a big deal for a female home alone. They cleaned up what very little mess they made afterwards. A supervisor promptly arrived to check off on a job well done. Duncan came back a few days later to give me all the paperwork, before and after pictures, and make sure I was still happy with all the work that had been done...and I was/am. Jessica-in the office- called the next day to confirm the warranty was all set up and see if I had any questions, comments, concerns. No one WANTS to replace their heating and air condition unit, but if you HAVE to, this is the company to call. I was very pleased with each of them during every step of the process and I'm very pleased with the product I got and the work that was done.

Called Quality Service Company at around 11am on Monday morning with problems with home air conditioning unit. Receptionist was very polite and responsive, and got me added to the list, mentioning that the Tech would be out sometime in the afternoon after 1:30pm. Received a call at 1pm from the Tech stating that he would be at the house in about 15 minutes. The Tech did a thorough diagnostic screening, including crawling under the house to inspect duct work. He gave his recommendation and was able to complete the work and solve the problem in less than an hour for a very reasonable rate. From initial phone call to completed job took less than 3 hours, with very polite and professional service all around. Would recommend these folks to anyone, was very impressed. Thanks!
