Unexpectedly the HVAC at Shealy Electrical died on us this summer, the worst time ever! Due to company policy we had to have 3 quotes for any replacement. Out of the 3 quotes, Quality Service Company offered the most attractive package for replacement, they even loaned us portable units to help keep us cool! I was able to give Quality the go ahead on Thursday pm, and Friday at 8am their guys were on site working. By Friday afternoon they had us cooling off. I do feel terrible since I can only give Quality Service Company and their staff 5 stars on this review. I feel they went above and beyond and would recommend them to anyone for any of their HVAC needs at work or at home.
