Matthew is a real professional. He cleaned up a job another electrical company started. He checked out the generator to be sure it was operating correctly before he left.

I personally recommend Quality Service co. To anyone with any heating and cooling problems. These guys are very trustworthy, honest, and just flat out committed to what they do. You couldn't ask for anyone better to not only fix what ever problems you have but to also maintain and upkeep your unit to do the best to prevent any future problems. Hands down the best heating and cooling business in the area, if you have never used them you should definitely give them try!

Quality Service Company provided excellent service to me at my home. I appreciated the technician, Domingo, being knowledgeable about what needed to be done in order to make the unit run more proficiently. The technician explained everything that had to be repaired and mentioned what steps he would have to take in order to make the system run more effectively and where a previous technician made errors in how they made the last repair that was done a few years ago. The technician was not pushy or overbearing with explaining service packages and additional equipment. The fee I paid for the service provided was fair and very reasonable. I will be using Quality Service Company for future service calls.

Our bonus room wasn't staying as cool as the rest of the house so we called and they came out, had us fixed up and good to go all in one afternoon!

My air conditioning was not working properly this afternoon. Called Quality Service Company for a repairman, they sent Domingo Hermandez. He was very nice and professional. He explained what was wrong with my a/c unit, and how he was going to fix it. He made sure my air was working properly before he left, and ask if I had any questions for him. I am very pleased.

Before I worked for Quality Service company I had both of my units replaced by them . I was so impressed with there work I went to work for them. The owners Chris Mcdonald and Chuck Polk are wonderful people to work for . The install and service department are 5 out of 5 stars.

Been fighting a leak for a while and could not figure out where it was coming from. Domingo showed up on time, found a hole in the duct work causing excess condensation. He replaced the rusted area, reinsulated and cleaned up the debris. Very courteous and clearly explained everything including before and after pictures!

Quality Service Company hands down exceeded any expectation that we had. They had our technician, Ryan, out to us within an hour of us calling. Ryan was very knowledgeable and kind, taking the time to explain what the problem was and going over the different options available. We will be customers for life!

Real people with Quality Service every step of the way!!! I am so impressed with a company that is on time and keeps their word. Its not always easy to trust a service company in your personal space but I felt looked after from the first phone conversation. They don t just sell their products they educate you and give you good honest advice. I highly recommend Chris McDonald and his team of professionals. We were very impressed with the level of professionalism. They came on a Holiday and on time (early). Brett explained the problem, took pictures to show us the area of concern and how to correct the problem. Very polite an overall great experience.

After calling QSC per a recommendation from a co-worker, they were able to come out later the same day to fix my air conditioning. The service techs were friendly, professional and great to work with. They quickly diagnosed my issue and were able to fix it. Would highly recommend!

Update 8/20/2019: AC went out again due to a blower motor, QSC was again quick to come out, diagnosed the problem quickly and even had the new motor on the truck for a quick repair. Great service, knowledgeable staff and fair pricing.

Our company recently decided to try Quality Service Company after continued lack luster service from another company. Why didn't we do that sooner? Much better service from an HVAC company than what we were used to. Great service and great people.

Quality Service Company was very easy to deal with and was on time. Our AC was not working properly and Domingo was very helpful explaining and fixing the issue. Everyone was pleasant and professional!

Great service and competitive prices. They have taken care of us a couple times now when our air conditioning broke down. The techs are knowledgeable and very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

I cannot say enough about Quality Service Company and their technicians. Specifically Matt and Casey. This summer the air conditioning on the 2nd floor of my sisters house stopped working. Matt came out very quickly, diagnosed the problem and got it working all-in-one day. Only to find out this past week that he experienced a family tragedy that day, just like I had. His professionalism during his personal stuggle was just amazing. Fast forward 6 months to this past week when the heat on the 1st floor broke. After 27 hrs, the home warranty company had not "found" anyone to come out and said I could try myself if I wanted. So I turned to Quality Service again and Casey was at the house 45 min later. After diagnosing the problem, and having coming out multiple times because the supplier sent the wrong parts, he was able to finally fix the problem. I'm not sure who was more upset ...me or Casey... he was genuinely upset we had to wait so long to have everything fixed. The entire situation was out of his control. Quality Service doesn't even begin to express this company!!! From the office staff...Mandy, to the boss Allen, the techs Matt and Casey (and his assistant)...and everyone else behind the scenes,,,THANK YOU!!! I will always call you for our HVAC problems and will absolutely recommend you to anyone who is in need.
