Matthew Hicks came this morning on a service call and Allen Duffy came this afternoon for a quote. Both showed up when they said they would, are knowledgeable, and took time to answer all questions I had. Very polite and pleasant. Also I was fit into their schedule quickly since I only called yesterday for an appointment.
