When we called they had someone to our home within 20 minutes. Domingo Hernadez was professional wasn t in a rush and showed himself knowledgeable. He did not only tell us what the issue was he showed us the problem. Which was the same problem a previous company said they repaired. He explain what needed to be done and how long it would take as well. Service fee was reasonable compared to some others. A totally different experience from other company we ve used. Follow up repair was done on 8/16/19 and I have no complaints unit up and running and on the day and time I was given. Thanks Domingo and Quality for your services!
